이 호텔을 높이 추천합니다, Mania라는 이름의 젊은 리셉션 여직원은 매우 친절했어요. Mania는 택시 보다 어떻게 로마 버스를 타는지 시간을 할애해 설명을 해줬어요. 저희가 아침 일찍 호텔을 떠나는 걸 알았을 때, 그녀는 저희가 공항까지 가져갈 조식을 종이봉투에 넣어 기다리고 있더군요.

공항에서 호텔까지 30분 걸려 도착했어요. 중심부에서 벗어나 있기에 택시 요금은 기본요금이 아닌 미터 당 계산이더군요. 중심부 보다 단지 몇 유로를 더 냈어요. 만일 걷기를 개의치 않는다면 나쁜 위치는 아니에요. 중심부에서 걸어가면 2km 정도 걸리지만 가는 길이 좀 헷갈릴 수 있어요. 단지 1 블록을 지나가면 버스가 있는데 버스를 기다리는 시간에 걸어 갈 수도 있어요. 시설들도, 호텔도 좋아요. 장식도 멋지고 대부분 최신식이에요. 대부분의 유럽처럼 엘리베이터는 작아요. 방은 대형 욕실이 딸려 있어 굉장히 멋있고 탁자와 의자가 있는 발코니도 있어요. 셔터 롤은 전자식이고 여름에는 방을 시원하게 햇빛을 차단해요. 침대도 에어컨도 […] 좋았어요. 조식 먹는 곳은 좀 붐볐지만, 음식은 매우 좋았고 몇몇 “들고 갈 수 있는”선택권이 있어서 그날 간식으로도 가능했어요. 서비스도 직원도 매우 좋았어요. 제가 한 모든 요구사항에 재빠르게 응답했고 저희는 또 매우 정확한 정보도 제공받았어요. 저는 세탁 서비스를 두 번 했고 두 번 다 상태도 좋고 시간도 잘 지켰어요. 예약 없이 이곳에 재 투숙하려고요. 투숙비용은 중심부보다는 훨씬 더 저렴한데 서비스와 호텔의 품질도 매우 좋았지요. 단지 단점은 중심부에서 좀 걸어가야 한다는 거에요... 그러나 저희는 그걸 크게 문제 삼지는 않았네요. 더 보기

A little bit far from public transport unless you get to know the busses, in which case there is a bus stop very close by. Very tastefully decorated inside, nice rooms, nice staff. A good hotel if you're not daunted by having to find your way around and the staff are very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Hotel Rivoli is situated on a very small (read: smaller than average) side street near the Boghese Gardens in Rome. It is well maintained, with outside spaces, and lovely little balconies. We were in town for a funeral, and this suited our needs perfectly. A few blocks walk to the tram to take you to Vatican City, and the area seemed very nice, clean […] and safe. The room was fine--we chose a triple, with a king bed and a roll-away. The bed was very hard, and left both hubby and I with sore backs, but that could also be attributed to jetlag. Our room was on the 5th floor, so the lift only takes you to 4 and then a flight of stairs. There is Wi-Fi service free--however it does time out after 30min and was a bit of a pain to connect to with my iPhone. My husband had no problems however, excepting the time out issues. The bathroom was clean, albeit small. The shower ran hot and cold, there was no happy medium, I was either shivering or scalded. Only shower gel was provided, no shampoo or conditioner. All that said, we would probably stay here again as the price was perfect for us on our budget, it was clean, the staff was polite and breakfast (a full breakfast) was included. 더 보기

The hotel was not exactly near any major areas of Rome, however there is a bus stop across the street (#52) that will take you directly to the Trevi Fountain area. I was very displeased with my visit to the Best Western Rivoli. The staff was very nice and helpful but the room was not nice at all. It was very small and air conditioning Didn't work at all. Needless to say it was a no blanket sweating kind of night. Also the hotel looked nothing like it in photos online.

Il existe un bus en bas de l'hotel qui mène au centre de Rome en un quart d'heure mais les horaires de passage sont trop espacés et irréguliers de telle sorte qu'il est difficile de profiter pleinement du confort de l'hotel en y revenant par exemple en fin d'après-midi avant de repartir diner en ville. C'est dommage car les prestations sont bonnes.
