Cozy hotel. Great location and great staff! I would recommend this Hotel to my friends and colleagues ! And I would stay there again the next time I'm in Milan

This was one of the poorest hotels I have ever stayed in with the only redeeming feature being the friendliness of the staff especially the British guy on reception. All my colleagues checked out before I even arrived and found a different hotel but I arrived too late. This hotel ruined our first trip to Milan. We paid many hundreds of Canadian dollars a night for the room which was a WRECK. The beds are barely off the floor, the TV is mounted in the ceiling - so you need to lay on the bed to view it, the washrooms and rooms are old and the carpets are stained. The service was great, goodnlocation from Duomo (only 10 min walk) and close to restaurants. Restaurant food was simply lovely. However keep in mind the rating of 5 star is a local rating, and not in line with international hotel rating standards.

The Hotel Pierre was lovely, in a terrific location and with a friendly, helpful staff. Two things would make it perfect: (1) an outdoor garden or sitting space and (2) more electrical outlets in the rooms. Nevertheless it was close to perfect anyway, and I highly recommend it.

This hotel may have been 5 Star in the 60's. It is old and not in a great location. Stayed in 3 hotels in Milan within a week as volcano delayed us leaving. This was the worst one. The 4 star hotel I stayed in a couple of nights was better. They think by giving well presented soap, free internet and nice linen they deserve a 5 satr rating?

The hotel and room were good. The bathroom was modern and clean although the shower head needed changing. Breakfast was disappointing especially at weekends as you had no hot food at this time.

My partner and I chose this hotel mostly for it's price and location. We were not disapointed in either respect. It is in reasonable walking distance to most of the tourist sights but if you do not feel like walking too far the bus, tram and metro services are all nearby and very easy to use even for someone with a limited knowledge of Italian. There […] are a fair number of very well priced resturants near the hotel, as these were mainly used by locals the food was good and the wine gorgeous. The room itself was very comfortable with air conditioning and opening windows, a good shower and comfortable beds, and very clean. We had a room at the back so it was also lovely and quiet. The staff there were very helpfull and always friendly, being happy to arrange taxis or anything (within reason) even at short notice. All in all, we had a wonderful stay there and if we ever go back to Milan would not hesitate to stay there again. 더 보기

Kävelyetäisyydellä oli kaikki toivomamme kohteet - Metroasemaa myöten. Taksi maksoi < 10 €, jos tarvitsimme sitä. Hyvin nukuimme vaikka huone olikin kadun puolelle ja ekassa kerroksessa.

Dejlig roligt med fin service

Por la atencion, los olvidos, desprolijidades puede ser como mucho un 2 1/2, no llega a 3 estrellas en una ciudad como Milano. No tienen casi personal, quien despues de mucho esperar te lleva las valijas al llegar, es el mozo en el restaurante, quien te alcanza todo lo que el personal de habitacion se olvida de colocar, siempre es la misma persona. […] Eramos 3 personas y teniamos preparada una habitacion solo para dos. Las habitaciones (Suite junior) no tienen buena luz artificial, de noche no se ve nada. La limpieza diaria es casi inexistente. El baño, renovado, no tiene en la bañera ningun tipo de antideslizante. Es un hotel antiguo, que está mal mantenido, (1 dia los 2 ascensores no funcionaron y tuve que usar el de servicio por tener una bota walker colocada en el pie izquierdo) mal atendido, pero tiene una ubicacion privilegiada. En 10 dias de estadia tuvimos que reclamar diariamente toallas, jabon, papel higienico, etc. Los sillones del Lobby están rotos, no hay telefonos con indicaciones en las habitaciones para hacer llamadas al exterior o al concerge. No tienen indicacion de como usar el wi-fi. Fue una gran decepcion. Buen desayuno, pero debiendo reclamar continuamente la reposicion de fruta, brioche, etc. No es un 5 estrellas!!!. Quienes atienden no tienen informacion al turista, salvo Markus, excelente en su atencion, sumamente agradable y simpatico. Permanentemente autos estacionados en la entrada lo que en mi caso con dificultades para desplazarme por la bota walker (como si estuviera enyesada) y con baston me dificultaba poder bajar las escaleras, mas seguras que la rampa. No es nada recomendable hay 3 estrellas muy superiores. NO volveremos. 더 보기

Hotel Pierre ligger meget centralt i et forholdsvis stille og roligt kvarter i gåafstand af Metro og Plaza Duomo. Værelserne er ikke særlig store, men pæne og rene. Hotellet rænger til en kærlig hånd, bl.a. sad en fra vores selskab fast i elevatoren i 30 minutter og de var ude af drift flere gange under vores besøg. Der var uhyggeligt varmt på værelserne […] da aircondition havde bestem vi skulle have 26 gr. C og ikke kunne reguleres på nogen måde, men levede sit eget liv - derudover var der problemer med lyset der ikke altid kunne stå tændt - hvis ellers disse ting bliver udbedret vil jeg uden tvivl ikke være nervøs for at benytte dette hotel igen. 더 보기

Passe stort hotell med nær beliggenhet til Milanos historiske sentrum

Glimrende Hotel centralt beliggende - udmærket restaurant (med få men gode retter). God morgenmad der var inkluderet i prisen.

très bien situé vers le nouveau quartier branché de MILAN ... par contre, proche d'une boite de nuit, donc réclamé des chambres NON coté Droit ... et encore, l'insonorisation est quasi parfaite, et chez moi, ce serait pire !!!

This hotel, the staff, the rooms, the decoration are obsolete... Milan has a very bad range of hotels however. All are expensive and none I've stayed provided me a good experience, so it may not be specific to the hotel Pierre, but the supposely Five Stars are just funny.

Bra läge i centrum nära till det mesta.

Vi er godt førnøyde med oppholdet og hotellet. Et hotell med særpreg. Relativt korte avstander til de fleste severdigheter og spisesteder. Om jeg skal nevne noe negativt, så må det være litt mye støy fra aircondition.

Nice quiet hotel - thanks to the 2 double windows. Good service. Single room was small but ok, but bathroom very small.

Overraskende bra hotell. God, sentral beliggenhet til shopping, restauranter og Duomo.

Tout est parfait jusque dans le moindre détail

Sentralt og hyggelig hotell mellom Duomo og Naviglio Grande. Stille, rent og pent og med bra service.
