No complaints about the hotel except the decor was a bit 80s. A tram journey from any good parts of Frankfurt

The staff at the Best Western Hotel Plaza were pleasant, helpful and courteous and did everything possible to ensure our comfort during our stay.Very Nice, good location, public transportation easy, safe, and clean, good price, great place to stay.

(+)quiet hotel, clean and cosy room, helpful staff, near main station(about 400m) (-)Esslinger Street is small and not well known. After I asked 5 men, I found this street.

Great value for this hotel. Located just 15 minutes walk from the old town and about 5 minutes from the central station. Breakfast was an extra 11 euros. Room was spacious and clean and it actually had a full bath tub.

The hotel is placed in a central location - between train station and river Main. Just 5 minutes by foot from the main station.The rooms and so the bathrooms have been completely renewed, very clean and in good condition.

Very central location - excellent service from all staff dealt with. Imaculately clean reception and room. Spacious and comfortable - not a bad word to say. Have already reccomended this hotel.

Judged on prices in other European cities, this hotel was really bad value. However, on the dates we were in Frankfurt it was the cheapest one I could find in the central area that did not have warning messages against it on the Web. Frankfurt is apparently very expensive when there is a trade fair in town but I could find no evidence of one so maybe […] the place is just expensive year round? Check hotel prices before you decide to go there! Central location 5 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof, close to the river and walking distance from main attractions. The room was a good size and clean. Beds were a bit hard but softer than many I’ve slept on. The room smelled of tobacco though we had asked for non-smoking. (Was too tired on arrival to ask for a change.) After a couple of days with the windows open the smell largely abated. The hotel is in a quiet street. Little noise apart from the occasional ear-splitting emergency vehicle. Friendly staff. Free coffee making in the reception area but none in the room. Would stay there again if I couldn’t find a better price elsewhere. 더 보기

It is a very wise choice that I have made for chosing this hotel. Indeed, the hotel interior is very elegent and most importantly the room is ver y spacious and nice. It exceeded our expectation and the room we stayed is more like a 5 star hotel room. Highly recommended on this hote lin Frankfurt.

The hotel is very close to the Bahnhof. However, the neighborhood is quite seedy. There are a couple of really nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The service is good, but the rooms are not very roomy. Anything resembling air conditioning is basically nonexistent.

在这家酒店订了2天，之前评论过的就不多说了，总体还是很满意的。再补充一点，这家有免费wi-fi，当然其他酒店也有提供免费wi-fi，但只有这家是主动询问并提供登陆密码纸的。因为入住时会忘记，再下楼去前台拿也不高兴，所以对于这样主动的服务非常满意！

这家可以说是连锁店了，因为在火车站有一个，市中心有一个，两个都住过了。本来预订的都是火车站的，但是当天到达时告诉我们客满，不过服务员态度很好，承诺支付来回的出租车费，即当天送往姐妹酒店，和第二天送到火车总站。也是拖他们的福，这次算坐过德国的出租车了，哈哈。房间大小适中，一切基本设施都有，还送了小熊软糖（是小羊的形状），而且干净整洁，两家的地理位置都很好，非常满意！下次有机会来还是选择这里。服务员的英语都很好，不必担心交流问题，还可以在他们酒店拿到城市地图，对这次出行帮助很大。

部屋は余分なものはなく、シンプルで落ち着いて眠れる。　道ウ路反対側の角にあるビヤホールの食事はおいしく、お勧めです。

prettig schoon hotel met grote kamers. musea en stad op loop afstand.

Dit hotel als tussenstop gebruikt op onze reis naar de wintersport. Een keurig hotel. Schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt goed en de prijs voor de kamer is redelijk. Dicht bij het centraalstation en winkels van Frankfurt.

Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu me rendre à cet hôtel et donc pas profité de la qualité de cet hôtel qui me paraissait parfait .

Leider wird die Parkgarage derzeit renoviert und kann nicht genutzt werden.Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind sehr begrenzt. Vorkher unbedingt im Hotel nachfragen ob die Renovierung abgeschlossen ist. Hotel ansonsten sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind klein aber alles da was man braucht.

Wir waren in einem 3 Besttzimmer untergebracht, welches sehr sauber war. Die Sanitären anlagen waren auch sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass wir unser Auto auch noch am nachfolgenden Tag in der Garage stehen lassen durften und so nicht noch zum Messeparkhaus fahren mussten. Freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.

Loistava sijainti, vain kivenheitto päärautatieasemalta. Pieni, ulospäin vaatimaton mutta siisti ja rauhallinen. Ystävällinen palvelu. Mm. lähtöselvitysten tekeminen onnistui vaivatta, eikä hintakaan ollut kohtuuton.

Situé tout près de la gare principale, à une vingtaine de mn à pieds du vieux centre, dans une rue paisible,peu fréquentée.Chambre (N°3) donnant sur une cour intérieure, très calme, hormis les bruits de douches et WC des autres chambres.Bon accueil à la réception. Excellente connexion wifi gratuite.Ordinateur aussi présent dans l'entrée avec une imprimante, […] permettant d'obtenir une carte d'embarquement très facilement. Bon confort. Petit déjeuner assez cher (14 euros), non testé. Alentours "moyens" autour de la gare, mais le Main est très proche, avec des berges agréables pour les piétons et vélos. 더 보기

Hotel mit guer Lage in der nähe des Main. Sauber und sehr zweckmässig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Jag är i sin helhet nöjd med hotellet. Nära Frankfurt Hauptmanhof (centralstationen) och till floden Main. Lätt att hitta och närliggande restauranger finnes. Jag betalade 14€ för frukosten. Prisvärt hotell som lever upp till sina tre stjärnor. Plus: Rent, fräsch, trevlig personal. Nära till restauranger och till centralstationen. Bra frukost. Vi landade på Frankfurt Hahn och tog bussen till Frankfurt, redan då hittade vi reklam för hotellet i bussbolagets turlista. När vi kom fram till centralstationen så var det skyltat till hotellet så det var väldigt nära och jättelätt att hitta! Då det ligger nedanför tågstationen behövde man inte heller gå genom Red Light Distrikt vilket vi tyckte var […] väldigt skönt å slippa! Ser fint och frächt ut på utsidan, vi fick snabbt hjälp i receptionen. Tjejen som betjänade oss kunde nog inte så mycket engelska och var sparsam med leenden men det spelade oss inte så stor roll. Luftigt rum med stort badrum och badkar, vi blev verkligen positivt överraskade! Godisbjörnar på kudden låg det också.. Det är faktiskt lika fint/finare än bilderna. Lagom avstånd till shopping och sightseeing. Vi bokade 2 mån i förväg och fick ett jättebra pris! Frukosten hoppade vi över att boka då vi hellre ville ut och uppleva stan, var inga problem att hitta frukostställen. Det var dessutom billigare än de hotellet erbjöd. I only stayed for one night (had to get an early flight) and found this hotel to be good value for money. Friendly reception, clean room and bathroom. The room wasn't big but gave enough space for a functional stay. Although located close to major roads the room was quiet. The vicinity to the main station is a big plus for anybody who uses this hotel […] as a overnight stay during ongoing travels. However, for longer holidays I'd generally recommend some place outside any city center. 더 보기
