Very clean very friendly and great breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff. Room was like new - very clean and comfortable. Location was easy to find and conveniently close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel for a quick and inexpensive getaway! Good breakfast. Great location. Really enjoyed the indoor pool! Clean and newly updated!

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The pool doesn't close until 11 and the towels are in the pool area instead of having to ask for extra towels. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and beds were comfortable. The a/c was cold, the pool was a good temperature. and the breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfasts. Real eggs, sausage that tasted like real sausage and biscuits better than I can make at home!

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was close to attractions and convenience because you were on the main strip.

Was a very nice stay, no complaints. will stay at this location again.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable with a good breakfast. My problem was trying (as soon as I checked in) to cancel the second night. I will not go into the details but if you have not booked directly with Comfort Inn, make sure you will not need to cancel.

The experince was pleasant overall but workout room was subpar. The elliptical had a broken left leg. Customer services were excellent.

Great service, breakfast, close to everything..will stay here again

We had a great experince at this hotel. All the staff was very nice. We were even given complimentary tickets to the horse races and the Sunbelt tournament that was going on while we were in town. The Contenital breakfast was very good and they had plenty of everything you'd want to eat. Would definitley recommend this hotel.

it is an ok hotel but for the price it is overrated.

The hotel staff was friendly and quick. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel is located in the middle of everything. I would definatly stay here again.

At check-in everything looked great, until we got to the room. For the cost of the room we were expecting there to be a mini-fridge and microwave, but neither were present. What was present for the entire stay was a very unpleasant moldy smell. After saying something to housekeeping, the made kindly cleaned the air conditioning filters, unfortunately […] this didn't help. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, pillows, etc. The only other thing I would like to add is that on the day of check out, a different house keeping lady was on duty and she practically kicked us out of the room! Check out time is 11am, she came by the room 4 times between 10-10:30! At 10:30 when she was back for the 4th time, we reminded her that check out was at 11, she said that she would give us a few more minutes! My lovely bride and I spent part of our five year anniversary at this hotel. We stayed there for two nights. Overall, the room was exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The only issue is the rooms are paper thin, so anything that occurs in the adjacent rooms or hallway sounds like it is in the room with you. The hotel was very well maintained. The front desk was able and quite friendly. It was quiet and the Air Conditioner worked great. They even let me push back check out time an hour and a half. Very good experience.

The two ladies on reception were fantastic. Very friendly and will to help. We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi for a two night stay. The first morning we went to make coffee in the room and to our dismay, the coffeemaker had mold where the coffee grounds had not been emptied for days. We showed it to the male receptionist and he acted like it was no […] big deal. No comment or anything, just wanted to know our room number. The second morning, we checked and the coffeemaker had been cleaned, so we rinsed it and made a pot of coffee. The taste of bleach was so strong that we had to throw out the coffee. In addition, the room had not been vacuumed near the air conditioner and the carpet was dirty. We thought this would be a nicer hotel and especially if we reserved a suite. We plan to return in the near future to Hot Springs but we will not return to this hotel again! Very disappointed in the service rendered and lack of cleanliness. 더 보기

The hotel location, staff, and service were great. The rooms were for the most part were nice and clean, although there was a damp smell to them. They were very helpful when asked for air freshner.

We had some hesitation when making our reservation due to a single negative review of the hotel personnel. However, we found that the overall hotel, our room, breakfast, pool,and the personnel were all exceptional! We had a great stay and could highly recommend this Comfort Inn and Hot Springs to any traveler!

After traveling several hours, it would be nice to receive a nice greeting upon checking in, but that did not happen. The room and the bathroom were not clean as I would have like. However, the location was great. Only steps away from nice restaurants, entertainment and great shopping. Minutes from downtown. The only thing that is keeping my family […] and I from ever returning back to that particular location was the rudeness of the desk clerk.
