I had à beautiful stay at the St James club. It exided My expectations. The staf was very friendly and extremely service minded. The room and bathroom was beautifully made. The bed super comfortable. I can strongly recommend St James club and next time I am back in London I hope to stay here again.

Extremely nice, efficient and helpful personell. Very convenient place for shopping and parks and other tourist sights. Very quiet hotel and great atmosphere. Lovely breakfast, contineltal as well as English. Have stayed there before,this time I wanted my husband to experience the hotel - and he loved it. We will be back:-)

Some construction being done on the outside makes it not as beautiful to pull up to but no complaints about the inside. Good service despite late night arrival and perfect location for sightseeing.

Room far to small for superior, toilet is a metre away from the bed. why does the hotel then charge an additional service charge.

This hotel is super classy, the boutique type, with lots of different and reserved ambiences, as well as very nice paintings throughout the corridors and places hanged on the walls. It's small, yet with great style.

An excellent choice, after reading so many reviews and the special we got through hotels.com, our stay was just a great one. First time I stayed in a hotel that did not belong to the usual chain I get my points with and was not dissapointed. This was a heck of a deal through Hotels.com. We booked three months advance and paid about one third the rack rate listed at the hotel. If you like to stay in luxury, but save money by using the "tube" or walking, this location can't be beat. It's in the Saint James part of London just off Piccadilly, about two blocks from the Green Park tube station […] (2 lines). Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey and the West End theatre district are within walking distance. The neighborhood is very busy, but classy (there's a yacht store around the corner). The hotel is at the end of a quiet street, which makes it a bit of an oasis during a city vacation. We also found lots of pub, food and shopping options in the many streets and arcades in the area. This is a small, boutique style hotel. It's been recently renovated, and the owners spared no expense. It has a classy but modern, gentleman's club feel to it, especially the bar. Our room was not "American large", but comfortable for the two of us with a large window and was well appointed, with great lighting. (We chose the cheapest room option.) We did not try the restaurant, but the food in the bar was very good as were the quality of wines available. (The 2001 Valpolicella by the glass was yummy.) The hotel added a 5% daily "Accommodation Service Charge" to the bill for the door, desk and housekeeping staff, but volunteered that it was completely optional, and they would be happy to remove it. Très très bien. nous sommes arrivé plus tôt, ils nous ont gardé les bagages le temps d'aller se promener avant d'avoir la chambre. Ils m'ont configuré le wifi sur mon iphone. service impeccable. le petit plus est une des serveuse coté restaurant est française :). Rien à redire.

Ett helt fantastiskt hotell beläget på en lugn gata mitt i centrum, otrolig service, underbara sängar, en fantastisk restaurang, 1 stjärna, måste besökas! utrstrålande personlighet och charm.

Mycket bra hotell, med fantastiskt sköna sängar, fint och fräscht badrum, 5stjärning service. Men som alla bra hotell i London ganska dyrt. Läget är perfekt om du ska vara där på semester, själv vad jag där på jobb och de på hotellet såg till att all min transport gick smidigt. Absolut rekommendera om man vill lägga pengar på att bo bekvämt.
