The hotel is simple, but very pleasant. The room was spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant on site was nice for breakfast. I would stay there again.

I stayed only one night on business. I arrived late and the restaurant was closed. There was nothing open close by. It would have been good if I could order a sandwich.

The hotel is very nice but is not very convenient for someone that goes by bus although you only have to take one bus to go downtown it takes about 30 minutes to get there.

We were very satisfied with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had to drive in to downtown Ottawa everyday to see the sights which was not a huge issue except for parking. Once we became aware of where to park the trips in were very easy. The hotel has an outdoor pool which we did not use because […] the temperature was not conducive for outside swimming but there was a small work out room and hot tub which we enjoyed. Very satisfied with our stay, except the dining room. We intended to eat dinner there, but there was a combination smell of chlorine and damp basement. We went out to eat.

Staff was very freindly and helpful. When told about a slow sink, they got right on it. My only complaint was that the food in the dispensing machines was woefully inadequate. Not much choice. I was told to go across the street where there was a large selection of munchies. Didn't feel like a walk to the shopping centre, so called for a pizza.

The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable but the service at breakfast wasn't very good. The waitress took too long at everything she did. If I didn't know any better I'd say she almost avoided us to serve other guests. The food itself was pretty good and reasonably priced. Next time I am in Ottawa I will probably stay at the Best western Plus […] in Gatineau where the rooms are about the same but the restaurant service is much more friendly and the waiter is more attentive. 더 보기

I read some of the reviews of this place and wasn't expecting much, but it was actually quite good. Didn't smell of cigarettes as other reviews had suggested, although the lift could have done with some airfreshener. The staff were helpful and the room clean and comfortable. Pretty much all I could ask for for this price range.

Picked this hotel because of the banner and because it was in close proximity to our sports venue. Came in late (after 8 p.m.) but was provided with very good customer service. The room was clean and well equipped and the beds were so comfortable. Best sleep i have had in months. What a great place to stay!! Thanks to staff members for their friendly, courteous and prompt service and for all their assistance in making our visit to Ottawa terrific!! We would definitely recommend and we would certainly come back again to Best Western!!

We came to Ottawa on business and found the hotel to be just what we needed. Location was perfect for getting around the city. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. There are quite a few hotels/motels in the area, but this hotel is by far the best choice. I was on business, and found the location to be close to everything, as you can just jump onto the 417. I travel extensively and have stayed in many hotels, and the value for price here is outstanding. This place really exceeded expectations. My room had all […] of the things that make me happy but are not always found; a large bathroom and counter area, a large shower with various ledges for products, a shower rod that extends outward so the curtain doesn't stick to your body, office space, high speed internet, dining table & chairs, comfortable bed and linens, iron, ironing board, big closet, flat screen tv, late room service options etc...I can't say enough good things as a business traveller. Only one downside in the winter...outdoor parking. But all hotels in the area are like this. Parking is at least free here. 4/5! 더 보기

My only problem with the room was the air conditioning... it was a little too loud when I wanted quiet in the room. It is sure time to "upgrade" the air conditioners. Other than that, there was no other reason why I would not stay at this hotel again. It was nice & quiet... real comfortable beds.
