샤토 재스퍼 (Chateau Jasper) - 재스퍼

다소 부담스런 가격대였지만 재스퍼 일대가 워낙 비싸다는 점 감안하면 전반적으로 만족스럽습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 방은 아주 깨끗하고 넓었어요. 느리지만 방에서 무료 WiFi도 됩니다. 중심가에서 다소 떨어져 있어 걸어가기엔 무리가 있고요. 어차피 차를 가지고 다녀야하는 곳이니 조용하고 깨끗한 곳에서 하루저녁 푹 쉬려고 한다면 기꺼이 추천입니다. 참,근처에 식당이 없어 1층 레스토랑에서 조식부페를 먹었는데 괜찮았습니다.

It was nice, but the bathrooms were just awful, very tiny and cramped. The service was nice the man at the frount desk helped us with maps. The hotle location was pertty good a little bit off the main street but other wise it was great! The price was good, and I loved there pool. It was very nice to stay at the Chateau Jasper!

I was a little disappointed with our weekend stay at the Chateau Jasper this April for the following reasons: 1) The pool was so cold it was difficult getting in on Friday night although it was much better Sunday morning 2) The fan in the bathroom was so weak that we didn't think there was one. The mirror was fogged as soon as the shower was on and […] took a very long time to clear. 3) The room temperature was quite warm and hard to regulate even with the ventilation turned up full and the air conditioning running. Room 247, has extremely hard beds,

Hotel standard room was "dated" but adequate. Could use some renovations. Restaurant food was over priced and not that great. Better to eat out of the hotel for supper. Never did go back to try breakfast.

Stayed here in February. Overall happy with the hotel. Location is at the far end of town, but Jasper is small, so it isn't a big deal. Our room was clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. If booking this hotel, be sure to note the size of the beds. I assumed (an error on my part) that a standard hotel room would have 2 queens, or possibly […] 1 king. Instead we got 2 doubles which was a very uncomfortable 2 night stay, considering my wife and I are both tall. Also, we had a room near the elevator, and got to listen to it squeak and groan all night. Good place to stay ,wish they had real down duvet!' A little noisy a times.

Great value for money - this hotel has everything you need for much less per night than most of the other hotels in Jasper that are of similar quality. Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights (with a "30% off" deal for about $105 per night) and were very comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The front-desk service was fantastic. Our stay was beautiful and quite relaxing. We just skied on Christmas Day, which was a treat because there were NO lineups. I loved the pool and hot-tub area. We went next door to the Lobstick for Christmas dinner. The meal was a disappointment for my husband because he is used to my turkey dinners. (My stuffing […] and gravy are beyond compare.) The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed good meals at the restaurant. Would definately stay there again.

Wonderful hotel - reasonable price, great food in restaurant. Room decor is a little dated, but are impeccably clean. Very impressed with friendly staff and surprisingly good food in the hotel restaurant. Convenient to Marmot Basin for skiing. Would definitely return.

The staff were great and we were able to use the hot tube and pool next door. Overall it was a great atmosphere and I would deffinetly go back. Good place for decent $$

overall: excellant value great service, the bed was made with out one sheet, when desk was told received the concern well. would stay again had all the qualities for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Chateau Jasper in Jasper Alberta. Im going to start out saying that the room was nice, we had a room with 2 double beds. The bathroom was nice, there was cable tv, a little mini fridge and I liked the fact that there was a big mirror in the bathroom and then right outside the bathroom there was another mirror, sink and the hairdryer […] so one person could get ready while the other showered. However on the night of our arrival we went down to eat in the Hotel Restraunt, the service was Horrible!! It was at least 20 mintues before we recieved our menu's, then when the waitor took our order I wanted him to change the sauce on the club and he said they would not do it. We recieved our drinks half way through our meals, we were not asked once how the meal was or if he could refill our drinks and we waited at least 45 mintues to recieve our bill even afer we had reminded him. Overall the restraunt was horrible, the service was horrible and the waiter was rude, I would not recomend this hotel solely based on the restraunt service because the experience was so bad. 더 보기

Staff great, great location, pool and hotub grat fun. Room was very big, clean and well looked after. A few static electricity shocks from the door handles due to the cold though. Also, our SUV wouldn't fit in the underground car park, but no matter. Thanks all for a relaxing time.

The only downside was less than satisfactory servicing of rooms however when front desk was notified they were kind enough to give us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Why would the front desk employee unable to smile? Why would the front desk employee continue her casual conversation with another employee when we are getting the cart for our luggages both of them wey are watching us? Why do we get a room over looking a roof and another building while the hotel is 80% vacant? Why do the hair dryer in the room does […] not work and when we used ours the breaker jumped and we are in total darkness with one of us in the shower? Why wasn't there any apologies? I have my doubts that the management would accept this kind of attitude towards their clientele. 더 보기

My husband and I plus our son stayed in one of your bigger rooms for only one night. It was very comfortable, clean and tidy. I am not able to comment on any other part of the hotel as we arrived late and left early. However the staff gave us a warm and friendly welcome. Would stay there again.

Hot tub and pool made up for the dated decor. Temperature of the room was not ideal and the air conditioning was very noisy at times but we paid a bargain price for the hotel. A good 10 minute walk into Jasper but nice safe/quiet neighbourhood.

When we checked into the hotel, we said that it was very important that we get good internet reception. The room we were given did not have good reception. We called the front desk, they told us to call the help desk. The help desk which was located in Quebec said it was a hotel problem. When we called the front desk again, they said perhaps it was […] our computer?? or we could come down to the lobby where the internet would be better. We tried the computer in a room across the hall and the reception was better. We had to move ourselves across the hall and at no time were we offered any compensation for the inconvenience and loss of time. Perhaps they could have offered a drink or something. This is a good hotel, but they don't offer free wifi access like their competitors do.

The hotel Staff is wonderful and helpful. The hotel is very clean and bright.

This is a great little hotel, on the outskirts of Jasper, close to the routes to all the main tourist attractions. We stayed in a very large room, with extremely comfortable beds.

It was a pleasant experience for the price we paid for a one night stay at Jasper. The hotel is very close to shops and is conveniently located for other sight seeing. Would stay there again.

the town is within easy walking distance.One annoyance is that the ashtrays are located at the entrances at the back whereby you pass by the smokers to get in.

Very comfortable rooms, very clean, well maintained. Walking distance to town centre, good view. Well worth a stay, value for money indeed.

Nice hotel for a night stop or a few days in the mountains. Rooms are big and have all you need , fridge,safe, TV, kettle and coffee maker. The spa looks very nice but we did not have time to go. Staff friendley and attentive.

Overall very good, A/C failed to work in room?, found room to be hot @ nighttime. Did not complain to front-desk!. Food very good AM&PM.
