This place wasn't too bad considering the price paid. The bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and microwave, and the breakfast was included each morning. The unpleasant part was the TV was old and it got a terrible picture, the parking was cramped, and I found left over seeds and berries on the floor. Thought it was a hotel, but felt more like a motel. Too close to main road, so it was very noisy. Would have preferred room on back of hotel. No fan available to drown out noise. Real cream would have been nice for coffee. The staff were very friendly and the linens smelled awesome.

Hotel was good, convenient and good breakfast. Had noisy occupants in next room but that couldn't be helped.

very nice managers asking if I needed anything, like a cab after the stay, or dining places etc. nice room , very clean.

The Jaccuzzi was a sweet icing on the cake wish I could find more rooms like this

I made a request for microwave and refrigerator, and they were not in the room nor could the be provided. The door to the room did not work well, looked like it had been broken into before. One of the bed lamps did not work. The hotel was not as close to downtown Chicago as I would have liked to have been. Other than that, the staff was great and it […] was a nice area to stay in. This is more like a motel than a hotel. Room smelled bleached - and was on first floor with door opening to parking lot so security felt questionable. You get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more then stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but my complaint is that the hotel staff never gave me a package that was left for me at the front desk. I did receive the package, but only because I went to the front desk at check-out and I noticed a package with my name on it. Had I not done this, I would not have gotten the gift.

your matress was too soft during I stay at your hotel, my back still hurt....., other than that, was not bed.

This is an older motel-type place. Clean, renovated, basic. Basic breakfast included. No frills, but no nonsense, either. Parking can be an issue if you have a large vehicle.

Not a bad hotel. Service was very nice and helpful. Typical continental breakfast. Comfy beds. Clean. A bit noisy outside and rooms were a little small. Good for the money it cost.

Was a comfortable stay - the beds were saggy. I wanted to take a bath, there was no stopper in the tub and I had to stuff a wash cloth in the drain whole to hold the water in the tub.

This motel was convenient to O'hare but not very close to Midway Airport. Would prefer a room on the front side of the motel as the back side is on an alley. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the price was right. No complaints from me.

This place is ok for a cheap place to sleep. the breakfast area is cramped. It's a motel, not a hotel. The fitness room is a couple of low quality machines. Not horrible, not good.

Stayed at hotel and was placed in one of the rooms on the backside of the hotel which overlooks the back of the surrounding neighborhood houses. One of the houses was quite loud the entire weekend. Also the parking in the back was quite tight and the guard rail placed to keep the neighbors' fences intact had several dents in it from people backing into […] it often. the mattress sank in the middle...very uncomfortable.....they charged me for an extra nite that I did not authorize and it took a week to get a credit back on my MC.

We used this Best Western to spend the night before doing an early morning tour of Northwestern University. It was booked on line because of price and location( 16 minutes from the campus ). From the outside it looks like it is part of a strip of stores. We were pleasantly surprised to find the inside very nice and clean. Non smoking room was stinking with smoke, front desk promised to spray but that never happened. It is a good budget place, walking distance to Golf rail station, businesses are closing in the area, so don't expect much from the stay.

Rates were good but strange could not be confirmed on check-in due to booking on-line thru 3rd party. On a very busy street and no option to move away from the main road for a quiter room, but room well insulated. Room design around the bathroom very awkward with the toilet/shower door swinging out into the room, and the location of the toilet and toilet […] paper. We needed a cab and the hotel was wonderful accomodating us with phone numbers and info. Breakfast was nice too...OJ, Cranberry, Coffee, Hot Coco, Waffles, Bagels, muffins, cereal and more. Nice place outside of downtown Chicago.

Great location. Breakfast area wasn't kept clean in the mornings but we were there when it was busy. Room was a bit small but adequate and clean.

Went there for a Cub game. Easy access to the train to Wrigley Field.

The hotel is OK. The room had a refrigerator and a microwave, which was very useful to us. There is no elevator, so if you have large bags, you have to carry them to the second floor. Since all the room doors face the outside and the hotel is in a shopping center, we didn't feel extremely safe. overall the rooms are clear, but our non-smoking room smelled […] terrible, like someone smoked there for months. The smell never went away even after trying to air out the room. They didn't have any other available rooms, so we couldn't move. 더 보기

We stayed there becuase it was close to the train so we did not have to drive to Wrigley for the game. It was wonderfule to drive several miles, pay 4 bucks to park and $9 round trip for both of us to ride the train. We could relax and enjoy the game with no worries about fighting traffic, etc afterwards. We had a great time.

Nothing fancy, but hotel was clean. Breakfast included was good. Complimentary USA Today. Juice and coffee available in lobby 24 hrs. Free Internet connection. Good location, easy access.
