I stay here frequently. Good upgraded rooms. Stella's restaurant next door is great breakfast location sharing same parking lot. Overall always a good experience.

The Clocktower Inn is an older hotel but was very clean and well cared for. The staff was very helpful: the keys to one of our rooms didn't work after checking in and staff came up to show us the "trick" to getting the doors to open. Again, older hotel, some wear and tear, but the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom […] areas were spacious. There was a mini fridge in the rooms and a coffee maker, although it was one of those single-cup pod machines, not great when there are multiple people in the room wanting morning coffee! Still, there is an amazing restaurant (Stellas) that serves coffee and breakfast and lunch. It is packed in the morning so be prepared to wait. The hotel is close to downtown attractions and the airport. Billings is a challenging city to drive in but take along a GPS and you should be fine! Overall, good quality for the price! 더 보기

Could not cool the room down to sleep well in April and when opened window town was noisy. The best breakfast in town is right next door though.

When I checked in to the hotel, I was given a key to a room that turned out to be already occupied. The person in the room was startled when I opened the door and it was very unpleasant. The desk clerk seemed surprised and said there were several people who had asked for room changes recently. I was given a different room that was empty, but did not […] feel safe there. The best part of this hotel is the location relative to the airport. The shuttle service was exquisite. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. Definately an older building. As a woman traveling alone I did not like that I had to travel through a parking lot at night to get to my room. Refrigerator was loud and woke me up at night. Other then […] that place was fine. Parking area of hotel is interesting to say the least. Alley ways between some of the rooms. The hotel itself is located across from the Grey Hound bus station and very interesting characters walk through the grounds. I was traveling with another female and did not feel safe at all in this complex. We had traveled across country and this was an unplanned […] stop however if I had to choose a stop again Billings MT would not have been on the list. We traveled by foot into the downtown area of every stop we made here we drove the 3 blocks down the street for safety. 더 보기

A drunk man begged for money from my husband while I was inside checking in. We would have liked a hot tub.

What a wonderful and relaxing stay at the Clock Tower. My room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and inviting. Stella's was very convenient and the food fabulous!

It was too expensive but had nice comfortable beds and is close to nice restuarants.

noisie niebors at 3am not to fun

I expected less when I looked at comparably priced properties. I believe it was newly renovated as there was remodeling going on in another wing. It is very centrally located in the old downtown area. Very nice room and furnishings, very comfortable, I was very pleased.

Good hotel, great location, but the room was a little on the small side.

...is quite comfortable and recently remodeled. Convenient to the downtown businesses. The hotel across the street is twice the price and not as nice or roomy! All the best restaurants and clubs in Billings are within walking distance.

Room very clean but small. Heater very noisy.

I enjoyed my recent stay at the Best Western Clock Tower - it was convenient to the conference I was attending; in fact many conference attendees stayed at the property. Meeting conference attendees at a local watering hole was just a few block walk. The room was quiet and clean, with all needed amenities for my three day stay. Once we found it the hotel was fine- lots of construction and one ways but nice rooms. Great breakfast but you need to plan ahead for the restaurant as it is very busy- but greatr food and portions. A few homeless people bouncing around and outside doors but friendly for pets and very accomodating

We stay at this hotel almost every time we come to Billings. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable - down pillows and sturdy beds!

The BW Clock Tower is a well maintained hotel with lots of business. They provide clean nice quiet rooms with working amenaties and a good complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Stellas Kitchen and Bakery. We will stay here again when we need to stay in Billings again.

This hotel is located across the street from the Greyhound Bus station. The first room we were given was on the ground floor and in the corner next to the intersection of the 2 streets the bus station was on. We heard people yelling, fighting, etc. all night and we heard all the street noise (horns honking, cars zooming by, etc.). The next morning we […] asked the front desk to move us to a quieter room and they were very kind and apologetic. They moved us to an interior room on the second floor and our next 2 nights were much quieter. I will say that the staff of the hotel was pleasant, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the location of it to the noisy bus station. There are also a lot of homeless in the area because there is a shelter right across the street. Also, everyone said how great Stella's (the cafe right by the hotel) was but it was always so busy (lines out the door) that we never got a chance to eat there. 더 보기

Stayed here at the recommendation of my daughter, who goes to school in Billings. Fairly close to her school, in downtown and right next to Stella's (I have a sweet tooth and Stella's is the cure...)

Nice Best Western very centrally located with friendly staff and updated, clean rooms. Also airport shuttle at 4:30am in the morning was available. Would stay here again anytime.

we went thru three different rooms before we got one with a working door, the right size, etc. definitely not what we were expecting.

Inn location great for downtown,but iffy bldg across the street. Great food in the Stella cafe.Friendly staff and clean rooms

Room was neat, clean and cool. All good. It's picture had it looking abit more "grand" but I might be accused of the same thing with photos of myself. Easy to walk all over the D'twn area, which we had wanted. It was just great for the night between flying in and driving off to YNP!

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The room was updated recently. Very comfortable and nice. Big Flat screen TV. I guess my only complaint would be parking is tough. There is a restaurant on the property, however I never ate there. I liked the stay.

Although the outside of the hotel looks a bit iffy, once inside the room my entire impression changed. I travel a lot on business and was apprehensive about this property on first site. We had a King room and the bed was wonderful. The bathroom had a really great rainfall shower and everything was very clean in the room. I have seen comments about […] the location but I found it great in that you could walk to many bars and restaurants. Stella's next door was great for breakfast and an occasional lunch. A Starbucks is only a block away. We walked 4 blocks to the Art Museum, mailed a box from the post office across the street, and found the location convenient. 더 보기

It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in! The front desk staff was FAST and friendly. The Room was SUPER nice and I loved the Montana Mudd coffee (a local favorite) right in the room! Hope to get to stay here again!

The Hotel is not the newest and it can be hard to find a slot for your car. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The big surprise was about the breakfast, it is a seperate location, just across the lobby, but man so jamy!

From the moment we checked in we were treated like gold. the staff was cheerful, genuinely helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable . My only complaint is that we are non smokers and we were put in a room that smelled of heavy smoke, but was rented to us aa s a non smoking Trust me though the staff and the service here will have me coming […] back for years and I will recommend it to all I come across. 더 보기
