Our room was very nice and the staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, but the luis is a bit farther than you would think and closes around 11:30, so i eneded up taking a taxi to and from the citty for time and convienience...23euro which we split four ways. had a great stay at this hotel for st patricks weekend all aspects of the hotel were superb and our 5 year old twins really enjoyed it! Only set back was the distance to the luas good 20 min walk which seemed much longer with kids!!! Otherwise great vaue for money staff, food and accomodiation first class!! would definetly stay again

Very convenient to Lewis. On the outskirts of the city so very easy to get to. The only down sides were no hot water in the morning for a shower (hotel was fully booked so possibly lot of pressure on system); staff weren't the friendliest (reception staff very good though) and no residents bar.

I must say, I was very surprised with the hotel. it was so much better than i ever expected. It was more than a stay in a hotel it was a pleasure.

hotel ok but too far out of town. Luas is a good 20min walk away. taxi cost 20euros into city

where could you go wrong, just two minutes from the luas park and ride which brings you straight into town. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be staying there again. Great value for money.

the only thing wrong with the hotel was we had no water on the morning we departed,and the guy on reception didnt seem to think it was his problem.

Hotel needs an over haul but ok for simple over nite stay

The great advantage of this hotel is it's convenience for travellers from the South and the Luas which is nearby and facilitates easy access to the city centre. The downside is the traffic noise which can be quite intrusive. The hotel room was well appointed and the bed quite comfortable. Didn't avail of the breakfast so I can't comment on the food. […] The staff were pleasant and efficient. Unlike its sister hotel Bewleys Airport Hotel this hotel does not charge for carparking overnight. Overall a positive experience except for the traffic noiuse. 더 보기

This hotel is very suitable for the country visitor who does not want to drive into the city centre. It has good parking facilities and easy access to public transport. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent service, good food and nice atmosphere. Plenty of parking, secure and well lit up at night. First room offered was on ground floor close to traffic lights on Clondalkin Road. I like an open window and being a country person I am not used to much traffic noise. The first thng I did was open the window and the horn of an articulated lorry right […] outside made me jump!! I asked at reception if there was any other quieter room available. No problem Sir. Relocated to ne wing immediately with an apology. really enjoyed my stay. reception staff were very helpfull, i liked the fact that you were near the luas for getting to the city centre. am waiting for another deal with this hotel and ill be back.

The front desk staff put a lot of effort into trying to fix this mess, but was unsuccessful. Room was smoking despite being told non-smoking would be provided, offer to move us to a sister hotel with a non-smoking room was rescinded AFTER we stood there for 15 minutes - manager doesn't like Hotels.com bookings and said we weren't entitled to the move […] that the front desk clerk had already arranged! - restaurant was out of food, room was filthy. I would NOT recommend this hotel at all - there are plenty of other options nearby. 더 보기

The only issue we did have was the check-in, after that it was perfect. The receptionist wasn't very friendly and as well her manners were not the best. She couldn't find the reservation in the computer and instead of being friendly and helpful, she was totally the opposite. Very disappointed with that. Really enjoyed my stay at Bewleys, Newlands Cross, Dublin it was one of the best hotels that ive stayed in will def go back again.

Hotel crowded with spectators for two major events taking place in Dublin, staff were professional in handling heavy workload. Good Clean room and comfortable beds. US website stated breakfast included at stated price but was informed I had not made the selection therefore no chow! Decent value for the money but nowhere near the "sound proof" comfort I had expected. 20 minute walk to the tram was a bit further than I had thought, but not difficult. Would have been helpful for the hotel website to clearly indicate how to take a bus/coach to the hotel as it was a fair taxi ride from the airport.

In general the hotel was of a very good quality, with very helpful, polite front of house staff. We booked an early bird meal in the restaurant, which was great value and the service and the food were both great too. We would definately recommend this hotel and will use it again

Arrived in darkness, and the hotel was hard to access from the main road. All the staff were very pleasent and helpful, although a bit stingy with the towels and bedding. Rooms were adequate but a bit tired and the air conditioning in the room drove me nuts. Also a big trek from reception!! On my own with small child and luggage.... Food & drink expensive […] but probably on a par with everywhere else in Dublin. If you went expecting the same standard as a Travel Lodge, you wouldn't be disappointed. 더 보기

The hotel was nice and a good value. We were traveling through and it was nice because it was easy to continue our travels the next day as it was very convient to the motorway. Would definitley book in again.

Travelled to Dublin for a gig at Crawdaddy on Harcourt St. First choice hotel was too pricey so booked this on Hotels.com where I got a great price. Taxis readily available for journey to city centre and for return journey at app €20 each way. This brings up the cost of staying out of city but overall still works out cheaper than some hotels with more […] central location. I had stayed at this hotel several times over the years and have always found it a nice spot with comfortable seating in lobby and bar / restaurant areas. Breakfast is nice but could be better value as there are cheaper options in the area. Overall a reasonably priced and comfortable hotel but factor in transport costs before you book. 더 보기

The location wasn't ideal due to the traffic noise (Mum and Dad kept awake in their room) however , in saying that it was a great location for getting to Dublin, the Trams weren't far and ther was regular bus services. We hated the set up of the breakfasts, we only tried once, too much messing around. The restaurant in the evening was very good. The […] food was excellent so much so we dined there a few times. The staff in the restaurant were lovely and very attentive. Made you feel welcome, unlike some oi the receptionists. Overall the experience was good with a couple of hiccups along the way. Room good, very clean. Oh, the bar staff were also very nice, we spent a fortune in the bar. We had early morning appointment in naas, and decided to spend the night in Dublin. This hotel is very close to the Naas exit. We were 2 adults, 2 children. There was a double bed, a single bed and a sofa bed. Ample bed spaces. the kids (4&6yrs) opted for the sofa bed. Had a very comfortable night. The phone in the room was not working. We were too […] tired to complain, so just stuck to using our mobiles. The buffet breakfast was a bit expensive. We had 2 teas, 2 cereals, 1 fruit bowl, 2 eggs, and 2 hash browns, totalling to €25. Maybe it was just us, or perhaps we could have got a better breakfast deal at the Centra, from across the hotel. 더 보기

good value for money hotel, look out for special rates on stays of more than 1 night.

Quality of food was dire! I had dinner at 8.00pm and the food was cold and tasted as though it had been cooked hours earlier. Infants were allowed to scream and cry until 10.30pm when parents decided to go to bed/home.

We were originally placed in a double room with only a wooden door separating our room from the room next to us. We asked to be moved and the hotel staff were very obliging and we were moved to a double room in the new extenstion and it was a really lovely room, evry comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Bar food also good

gr8 value for money was over 4 a short stay family emergency reception staff were very helpful, giving information about bus transfers to the airport with fly bus bar and catering staff very nice as i was travelling alone and kept me entertained

Ottimo.un albergo dove tornerei volentieri e consiglierei anche ad altre persone,e raggiungibile facilmente dalle zone centrali della città.

bon hotel petit dejeuner chere , transport en commun loin de l' hotel pour le centre de Dublin , aucun probleme pour la qualite de la chambre .
