로얄 클리프 호텔 그룹 (Royal Cliff Hotels Group) - 파타야

파타야 처음 방문으로 그래도 좀 좋은 호텔에서 자야시 생각하고...검색후 찾은 곳이 로얄 입니다. 호텔이 4개 (각각 다름 가격도 다름) 1. 로얄 비취 2. 로얄 그렌드. 3. 로얄 ? 4. 로얄 ? 호텔 가격에 따라서 다르며 꼭 상기건 확인 하고 가세요.. 어떤 방은 바다 바로 앞에 있으면 어떤 방은 좀 후진 곳에 있어요.. 그리고 호텔 마사지는 엄청 비싸요..그의 호텔 하루 숙박과 같음.. 파타야 시내에서 조금 떨어져 있어 한적하고 좋으나 시내로 나가는 것이 좀 힘듬.. 매번 택시를 타야함.. (호텔에 무료 셔틀이 있지만 꼭 예약을 해야함)

Very impressive services, nice and beautiful infini pool. but limited pool towel services. Staff are very attentive and always smile. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we have a plan for beaches again when staying in BKK, Thailand. This is an upscale resort that caters well to families. With four hotels in a campus like setting the combined amenities are outstanding. The setting is a little away from the hustle and bustle of town but that can be a good thing. I had a mini-suite penthouse (#9088) with sea view. Every thing was perfect except the NOISE all night long and impossible to sleep for 3 nights in the row. Slashing doors, loud voice due to very bad noise-proof in the room and no security guard to ask customers to keep quiet and to stop shouting loudly with no respect. Well... Pattaya is a crazy town and it's nice to have a quiet respite amongst the chaos of he city center. We spent an entire day at the resort enjoying pool and restaurants. Just know that it's a 10 minute/200 baht taxi ride to and from the resort to the downtown.

The internet charges were over the top. We had to pay $40 for two days of wireless coverage which was poor to non existent in our room. the charges were the same for 2 days vs 4 day. The service and condition of the hotel and room was excellent, otherwise.

I recently stayed with my husband for a short stay at the Royal Cliffs Beach Hotel. The service was wonderful. I loved that the resort was tucked a little bit out of the way from all the nightlife of Pattaya. Our room was clean and just as pictured on the website. Food and service was beyond anything I would have expected. The staff was always courteous and helpful. If anything I felt a little "hovered" over while eating but our glasses were never empty and I guess there are worse things to complain about. My only two complaints were the cost of the hotel taxis into Pattaya, it was always more expensive than our trip back. The other complaint would be the wifi. Your phone wouldn't stay connected to the wifi so I had to keep logging in to receive emails on a consistent basis which was frustrating. It also wasn't free. You had to pay for the wifi which made the not staying connected even more frustrating. Overall a wonderful stay with awesome food and service. Would easily stay at this resort again. 더 보기

please do not waste your money with this hotel. this is a 3 star hotel at best. old hotel. Very poor conditions in the rooms. musky wet smell. very few people stayed here during our stay. overall poor value for the money.

The hotel may have as good facilities as their star rating but their methods for taking care of guests checking out was just terrible. This hotel is located near the main Pattaya beach. Its very well maintained. We had a sea facing room and the view from the balcony was amazing. We had a bit of difficulty in finding the bus for the hotel from the Bangkok airport. To reach the hotel you can take a bus to Pattaya from gate 8 on 1st floor. The hotel is great, need a local taxi to get to the shops,local beach but the private beach is very nice. I recommend the Infinity Pool in near the Royal Wing....the views are fantastic, a great place to stay for a romantic weekend away.

It was great, quite and close to walking street...about 300baht in a taxi. Everything was great including the staff

The entire experience was just great. The size of the resort is awesome. 6 pools, 4 x5* hotels etc. The only grief was that the complimentasry shuttle service was always full. 部屋からの眺めは最高でした。

Hotellet ligger för sig själv så det är svårt att få tag på tuk-tuk. En taxi till Pattaya via hotellet kostar 300bath. Bussen som är gratis var fullbokad hela min vistelse. Dresskod till frukosten! Ingen av alla restauragner eller barer på hotellet visar fotboll. Annars ett helt ok hotell...

Ældre men velholdt hotel med gode faciliteter. Eneste minus er at hotellet periodevis anvendes til kursusaktiviteter hvilket kan give et dårligt mix med ferie.

Bra service, stort og fint rom med balkong og sjøutsikt. Det eneste minuset var club loungen, der det ikke var allverdens utvalg av snacks og drikke. Vi ankom med egen bil og hadde litt problemer med å finne frem da da kartet på nettsiden ikke viser at man kun kan kjøre inn fra en side av hotellet. Litt forvirrende beskrivelser på hotels.com sine sider, […] da hotellet faktisk består av fire hoteller. Det var et fantastisk dejligt sted,og alle de ansatte var meget søde og hjæpsomme . vi var på vores bryllups rejse ,og fik en kage,og en buket blomster da vi ankom på vores værelse :) Vi skal helt sikkert afsted næste år ,med vores børn,da det var et meget børnevenligt område,med livredder . Hotell i særklasse der en bare kan ta heisen direkte ned til stranden.

Meget høy standard på førsteklassen hotell. Personalet som tar service på alvor. Dette i alle ledd, fra ledelsen til rengjører/servitør. Kan anbefales, selv om det er noe kostbart.
