객실 크기는 4명의 가족들이 묵기에 완벽했어요. 저희는 큰 더블과, 소파침대와, 아기침대가 있었는데도 돌아다니기가 쉬웠어요. 호텔은 고속도로에 가까워서 차를 가져오면 편리해요. 그리고 지하철역도 3분정도 걸어가면 있어요. 하지만 이 곳은 지하철 노선 종점이어서 유명한 관광지에서는 좀 멀어요. 주변 지역은 다른 도시에서 볼 수 있는 것과 같아요.

호텔은 매우 멋지고 깨끗해요. 제가 별로 안좋아했던 점은 WC가 변기와 샤워에서 떨어져있었다는 거에요. 위치는 좋아요. 지하철역이 5분거리에 있어요. 조금 걸으면 시청에 15분 내에 지하철로 도착할 수 있어요.

지하철역과 가까워서 이 호텔을 선택했다. 호텔은 지하철역에 5분 거리에 있다. 그리고 지하철을 이용하는게 파리를 돌아다니기 가장 쉬운 방법이며 시간도 전혀 안걸린다. 우리가 도착했을 때 호텔 리셉션이 보수중이어서 1층 전체가 폐쇄됐었다. 임시방편으로 리셉션이 2층으로 옮겨져 있었다. 어수선해 보였지만 리셉션 직원들이 24시간 내내 항시 있었고 정말 공손했으며 협조적이었다. 우리가 받은 객실은 8층에 있었고 멀리서 에펠탑을 볼 수 있어서 정말 멋졌다. 객실 자체는 침실로 통하는 이중 문으로 된 정말 좋은 욕실이 달렸으며 현대적이며 넓었다. 화장실이 독립돼 있어서 욕실 공감을 최대한 사용할 수 있어서 좋았다. 객실에는 코드로 […] 된 금고와 미니바/냉장고와 평면 스크린 TV가 있었다. 침대는 정말 안락했고 에어컨은 문제없이 작동했으며 약간의 소음을 만들었다. 우리는 2일 동안 지하 주차장에 주차를 하는 요금을 지불했는데 객실 요금에 포함된 게 아니었지만 짧게 숙박하는 거라 괜찮았고 주차장 보안이 정말 철저했다. 다른 리뷰들 때문에 레스토랑에서 식사를 하지 않았지만 파리의 Pattiseries와 카페들을 경험해보고 싶었으니 우리에겐 괜찮았다. 그 지역에는 캐시포인트와 약국이 호텔에서 걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 있었고 여러 종류의 다른 곳들도 많았다. 우리 숙박이 즐거웠으며 지하철로의 위치가 훌륭하고 우리는 이곳에 망설이지 않고 다시 숙박할 의향이 있다. 더 보기

이게 아마 내 생애에 최악의 호텔 경험일 것이다. 내 시간의 거의 40%를 도로에서 보낸다는 것을 감안하면 얼마나 실망스러웠는지 알 수 있다. 호텔 직원들은 조금도 과장하지 않고 비전문적이다. 청소부가 그녀에게 45분 뒤에 와달라고 부탁한 뒤에도 2분마다 객실 문을 노크했다. 체크아웃 하는 날에 그녀는 아침 9시 45분에 객실 문 앞에 있었으며 내가 정오에 나갈 거라고 말했음에도 30분 내에 두 번이나 왔다. 짐이 있다면 아무도 도와줄 사람이 없으니 스스로 알아서 해야 한다. 체크인과 체크아웃을 위한 두 차트를 직접 찾아서 가져와야 한다. 객실의 미니바를 담당하고 있는 직원은 내가 그에게 정말 비싼 음료수를 채워달라고 애원하길 […] 원했다. 바와 레스토랑 영업시간이 터무니없었으며 그곳의 직원들은 손님들에게 무례한 게 다른 직원들과 같았다. 더 보기

This hotel was perfect for our needs. It wasn't too far into Paris that I had to do a lot of driving in the city center and the metro was a few blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat and buy food near the metro and hotel. It didn't take more than ten minutes to get to all the major landmarks. We (family of 4) had a great to Paris and a nice stay at Novotel, but at arrival we were not told how to get out of the garage when leaving during your stay and we could not get out. Instead of trying to help us and understand why we had a problem getting out they keept telling us that our credit cards (all 3) were faulty and it's not their fault. Would […] have been nice with a bit of "let me see what I can do for you" instead of "your card does not work". The hotel was excellent, modern and very nice. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious for Paris. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice surprise was to discover that my children didn´t have to pay for breakfast! The location wasn´t that good, though. It seemed like a business neighborhood, so there wasn´t much to do around and the nearest metro […] station was the very end of the #4 line, which meant we had to ride a lot to get anywhere. What I really didn´t like was the TV options in the room. There was only 1 channel in English (BBC), which was OK, if they didn´t have an adult channel completely open for the kids to run into while they were browsing through the channels. Overall this hotel is good and an ideal base for sightseeing. Good breakfast and comfortable room - Only criticism is no fresh air in rooms (windows do not open), only heating/air conditioning. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was fully booked by the time we had arrived so they kindly upgraded us from a basic room to a suite. The suite was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. I stayed in Novotel Porte d'Orleans with my parents in August 2012. I couldn’t believe how spacious the room was for the 3 of us! It’s located in the business centre/area of Paris. So not in the city centre. The metro stop is about 5-10 minutes walk, however its at the end of the line so it takes a while to get/from the main attractions. don't expect a 4 star hotel as in the USA. This is Paris. The breakfast Buffet is wonderful. The location is great. The rooms are small, the beds are no more than OK. The service is OK. The Carpet in our room knew better days. The room is not designed, It is a novotel. The public areas are very nice though. There is a kids corner, with X-box, books, […] and some other toys. I thought the buffet breakfast area was in an area that was too cramped when it got busy and the food stations were not being replenished quickly enough. We arrived quite early and the hotel made every effort to get us a room right away. The provided gifts for our children upon check-in. The hotel was conveniently located a short 5 minute walk to the Porte d'Orleans Metro (subway) station. The hotel was just fine. A little inconvenient for site seeing but the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Metro station is 3 blocks away and Paris metro is pretty easy to manage. Most restaurants are also about 3 blocks away but this is a good choice for reasonably priced Paris hotel without frills.

Well to start off, I think that there is a HUGE gap between what us Americans consider a 5 Star Hotel and what others consider a 5 star hotel. The staff at this hotel are not friendly at all, they see us as intruders. We checked out at 12 noon and noticed around 8pm that we have left behind a bag full of all our electronic chargers, we contacted them […] from another NOVOTEL and they promised to look for them and speak to the maid. We returned to Novotel in Paris a few days later after being told that the bag would be saved for us till our return, they informed us that no one had found anything left behind in our room.
