I had to wait an hour after check-in time to get my room as the rooms were not ready yet and that was 2PM. Children were running wild about the building, upstairs, downstairs all around and had bikes on the upper veranda. The noise was bad until after 10:30 PM. Stayed 2 nights, room was not cleaned after 1st night. Beds are awful. Manager is very helpful. Ok value for a cheap motel.

Very inexpensive. ...but you do (or don't) get what you pay for. Including a noisy, highway facing room, loud AC, minimal towels, and overall dark room. Having said that, it was a comfortable bed and I was tired so I got some sleep. They were very helpful and quick at the front desk and I would stay there again.

i stay here whenever i need a nice place in the area. be sure to eat at the old spaghetti factory next door when staying here.

The hotel advertized Orange Juice in the morning. The machine was out of service. They sould have purchase containers. There was no toilet paper in the room.

I liked everything except they put us right next to the maid room upstairs so we heard the cart loudly come by several times a day. You have to pay for the wifi, and the microwave was in the lobby way up front. Other then that they were nice and didn't bother us.

No free WiFi & complimentary breakfast is discontinued. Disappointment now without muffins in the morning. Also my TV was "wavy" this time around. However, for the rate its permissible.

Our stay there was pretty good. We had to wait about 25 minutes to check in because there wasn't enough help in the front desk. The young lady was very apologetic but there were people in the back office that could of helped. It was a a quiet comfortable room but they did short change us on the amount of towels we were suppose to have. stayed two nights.better than i was expecting. the help was very friendly. absolutely no complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable. Yet, there were two bugs that resembled roaches. Not sure, but we left all the lights on and slept with one eye open.

Good Stay for the price. Muffins & Oj in the morning were delicious. Rooms are a little small but clean. Only downside is paying for WiFi.

Positive: Handicap accessible shower all tile with bench and railing. Very friendly, accomodative staff, diligent housecleaning and maintenance workers, delicious bran muffins and orange juice, convenient location seen from I-10, and a great price. Negative: Bed [mattress] felt like a water bed, Handicap accessible shower didn't have a shower curtain […] nor a reachable holder for the shower head ... it was difficult to prevent the rest of the bathroom floor from becoming soaked. Close to Restaurants and Buisness Close to main highway Building is old but comfortable Rooms need to be renovated ,dated interior. Overall the hotel was satisfactory based on cost per night.

Price is right, staff was great clean room. Only down side is noise from te freeway but wouldn't stop me from returning.

Was very pleased with location, plenty of restaurants close by. Was a little noisy up front. close to freeway, ask for unit toward the back

The Good Nite Inn in Redlands, Ca is the best hotel in the area for the price. They only need a microwave in the rooms and other muffins than brain

You cannot beat the value. This is my 2nd stay at this property. It was perfect for the events I had planned both evenings which were within about 10 or so miles away. Basically a clean & convenient for the price. Note: Blow dryers & irons available for your use at the office. Restaurants available within a mile. I feel for the price I paid for my room, the room itself was sufficient. The size was sufficient for the price as well. In my opinion the night staff could have been just a little friendlier, but hey everyone has an off day.

I went with my boyfriend and it was convenient and cheap wounderful stay, each worker we pass by greet with friendly smiles and the person at the front dest made the stay comfortable, each worker was glad to help making sure that our stay was great, which it was. I plain on booking for this hotel next time.

It was in a great area the room was good. Nothing too fancy but I just payed my head there one night and if your not gonna be in room long it's perfect. Front desk called to check on us as soon as we got in the room

Service in hotel was good, pillow and mattress were terrible but for the price I paid it was what I expected.

Simple but clean and well maintained, this hotel has friendly helpful staff and is in a convenient location. I was reluctant to stay here because of the very low price but was pleasantly surprised. Walking distance from a couple of restaurants, washer and dryer conviently available, pool it beats many higher priced lodging. No fancy amenities, no breakfast, […] pay extra for internet. we got to the hotel at 8pm we booked a smoking room and when we got there all of the 6 rooms they have for smoking were sold out then we got into are room and it was dirty. the beds were not comfy and has hair that was not are hair on the bed and there were stains on the wall this place SUCKS do not stay here

Great value. Nice fairly new place close to more expensive Big Bear. Super nice and smart attendant. Bring your own kleenex and an extra bar of soap unless you don't mind bringing your soap back and forth from the bathroom sink to the shower. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful. I used their conference room which was very affordable. The neighborhood is very quiet, I felt safe and many of those staying had their windows open, which means they felt comfortable. Small room, big refrigerator. No blow drier. It was great for the price.

I was mislead by the 2 star rating for this property. This property is at best 1 star. Very plain, simple furnishings. Worn carpet and fixtures. Not filthy, but not super clean.

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist was very helpful and the room was nice and clean. My only concern was that some of the smokers will actually hang out and smoke by the corner of the room where I was at. Otherwise, this hotel is very nice and well kept.

Good value. Would stay there again

For the price of a campsite, I had a cozy night indoors with a great location. Close to Old Town San Diego.
