노보텔 취리히 시티 웨스트 (Novotel Zurich City West) - 취리히

바젤 중앙역에서는 좀 떨어져있는 점이 아쉬웠으나(택시로 18.20 프랑) 호텔은 깨끗하고 잘 정돈되고 인테리어도 최근 단장해서 좋았음. 조식불포함으로 예약했으나, 호텔설명서에 따르면 4시~6시까지의 Early Bird 들을 대상으로 하는 무료 스낵이 있다고 해서 이용했었음

The Air Conditioning was not working and it was 30C outside!! A very nice guy from reception told us the system was still in the winter mode and we should open the window (just to be clear we were staing in the end of April and once again it was +30C outside). The room was okay, except the sheets were not new, found some hairs on the pillow and on the […] sheets. The hotel is 30 walking minutes away from the center, 5 min away from the train station, and right in front of the tram station. Nothing fun to do in the neighborhood. On the bright side the people at the reception desk were nice and teh lobby area looks great as well. The room has a small teapot. 더 보기

This hotel is an excellent modern hotel close to everything, the tram and train stations are very close and walking distance from the hotel. The hotel has a very nice indoor heated pool which was ideal for my two young boys, also in reception there is a xbox game station which is so useful when you have young kids. On the way to Küssnacht am Rigi for our Sport holiday, we stayed for only one night in this hotel (2 adults & 2 children 14 & 10) and we were satisfied with the room: clean albeit a bit small for 4 pax but everything was fresh and clean. The 'cold' breakfast buffet was just right for us. The hotel is about 5 tram stations away from the center of Zurich […] (to the Main Train Station); it's not far and complicated. I have studied in Zurich for over 4 yrs back in the early 90s and I know how to go about in the city but for first-timers it might be a bit confusing and difficult to buy the ticket at the tram stop near the hotel. So it 's your first time in the city, better ask the hotel for assistance on how to do it to save time. The rate that we paid commensurates the room and what comes with it. Spacious, clean room. Good service. Great breakfast. Not too far from station and bus stop. Not many restuarants in area.

The hotel is clean and very modern with clean bedrooms and bathrooms and excellent service and all staff willing to help and very friendly. We were there as a family with youngs kids and enjoyed our 4 night stay. Hotel is a 2 mins walk from local tram station that takes you in the city in just few minutes so very convent and they have underground private […] parking which was safe and great as we travelled by road from london. Wifi is is something you expect free these days in all hotels in your room but not the case here, you get 24 hour tokens which is annoying but apart from that small snag it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone for a comfortable stay. There was someone called Max at the check in desk which was very friendly and helpfull but all staff where great and it's a very nice place to stay with kids as it is kids friendly. 더 보기

5-minute walk and 3-minute commuter-train ride to central train station/Old City; good restaurants in immediate neighborhood, very competitive price, comfortable rooms with full services (bar, restaurant, free internet in lobby, etc.)

This is a very nice, modern hotel. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms are very comfortable and clean (the carpet in our room was a little stained.) The location is a little out of the way and probably better suited for business travelers who have business in the Technology Park area. The few of the staff wasn't as good as what I've expected from 4* hotel, for axample, I had 2 kids and few bags but there was no one to to help me and also wasn't enough trolly and when asked the one of the member of at the reception who wouldn't give me the satisfied answer, other then that the rest of the things were very good and I definately recommend […] other to stay as long as the staff r more proactive and helpful. 더 보기

Greeting at reception was almost icy, but hotel was clean and modern. Loved the bartender, who was friendly, talkative and helpful.

This hotel situated in the west of the city was convenient, clean and a great base while exploring Zurich. Unfortunately some of the staff lacked in customer service skills, one girl named Nadine, checking her mobile phone while assisting us and not very helpful when we tried to check out.

Disappointing. Some refurbishment going on when i was there, which made the place noisy. No wi-fi in room. Lounge near the lifts, so very noise and not cosy. Bar ok but facing entrance, so it gets the wind. Seats are not comfortable, looks like a cantine. Very expensive for a 2 star hotel. Won't go there again, no way.

Chose to stay in this hotel because it was close to my son's flat.Lots of road works in the vicinity but our room overlooked a pleasant square.Room was comfortable and clean,only complaint was the rather thin towels. It is close to a train station that connects directly with airport and also tram lines to access central Zurich.

The hotel is excellent insofar as accomodations, employees, etc. The main thing to keep track of is the cost of anything within Switzerland. It is very expensive for anything in Switzerland. We travelled for 10 days in Switzerland, staying at various 3 and 4 star hotels, and this hotel was the best that we stayed at.

This hotel was great- Very modern, clean, friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Only downside was the heat would not turn off (other guests also complained about this but nothing was fixed during our stay) so we had some very hot nights trying to sleep. We will definitely stay at a Novotel in the future.

complessivamente l'hotel è discreto, ma la posizione è scomoda e la stanza definita per 4 era decisamente troppo piccola. inoltre il posteggio a pagamento, chiaramente dell'hotel, suona proprio come una presa in giro.

Bonne sauf le déjeuner qui est mieux à l'Etape hôtel

入住的四人房間舒適 小朋友在大堂玩xbox十分開心 早餐也非常豐富 值得推薦的渡假酒店

Hotel impecable, le parking est un peu cher (29FS la nuit) et un peu loin du centre pour y aller a pieds. Sinon, le rapport qualite prix est correct en considerant Zurich comme une des villes les plus cheres du monde.

Waren an Neujahr dort, Zimmer war in Ordnung nur mit dem vergeben der Zimmer gabs Probleme bzw. Endrechnung. Man hätte mich nach der Buchungsnr. sollen fragen, glauben wir hatten ein schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht. Frühstück war Sehr gut jedoch, hätte bissle mehr Info wo was ist gut getan. Sonst alles i.o. ...

Ett högmodernt men något opersonligt hotell.

Bien comunicado y muy recomendable para ir con familia y niños, aunque la habitación de 4 era algo justa de espacio. Cruzando el río hay un parque infantil fantástico. Lo recomiendo!!

nous avons eu quelque difficultes pour se connecter a internet. sinon sejour agreable,petit dejeuner tres bien en quantite et qualite des mets propose. hotel calme pour l'instant manque de transport public proche.

Hotel is goed gelegen (centrum heel makkelijk bereikbaar per tram, tramhalte op een dikke 5 minuten te voet), kamers zijn heel ruim en erg functioneel, personeel is supervriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was werkelijk subliem. Als we nog eens teruggaan naar Zürich, weten we al in welk hotel we zullen verblijven !

Hotellet är mycket modernt och trevligt inrett. Tyvärr är läget tråkigt och långt till kommunikationer. Inget trevligt område att vistas i på kvällen. Ingen frukost ingick i priset och sedan var man tvungen att betala citytax.

Zimmer war sehr klein (Familie mit zwei Kindern). Weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Neben dem Hotel eine Disco und daher am Freitag Abend entsprechend laut.
