I just stayed there for one night but did not have any concerns. The room was very spacious. I would not hesitate to return. A buffet breakfast is included. While i did not use it the indoor pool was open until 11 pm

I have to say the exterior of the hotel is very nice, then upon entering the lobby i was very disappointed. The curtain outside the pool was falling apart and quite distasteful. Also the table cloth on the coffee/tea table was very poor. Also, the breakfast at other Springhill Suites has been much better. Other than that, our room was wonderful and […] who ever cleaned it did the best job! excellent! Also, the location was perfect! I think a few dollars spent on new curtains, a new trash can outside the front entrance and a new table cloth for the Coffee/Tea table will make a HUGE difference to the hotels overall appearance. I loved the location and the room was nice and clean. My only complaint was the beds where very soft. When you sat or layed you just sunk in and it was hard to move around. Other than that it was great!

It is close to everything and was a beautiful place to stay. The pool was a plus! I loved how the bed room is seperated from the sitting area rather than getting stuck sitting on a bed the whole time. All the employees that we came into contact with were very friendly!!! If you need a hotel to go too this would be the best one to pick!!! We were there […] for 4 days and 3 nights while trying to look for a house in the area and I have to say I picked a great one to stay at! 더 보기

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only real complaint was that the jacuzzi had a pretty nasty oder to it.

We stood in a King Bed Suite. It was smaller then any suite I have ever stayed in. I think it was the size of any hotel room. They just jamed everything in. It def. needs an up do. The rugs and furniture are ancient. The bed was pretty comfy. I was surprised to see one tv.. but I guess the room wasn't big enough for 2 tv's. The breakfast in the morning […] was very nice and employees where very pleasent... but I will be staying at The Hilton next door next time. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! I usually stay at the Hampton Inn - this was nicer - lots more room. It was clean and comfortable.

This is a very comfortable hotel near lots of shopping and restaurants. We had a girlfriend get-away in Williamsburg, the warm pool and hot tub were an unexpected bonus. The price was very reasonable and the Sunday breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. We plan to return next year.

We were staying to see colleges and if any of my children choose colleges in the area I would be happy to stay with you again.

The cleanliness of my room was not ideal. The microwave in my room did not work, the TV in the fitness room did not work, and the bike made a horrible noise making it intolerable to ride.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms and service were great. I would stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were very polite and the room, Internet, and basic quality of the room was very adequate for the price. They advertised a breakfast and it was available but the seating was not adequate for hotel. By the second day it wasn't worth waiting for to find a table. Overall it was a good value though.

we stayed one night on our way to myrtle beach. The customer service was A+++ they were friendly , polite,helpful...The free breakfast wasn't as nice as other hotels but it was acceptable.My only problem was the pool area was run down and I heard another cpl complaining about a bug problem or something like that in their room and they were getting their […] room switched...so of course I went on bug patrol in our room. Unfortunately in the closet where the extra blankets and pillows were I saw a small bug...Don't know if I was just paranoid... 더 보기

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. Our only complaint was the sofa bed. The mattress was torn and the springs were coming out on the side. We asked if it could be repaired or replaced. The woman at the desk said she would let someone know. I am not sure if they looked at it or not, It did not appear […] to be fixed and no message was left to let us know what was done. I selected this hotel for my birthday. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was for their swimming pool plus whirlpool. I live in hampton va and I wanted a relaxing one day get away in the heart of williamsburg. Location was fine but the whirlpool was not working and I found this out after stepping into the water. What a treat! No signs posted nor […] did staff know anything about the issue. I was told to turn the knobs on the control and wait for the warmth to come. Needless to say, I did not relax in the whirlpool on my stay but I was told I could walk across the street to their sister hotel to have my whirlpool experience. That might of been an option but there where thunderstorms that night and the sister hotel's whirlpool is outside! My only beef was that there was not a door separating the sleeping quarters with the sitting area, but otherwise it was a good location and good value. We had to move one of the beds against a wall (so our son wouldn't fall off) and underneath the bed had not been vaccuumed in quite some time...but under a bed is hard to get to, so I can't really hold […] it against the. 더 보기

This hotel has an excellent free breakfast. The breakfast included cereal, eggs, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, toast, milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, sausage, biscuits, and more. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. This hotel's location also makes it easy to drive to Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and other attractions in the area. […] The hotel is located about halfway between the Outlet Mall and the William and Mary campus. Got there for a few hours of rest. Made an online reservation at 10pm. Called 5 minutes after that and they had all my information ready. Told them about a late arrival and they had no complaints. When I arrived (around 1am) the staff was extremely friendly. Because it was Memorial Day weekend they left the pool open late and we used until almost 3am. […] Room (suite) was better than what I expected for the low price. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Liked that the room had 2 flat screen tvs so I was able to watch tv while my daugther watched cartoons. We were welcomed after a long day at Busch Gardens with lemonade, lollipops, cookies and coffee/tea. Our room was really great with a whole separate kitchen area and two really comfortable queen beds. The breakfast was delicious!! The pool outside is shared with another Marriot next door, but the indoor pool was sufficient. As a family traveling together, this hotel was my first choice because it is a suites hotel. There was a lot of room for 5 women to share, but the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable. If you must use the sofa bed, beware! Even my child complained about the springs hurting her back.

The hotel is old but very well-kept. The suite was very spacious with 2 televisions! And the hot buffet breakfast in the morning was wonderful - friendly service and conscientious cooks checking on how comfortable and happy we were. Replenished food quickly - the loaded hash potatoes are to "die" for! Everyone - from the desk to the dining - all pleasant […] and genuinely hospitable! Clean spacious room. Loved the divider- it allowed our kids to sleep and we could stay up and read. WiFi access a plus, and 2 tvs in the room- a must for any family! Breakfast was clean, plentiful- basic, but more than what we needed. Cereal, juice, eggs, bacon, waffle station, oatmeal, yogurt- and friendly service. We enjoyed our stay.

We were so happy with this hotel! We loved the division of the room into two (basically) separate rooms. Each had it's own tv - one for parents, one for kids! The breakfast was awesome! Huge selection - breads/muffins/bagels, sausages, scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, oatmeal - what else could you possibly want? We had a late check-in. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was good. They had a good variety of choices. We would stay here again.

our stay at the spring hills suites ins williamsburg was quite lovely. we were pleased with our room and how clean it was. the bathroom was a little dated and could use some updates but it was clean. we were happy that there were resturants and shops that we could just walk to from the hotel. we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent experience from checkin to checkout. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a great variety, wonderful room service, friendly staff, very quiet room (even with a group of 70 highschoolers that were there--we knew nothing of them until breakfast). Very good room and great price. Our girls loved the towel creations that were on our bed when we arrived. […] The bed was very comfortable and I loved the fact that they had actual drapes on the windows that could be drawn to keep out the morning light. The only "complaint" that I can even think of was the pillows on the bed, they were very small (not even standard sized). That is the only negative thing that I can say about the hotel. It was a good hotel with very nice employees. They were very accomodating. Not the swankiest place you'll ever stay, but very adequate.

This is definitely a high quality hotel, with great, clean rooms all around. This hotel is right along a strip of non-stop (mostly chain) restaurants and hotels about 2 miles outside the historic section of Williamsburg.

Excellent location that is close to all the key sites in Williamsburg. Hotel staff is very friendly. Check-in to Check-out, the whole experience was wonderful! We had 4 different hotel stays in our family vacation, all at different hotels and this stay was true to what we had expected at time of reservation.
