HOTEL IS OVERCHARGING THE CUSTOMERS BRECFAST THEY CHARGE $44 PER PERSON IS REALLY RIPOFF, ARROUN THE HOTEL THERE ARE SOME CLASSY FRENCH RESTURANTS CHARGE FOR BRECFAST ONLY $10 AND I MEAN IT IS FIRST CLASS, MANAGEMENT IS NOT FRIENDLY, THEY MADE A MISSTAKE BY CHARGING EXTRA BRECFAST FEE AND IT TOOK THEM 20 EXTRA MIN. We were left stranded at the Airport as the Hotel car that we had booked to pick us up did not arrive. We had even pre paid. When we phoned we were told to wait an hour and they will send a car.We caught a normal Taxi which was less expensive but the driver had no idea where the Hotel was situated.

Hotel previously called hotel Belgrad - in soviet times - I assume. Location is very good, service stands against any other hotel. 5 stars... I do not think so, but ok standard hotel.

Very good, clean hotel near the center of city

This is not a 5 star Hotel. It is a 4 star by any normal standard. The room finish, decor of the hallways, fixtures fitting at the same as any 4 star hotel in any major city. They had robes in the room and a few other trimmings, but plenty of 4 star places have that. It is a good 4 start for £200 per night. By Moscow standards that might be good value. […] But if you book it expecting 5 star you'll be disappointed. 더 보기

Our room was located on the 17th. floor facing the river and we had a great view of all Moscow since a whole wall is mostly glass. The room was comfortable and it was very quiet even though the Hotel is located on a busy street. The restaurant for breakfast is extremely expensive so if you do not have the price of the breakfast included in your price, […] better eat out in the many restaurants conveniently close to the Hotel. Both, the Metro Station and the Pedestrian Mall are close by. The Customer Service area is lacking. The Concierges are not there on weekends and they stop working at 5:00 pm during the week. In no other of our Hotels in Russia, were we asked what we were asked here. We needed to sign a document stating that if we did not show up and cancelled our reservation, they could still charge our credit card a large amount for providing us with the "invitation" service that is necessary to get to obtain the Tourist Visa. Also, if you require them to send a taxi to pick you up to the airport you must sign another document. You can only use the Business Center 15 minutes per guest, so it is 30 minutes if there are two of you, for free every day. After that you must pay. There is no swimming pool in the Hotel. 더 보기

This is a real 5 star hotel...with every small detail... Very nice staff and helpful...200 mts away from Arbat st and a metro station.. You should stay here!

Great location!! Good hotel. The internet was pathetically slow and I got kicked off more times than I care to remember. Breakfast is a fortune and should have been included in this rate!

walking distance to the Arbat street and center metro station. good restaurant aroound the hotel, but the decoration and system is old russian style.

the only bad comment is that the TV was difficult to watch from the bed, that the electric power was on & off so it was hazardous to recharge any electrical, and that the clim was weird and my room slightly too warm. Apart from that, the service was very pleasant, they all speak good english (and they smile!), extras are overpriced but not too much […] given a 5 star hotel, location is ideal, panoramic restaurant is impressive (fairly high-end, classy, excellent food and wine selection, shame people smoke a big fatty cigar near your table, although that's everywhere in Russia). Sport room is ok too. Loved the breakfast buffet with a harp player in the background...nice touch. I'd stay there again. It is a very good deal for Moscow, safe and clean. I've stayed in many in Moscow and this was hands-down the best, particularly when considering price. Room was great, a bit small and some outdated carpeting. Plenty of small things to note like tiny elevators and a $40 breakfast buffet, but knowing Moscow well, you simply can't get this price, in this quality, anywhere in center let alone the best location […] period (near Arbat) Flawless service, room service many times for various meals, cleaned perfectly, free water, internet was free and fast, just can't beat it, can't come close actually. 더 보기

Good quality, good location and good value for money. In a great area and close by the metro which is very easy to use and get around the city. Highly recommended.

Airport pick-up was very good, the driver even took me around the city at no extra cost so that I could take a few photos as it was my first time in Moscow. Having said that, the cost of the airport transfers are very steep, due to the distance from the airports (DME = 1 hour if no traffic). Cost was 3900 roubles one way, plus waiting time of 1 hour […] at 1500 roubles! So $180 just to get to the hotel! The hotel was very plush, lots of nice rooms, and relatively low cost compared to other 4-5* hotels in the city. Distance to the center is walkable. And you can also easily get to the World Trade Centre or Expo Centre from the hotel, which was the main reason I chose it above some others. I was not impressed with this hotel save the view, and the concierge. The room was small, not cozy small, just small – this was my second trip to this hotel and I saved the review for the second experience. I had a lot of street noise, but the hotel is situated in the most posh neighborhood in Moscow. The walk around is beautiful, near fabulous shopping, […] and it boasts a world-class café in the lobby. One thing you must accept in Moscow is that you will pay for everything. They have not got the ‘comped’ customer service down at all. Because of this fact they will lose the semi-casual traveler. The desk staff struggled with English, French, and German (I tried all three), and I could not even ask for a sparkling water without the saving technology on my iPhone. The concierge however, spoke wonderful English, had a command of all there was to do in the area. The concierge provided a hotel car with driver for the price of any street taxi. Keep the concierge’s card handy, gird your wallet and enjoy one of the most exotic and beautiful cities in the world. 더 보기

Camere comode, pulite e spaziose. Ottimo per viaggi d'affari; ben posizionato. Unico neo il prezzo ma questo è il problema di tutta Mosca.

The hotel standard was all in all great, and even though it was expensive, still the price was not that bad compared to other 5 star hotels in Moscow. So taking into consideration the price level in Moscow it was quite good value for the money. Both the exterior and the interior looked fine. The lobby was quite pretentious in the typical Russian pompous […] way, the room and the bathroom were spacious and perfectly clean. I could not hear noise from outside despite the busy street with a lot of traffic in the near proximity. The nice things were fresh flowers, a morning gown and slippers, and free coffee / tea / water. However the old bathtub wuth greyish curtains, and the simple shower spoiled the good impression. The steam bath was free only till 4 pm, so that it had no practical value. Too bad for a good hotel to charge its guests for such services. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of good food. The restaurant itself looked clean and inviting, and a harp player was a nice touch that made mornings more relaxed. However it has to be mentioned that the breakfast price was too high. The receptionists were polite and helpful. When I came up to my room I found out it was a room for smokers. After a call to the reception desk I immediately got a non-smoking room without having to go down to the reception or change the key card. However the waiters at the breakfast were not quite competent. While serving tea they neither asked what sort of tea I wanted, nor offered lemon or milk. So I just got a pot of regular black tea, and it took me some efforts to get some lemon. They were also way too quick to clear the tables. When I came back to my table after having fetched some more food I found both the tea pot and the receit gone. The location was quite good, with a 5 minutes’ walk to two underground stations, which was not bad being in Moscow. Oczywiście hotel o wysokiej jakości, na piechotę na Stary Arbat - chyba najładniejszą ulicę w Moskwie. Niedaleko też do terenów targowych. Cena dość wysoka. Rezerwację miałem bez śniadania, a opłata w hotelu przewyższa standardy. Nie mniej jednak, polecam.

un hotel de calidad, la unica observacion que le haria es que teniendo una apertura hacia el turismo y sobre todo el hispano, no hagan ningun efuerzo por tener algun personal que hable el español y medianamente ayuden al turista.

Wifi料金がただであるというのでこのHotelにしたが、回線の容量が小さく、このHotelを選んで失敗したと思った。

Nachdem ich die letzten Male in einem anderen Hotel übernachtet hatte, wollte ich dieses Mal eines, das näher zur Messe liegt. Es waren auch tatsächlich nur 2 Stationen mit der Metro. Leider hatte ich im Hotel einen Plan erhalten, auf dem 2 Metrostationen vertauscht waren so dass es dann doch etwas länger gedauert hatte. Auf ein Bier am Abend musste […] ich eine halbe Stunde warten... Essen ist dort sehr teuer aber man kann recht schnell in die Fussgängerzone Arbatskaya laufen, dort findet man gute und günstigere Restaurants, dort liegt auch in Gehweite das HardRock-Cafe und auch ein Mc Donalds Sehr gut war der Service mit einem Shuttle zum Domodedovo. Mit einem 5er BMW für 1100 Rubel zum Flughafen ist nicht schlecht. 더 보기

Aufgrund der guten Lage - man unterquert eine Hauptstrasse und läuft am Minesterium vorbei in die Fussgängerzone Arbat und kommt so bequem zum Kreml, Restaurants in der Umgebung, abends war noch viel los in den Strassen, so dass man sich sicher fühlt. Es ist auch ein MacDonalds in der Nähe falls Kinder es wünschen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichaltig […] und mit schöner Harfenmusik untermal; leider waren die Restaurants am Wochenende für private Feiern ausgebucht, sodass man leider nicht den Panoramablick geniessen konnte - das ist nicht so gut, daher sind wir auswärts Essen gewesen. 더 보기

The hotel is located very close to the historic street Stariy Arbat, with lots of attractions nearby. Metro station Smolenskaya just 3-4 minutes walk away, a very important asset in Moscow, where the streets are totally overcrowded, and you never know when to get where you want going by car. Nice breakfast, clean rooms, very competitive summer prices. […] All in all, a very good place to stay for both tourists and business people. 더 보기
