노보텔 아틀란티스 상하이 (Novotel Atlantis Shanghai) - 상하이

Hotel.com's map is wrong. Because address is right but location is far from the jiansiu station.

위성 지도를 보고 찐마오 건물과 가까운 줄알고 선택했으나 지도 상 위치와는 너무나 거리가 먼, 교통이 아주 불편한 곳에 호텔이 있어서 관광이나, 비즈니스 목적의 이용에는 부적격. 아침 부페 음식도 수준이 너무 떨어지고, 방안에 있는 소파에서는 심한 곰팡이 냄새가 나서 불쾌.

This is an average hotel with clean facilities. Nothing to write home about but the staff was friendly.

Nice big hotel..had a great time there..the view from the room was fantastic..overlooking the entire shanghai high rise..lots of complimentary facilities like swimming , sauna, steam bath and hot water jacuzzi.. Breakfast was also neat considering I was a pure veg in shanghai. On the downside was the wireless Internet which was pathetically slow. The […] tourist guide section was weak with inadequate information and language problems. Also on the first night, I was given a room which was like a prison. But the Dutch manager Carlo immediately offered a better room. Overall a great place to stay though and would definitely stay here again!! 더 보기

The room is surprisingly small, and the "king size" bed turns out to be more like a queen size. The room is older and more tired than expected. The bathroom is more and easily flooded.

The card key failed to work 3 times. MOD and Manager not available when needed. The room overall is very small for such rate of a 5 Star hotel. Very disappointed with facilities and service.

Ask for a room on the highest floor available with a view of the TV Tower!

Very good value for the money (at least at the hotels.com rate) and much to recommend at this hotel. They are definitely service-oriented. When we arrived very early in the day, they gave us coffee in the lounge area and got us into the first available room, which was much appreciated. We ate on the 55th floor restaurant one night and the view was […] spectacular. We would recommend this to anyone staying there. Service at the coffee shop we found to be slow. However, this seemed to be due to a combination of communications issues and staff being very concerned about providing perfect service. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel. 더 보기

Can recommend the Novotel Atlantis Shanghai as a convenient location to explore the City for the first time.

I loved everything about the Novotel Atlantis, EXCEPT OUR ROOM WAS AT LEAST 90 degrees and we couid not adjust or get the hotel to adjust the heat. Thermostat didn't work, and turning off the system made no difference. If you like unbearably hot rooms, this is the hotel for you. I try to stay only on hotels with pools when in China. THis hotel has a terrific pool, clean , large and overlooking the rooftops of Shanghai. THe location of this hotel could be better but still just a short walk from the subway. THe bggest negative was the buffet which was expensive and limited in Western Choices with subpar desserts. 駅からのアクセスもよく、なんといっても４３階から見る景色は最高でした。バスルームとベッドルームがガラス張りでつながっていて、１人で来たのが悲しくなりましたが。。カップルにお勧めだと思います。観光にも便利な場所です。また、スタッフも英語が流暢でサービスもとてもよかったです。

Самый большой плюс этого отеля вид из окна и ресторан на 50 этаже. Персонал и сервис оставил самые приятные впечатления. Очень хорош бассейн.

The hotel is good,basic level hotel with all services and it is clean. Th eonly downside is that it is not in the place shown by hotels.com map, and the only possible moving toand from the hotel was a taxi for our family (2+2).

上海ではこのホテルと会議場と高級レストラン以外ではジェントルな人々をほとんど見ませんでした．毎日帰ってくると安心するホテルです． 一点だけ，風呂の湯の出がとても悪かったのが残念でした．私の部屋だけかな？

ホテルの側に、足裏マッサージの店がいっぱい！しかも30〜50元で一時間という安さ！ ホテルの立地が最高でした！23階だったので、夜景がきれい！

Decent hotel for that price segment, the spa area was very nice and included in the price for the room. The breakfast buffet was good but expensive. All in all a good stay.

Witam, hotel przyzwoity, widok z okna bardzo ładny, obsługa OK. Proszę uważać na ceny produktów spożywczych w pokoju, sa kosmiczne (woda mineralna 50Y, czyli 10-krotnie drożej niż w sklepie). W knajpkach naprzeciw hotelu maja doświadczenie w obsłudze gości zagranicznych i mnożą ceny dla gości x 4, najwięcej w knajpce muzułmańskiej, najbliższej hotelu. […] Odradzam posiłki w pobliżu hotelu). El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones. Todas las habitaciones del hotel tienen sus ventanas paronamicas para que los huespedes puedan difrutar su expectacular vista. Las unicas cosas que yo mejoraria de ese hotel es la iluminacion del bano y el desayuno. Ah, les recomiendo altamente darse los masajes al lado del hotel que parece que pertenece al hotel […] y es mucho mas barato que el spa del hotel. 더 보기
