Nice people and a free hot breakfast next door!

We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. There were some people smoking in the hot tub area, but when they were not there it was nice, The breakfast was good at the restaurant next door. It was a good place to stay with children.

called for maid service before leaving the room 4 the day have special needs son and when we returned that evening no maid service was done went to the office they had no sheets for me to fix my sons bed just a blanket and some towels plus its kinda of a old hotel

This is our third stay at the Brookings Inn on our annual trip down the coast. They are a great value for the money. Next time I'm going to bring a bathing suit and swim in their nice pool. Comfortable and clean rooms with every thing you need. Friendly service and a free breakfast that can't be beat. We'll be back next year.

Great hotel! This was our third annual stay there as we travel down the coast. Always clean, friendly, and the free breakfast is really good. Location is a little noisey but most hotels are located along a highway. We got a good nights sleep. Will stay there again.

Nice place to stop for a night if you're driving the Pacific Coast Highway. Good Mexican (Pancho's) food right across the street and good breakfast from the restaurant next to the hotel, which offered a choice of 6 or so options that were free if you stayed at the hotel. I don't know why they call it a resort- definitely nothing fancy, but we were satisfied […] with our room and would stay here again. There's no AC, but I don't know that you'd ever miss it. We opened both windows (we stayed in the corner room) and were pleasantly chilly when we woke up in the AM. If you stay here, be sure to check out Chetco Point Park. It's next to the water treatment plant, a short drive from the hotel. The view is absolutely beautiful. Try to ignore the fact that you're next to the water tx plant! Trust me! 더 보기

No gym, no laundry, but the room was clean and breakfast in the attached diner was good.

The room was clean and quiet with a nice tub and shower. King bed was firm and comfortable. It was difficult to get internet to work. For breakfast, we were given coupons to use at the restaurant across the driveway. There were 5 or 6 options to choose from, including most common breakfast combinations. Only negative was some small sugar ants on the vanity in the morning, and I informed the front desk as we checked out. 더 보기

It was ok; however, I woke up a 5:12 a.m. and could never go back to sleep because I could hear every footstep, door, etc. Also, I could not get the thermostat to work. Beautiful area though, and hotel was clean and friendly.

OK Resort? it is very far from that. Motel was barely adequate, but broken computer for 5 days, never fixed. Meals and service at coffee shop take forever. Come on! My room door was so warped that everyone in the motel knew when I came and went as I was slamming it shut. No AC, no laundry, no fitness center and unreliable wireless connection. I would stay here again. A lot of street noise and no AC

Nice, clean older motel. Only complaint is no beach view or access.

They do not have air conditioning nor ceiling fans...

I recently stayed here and the hotel although older, was clean. The decorations are a bit outdated and I would have liked to have a microwave, but for the price you can't beat it. The pool and hottub are a nice addition and the staff was friendly. If you're on a budget, don't pass up this hotel.

Our door was difficult to close, felt bad if the noise may have bothered the neighboring guests, also no fan in the bathroom, whats up with that?! updated television would be nice & outdoor ashtrays thru-out the parking area

I was expecting more than what we got...... The room they had for us smelled like bleach so we requested a room change. We were switched to a different room, however, that room had an unpleasant oder so we had to go to the store and buy some air freshener to make the room more tolerable. The title of the motel has the word "resort" in it .....this was […] no resort. I'm glad that we were only there for one night. 더 보기

Good value good location

This was a great stay. The hotel was very clean, well organized and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was included at the adjacent restauant and it was excellent. Great value!!

My husband and I stayed here to attend a wedding in town. The hotel is very appealing in atmosphere and appearance. We did not deal much with the staff but those we did speak with were very friendly and personable. Our room was very comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. The rate was more than reasonable and included free breakfast at the restaurant […] next door. The hotel is very convenient to the places we visited and there were plenty of shops/stores in the area. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Brookings area. 더 보기
