Been visiting there for over 30 years - our only place to stay in Clarksville. Very friendly staff.

Convenient to Louisville, KY Airport, plenty of food options nearby, friendly staff, slightly outdated rooms but comfortable and reasonably priced.

Check in/out was fine Very old "motel" (all "exterior rooms"); need to walk outside to get to lobby & breakfast area. In fact, breakfast area in in a lobby. Room was clean, but very small; bed & furniture were just OK Breakfast was also OK Don't understand why this hotel was rated so high on hotels.com. Very disappointed

The staff was not at all friendly. A woman that I believe was a supervisor(a younger girl attended me) was extremely dour and didn't even acknowledge I was standing there.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. We have found it to be very clean with a decent breakfast excluding the coffee which is instant! What we like about his hotel is that it is dog friendly. We have had issues each time with the internet and cable working properly. It is a decent location.

This was an unexpected stop on our trip due to bad weather. The hotel was very clean. Beds we very hard, but worked for the price. Lots of kid friendly restaurants close by including Chuck E Cheese where we went so our kids could burn off steam. The breakfast in the morning was great with several selections of eggs, pancake wrapped sausages for the […] kids, cereal, bagels, muffins, yougurt and make your own waffles! We were very happy with our one-night stay at this hotel. We checked-in around 8pm on a Thursday evening. The hotel lobby was clean, welcoming and well-lit...even decorated pleasantly for Christmas. The gals behind the counter were very friendly. Within just a couple of minutes I had my key-card in hand and was off to our room, which was only four doors […] down. We found our room to be very clean and pleasant to the eye. It smelled fresh and was quite welcoming, down to the way the four pillows for each of the two beds was arranged. They already had the heat going for us too. Our night was quiet despite being pretty close to the highway. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was very good as well. The food was fresh and the coffee hot. Great selection of everything. Upon going back to our room to gather our belongings, we discovered that our key card/lock was not responsive. The front desk gal came right away with us to try and see if she could find out what the problem was. When she coudn't she quickly called the maintainance man. He arrived within a couple of minutes, only to discover that he was going to have to "break-in" our room because the lock was bad. Within 30 minutes, we were back in our room and on our way. The staff handled this problem very professionally. We would definitely stay here again. Don't be afraid to give them a try. I'm glad we did. 더 보기

The location of this hotel is great. The photos give the hotel the wrong impression of the rooms. The rooms are dated at best. It was comfortable but nothing special. TV', mattress, and shower fresh but still dated. Staff was nice at check-in and just ok at check-out. Location was still a plus. Right off the interstate, just before the bridge to Louisville, […] and right next to the Bass Pro Shop and Old Time Pottery. The mall across from that was nothing to brag about though. Close to many restaurants and other stores. I would stay there again if on a budget. I will try something different next time though. 더 보기

The listed price would have been outrageous just to be close to Louisville, but the Hotels.com deal made the stay affordable for a Breeders's Cup racing weekend.

The place was Ok, seemed clean, the lamp in our room feel apart when we tried to turn it on. The complimentary breakfast was great! However the front desk staff were rude, unaccomodating and difficult. They tried to give us a smoking room because they said" that when you book through a 3rd party there is no guarantee on room placement or non smoking […] options". So with much fuss we were finally able to get a non-smoking room, but it was on the other side of the motel away from all our family. Which was odd, because several adjoining non-smoking rooms, by our family, remained vacant our entire stay. Also this is a motel, not a hotel which was misleading in their information. 더 보기

I have stayed at this hotel before. The hotel has become worn. Staff not as knowledgable as in the past had a problem with my door lock, and although it was fixed. The serviceman left my curtains wide open where you could see everything in our room,computer, camera luggage, ect. Front desk clerk did not know how to use the portable programmer to open […] my door, and would not let me use it. So I had to wait til maintenance man could come from home, even though I explained that I was a bench engineer for Marroitt for over 15 years. One of my favorite hotels in the area. Sad to see the quality go down. Hope it comes back to standards I expect from this hotel. 더 보기

I have stayed at this location several times over the last 2 years for work. Very convenient and overall nice people. The last 2 stays the room had a VERY damp and musty smell. I thought I'd try again. The last time there were dirty wash clothes over the shower bar, and an empty Irish Spring Bar Soap box tucked in behind the shower head. Everything about the stay was very good. Traffic to the Louisville Fair Grounds was a long drive with traffic. Be defensive when driving in the area, locals are aggressive and sometimes dangerous behind the wheel.

We have stayed in this hotel since the rennovations were made 4-5 years ago. The tile work in the bathroom needs total updating again. Otherwise it is clean and the breakfast menu is always very good.

some candy bars in vending machine were old & some items not well stocked. sunday night had disturbance just outside based from approx. 2 rooms down, but quickly & effectively handled by clarksville police (thank you). wife slept well throughout our stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with respect to traveling to Louisville. It is just 5-7 minutes either by I-65 or Hwy 31 (longer during peak periods).

Room was adequate, breakfast was great. But there was a bad smell in the room. Curtains need to be replaced and rooms updated. Great staff.

we like this hotel. easy to get too.just wush thy would have biger room .

We always stay at this hotel when we are in this area because it has the best rates & we are always pleased with our room. We will stay at this hotel again.

The beds were awful...you could literally feel e springs in the mattress when you lay down. It was a clean place and convenient for where we wanted to be but if you want a nice comfy bed keep on driving.

Good place to stay - near shopping and good restraurants - great breakfast.

Outside entrances were not my favorite feature, but everything else about the hotel was very good, from the condition of the room, the outdoor appearance of the hotel, and nearby restaurants. Reasonable rate made my stay very worthwhile

The hotel was very nice and friendly people but the lady at the desk wasn't happy that we booked thru you an she wasnt shy about it. The rooms were all $79.99 and you said 20% off so I ask here why we didnt get the 20% off we only got 10% and she said because we booked through hotels.com that we should of booked through them. Then when I checked out […] I ask for a recipt and she couldn't give me one because I booked on line. 더 보기

Very please with location, service, price, and room.

The pillows were actually too fluffy. I left with my neck hurting for two days. The breakfast that all of the online reviews raved about was very disappointing. The breakfast wasn't "hot". You had to heat the items yourself. Overall the room was clean and the hotel was nice but a little disappointing

We stayed here on two different occasions and it was very comfortable. On the second stay we had a red tub in a bathroom decorated with wine label wallpaper. It was awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Louisville for a short stay. It was very convenient to everything and also had a good Mexican restaurant you could walk to so when […] you drank a lot of margeritas you could just walk back! Perfect! 더 보기

The room was nice and big, comfortable and homey! The bed had a nice big pillow comfort top, so it was super comfortable to sleep in. And the breakfast the next day was not what I expected. I was expecting donuts and bagels and fruit cups. We got bacon, eggs, waffles, cereal, biscuits, gravy, fruit, coffee, orange juice, cranberry juice...the works! […] I was very please with our stay! 더 보기

We were very satisfied with this Best Western location. Staff were friendly, our room was quiet with minimal light coming in from outside, and there was a good choice of breakfast foods. The room was basically clean, though the grout on the bathroom floor is in need of thorough cleaning. We appreciated the in-room refrigerator; there was also a microwave […] which we didn't use as well as an ironing board & iron and a hair dryer. The location is very convenient to Louisville KY, and there is a good range of chain restaurants close by. All in all, an excellent value for cost-conscious travelers. 더 보기

Will definitely sleep here again when I am in town. Nice proximity to many stores and restaurants and easy access from/to highways

Very convenient to Louisville KY

Rooms are small, but nice. Customer service was great and wish more hotels treated people the way we were treated. Trouble connectiing to internet but that may have been my personal laptop, but tried several times and no dice.

Considering you avoid a lot of downtown traffic in Louisville by staying there (yet it's still less than 10 minutes from downtown), it's not a bad choice! Location is REALLY close to a bunch of restaurants, and staff was great. Enjoy!
