This motel was a dump. The door to our room was on the back on this side street with shady charactors milling around at all hours of the night. No creamer or sugar with the in-room coffee service. Bed was a rock. The smallest shampoo and soap cake I have ever scene. What the motel claimed as a continental breakfast was white bread toast, a hard boiled […] egg, and other assorted stuff. very good qualities, in the center of the town, a swimming pool , very friendly

Motel .ad some good features including nice refrigerator and microwave, but some features were unacceptable, Toilet was very difficult to flush, and we were told all rooms had that problem because of low water pressure. Carpet was frayed badly at doorway and in overall poor condition. Bedspread had big broken area. poorly maintained

This motel I would use again.....good rate and comfortable. Thanks so much.

Good for the price per night. Bed head rests are broken and linens are not washed since long. Bath door was completely broken. As we spent more time outside and very less time in hotel room, overall we found it ok.

Reasonable price, staffs are helpful.Safeway is just across the street, also close to some tour agency, we went to the Antelope canyon tour , it's 2 minutes walk to get to the meeting place .

It was our second stay at the hotel, first time the TV was out of order, one year later another room again the TV was out of order.

Hotel was decent but the people in adjoining rooms were very loud and obnoxious. Not sure why management allows this type of behavior. Will never stay there again!

Rooms are basic, relatively quiet

This is a good decent hotel. Good price and confortable and feel good. It provide good breakfast. Just wifi is week, need improve. I wil stay again.

The hotel room was pretty good with all the amenities. Best thing was it's location... Safeway, Starbucks and Canyon Tours were, just 2 mins, at a walk-able distance. Staff was fine and included breakfast was regular. Anyone going for canyon tours, think of this hotel.

Good for the price: clean, quiet; convenient location in town. Parking wasn't convenient because all parking near our room was taken up by adjoining bar patrons. The "breakfast" is minimal--cold cereal, white bread for toast, packaged muffins, but juice is ok.

a little rough on the make over, but fairly clean, The staff make a welcome and helpful atmosphere. Great stay for the price

This motel would have been a good budget overnight stay...except for the heater, which kept me up all night despite having ear plugs in. The room had been completely updated, and the programmable heater looked nearly new. But it was so loud I felt like I was in an airplane hanger. reat place to sta if you are going to Lake Powell. otel Staff new all about places to have dinner. Only down side - could not find HBO on the TV.

Everything was fine but dated. Cherry Seven, the bar and grill next door had great food. Breakfast was packed and we couldn't get a seat. I just feel that if they book buses of people they should prepare for this problem.

hard mattress in the room for the first night, better the second night after changing rooms. There was mold in the bathroom, room was a little stinky, like dirty, old carpet. Nice staff though ...it depends what room you get I guess, but overall they were accomodating.

room was ok, motel was fine, you get what you pay for. it's in the centre of town, close to supermarket if you need it. breakfast was included, staff were friendly, I would recommend it for that price range, there is a lot of competition along the street, you have choices

the hotel is clean and nice. location is great. but the breakfast is the worst ever!

Room was spacious and had everything you need Hotel was close to everything ( Tours, Restaurants, Grocery, Shopping, Lake Powell). Staff was helpful and nice. We even had a nice Magnoila tree outside or patio door. They need some updating, but everything was very clean.

I felt violated by the price of this place for the quality of service and room (or lack of quality that is). I recommend camping or sleeping in your car rather than going to this hotel.

Can only sharply disagree with prior negative reviews. Room clean, recently refurbished. Front desk warm, helpful. For this category more than satisfactory. Breakfast a little rough, adequate. Go back on a heartbeat.

regular hotel a little to pricey nothing special but that the only one of the cheapest options to stay there. breakfast in the morning is good to start with. nothing special but it ok.

The hotel has nice, clean and very big rooms. Check-in and check-out are very efficient

opposite shopping center, lot of space in the room & helpful office

Large room, walked right out to pool. You can park your car in front of your door and walk right into the hotel. We ate at Denny's and were very happy with the menu choices and food was great. We haven't been to Denny's for years.

This will meet average expectations. There were some issues with the toilets. But overall its great location and right next to Safeway, Antelope Canyon tours made the difference.
