Besides a great bar/restaurant on site, and no problems with actual hotel, location was awful. Near to nothing at all. Expansive taxi rides on both days. Also, we read there was a free transfer to the airport but this service ended at 11.00 am which is useless for early evening flights to the UK.

Good hotel, with friendly reception staff, good parking, easy access to mainland and Miami Beach. Lovely position on the bay- pool and views are excellent.

The people at the desk were very helpful setting up a great tour of the city. The bathroom needs to be updated; toilet was broken when we arrived and they did come and fix it quickly. door to room did not close well and traffic noise could be heard all night. Nice waterfront restaurant on premises and a great free breakfast.

Great if you're looking to stay outside of Miami beach/south beach. It is a $40 cab ride to south beach and $2 bus ride, but I do not recommend the bus. The bar/restaurant Shuckers was amazing!!!

We thought this hotel was a great bargain. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The only thing I could take issue with is the wait for coffee. There was always a line for coffee. If you stay there, look to see if there is coffee in the pots to the left of the coffeemaker. This hotel was adequate and probably good by Miami standards but far from good when compared to other hotels on our trip. Hotel was old and dreary. Room was clean though and bed was comfortable. Air con a little loud. Hotel included breakie and parking so a little positive.

From the pictures I had reviewed I was expecting a nicer place .Our room was clean but the access to it quite depressing and the view on the parking did not help as well as the AC noise..The staff was nice and the breakfast OK.To sum it up, the place was OK for a night the day we arrive.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was good the staff at the front desk were very helpful, especially getting 16 people a shuttle to the Miamia port for a wedding cruise, that took care of a lot of stress. The breakfast's were great. We had a wonderful 7 night stay here. It was clean, comfortable and a great location to get to downtown Miami. Our kids loved the pool and the bay right outside our room to view birds and boats.

we were there for 4 nights and we had a great time. room is clean and we had a water front room that can great very load due to the bar being below you. we were going on a cruise so the hotel made arrangements for us to be taken to the port. we will be back...thanks

A little expensive for the time of year - but overall good experience. have stayed here before.

Personel was very friendly, rooms where very clean en spacious. View was spectacular over the marina. Close to de the beach, city an d others! Recemendable to every one...

Great location - - on the causeway between Miami Beach and the city of Miami. Reasonably priced compared to the downtown hotels or the ones on the beach. Has a great view of Biscayne Bay and a very good seafood restaurant (Shuckers) right next door.

I don t like the noisy south beach; so this hotel is perfect for me. It has everything I need; excellent breakfast, free parking, great wi fi, and Shuckers!! This bar is something awesome! The best option if you need a place far away of the noise

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The room was very small, but was clean. The breakfast was not enough like as another Best western hotels- no eggs and cheese. The internet was very good. The location is good- easy access to Miami beach, to the airport and shopping centers. If you intend to stay in this hotel you need a car.

Better value as distant from the center. Clean and modern rooms. Bathrooms need updating.

Nice hotel and staff.

The room is not really clean. A lot of small tiny crawling bugs. We stayed for 3 nights, feel like they made the beds but no vaccumming.

Nice hotel in North Bay Village. Friendly staff. We were more than pleased with our stay here.

Overall, we had a good experience. The staff were all very friendly and informative. We asked for directions and recommendations which they were happy to provide. Hotel very old, room was not welcoming, room had a bad smell, bathroom very small, clerk in front desk was not greeting when I checked in.

At the price, nothing else in Miami anywhere near the water comes close. Rooms are solid middle-grade motel standard, the staff are extremely helpful and attentive to requests and the complimentary breakfast is both plentiful and of good quality. It was a nice hotel but it was a bit out of the way.... nothing to really walk to within the vicinity so you'll need a car. However complimentary parking is scarce in Miami hotels and it was included in my stay so that was good. I'd recommend the hotel but if you want to be able to walk out to shops, bars etc, then stay closer to South Beach.

We needed the a/c on to hide the room odour - but the noise woke us up - and then we had to turn it back on again to remove the odor!! Best Western was no Plus.

We stayed 1 night during our last day in Florida, we appreciated the roomsize, easy access from the free parking area at the hotel, free WIFI, easy to find the hotel from way 95. The Continental breakfast (included) was better than we expected. Staff was nice and friendly. For the price paid we will reccomend a stay at this hotel.

This is not one of the bedst hotel i Miami, its one of the worst... We paid extra for being 3 in a room, but the room are not big enough for 3.. The restaurant located next to the hotel, and seems to be owned by the hotel, had a bad way of giving service to the customers.. If you dont care about that service or the hotel rooms, the it´s ok.. We enjoyed the hotel and the beds were quite comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel which was OK. The food was good but not great. The view of the bay was fantastic. We will stay at this Hotel again.

We were surprised by how dingy the rooms were. The carpet and chairs really needs replacing. I never went barefoot. The room just felt like a cheap roadside motel. The pool was always cloudy. The bay view from our balcony was through a parking lot , across a busy road and some buildings. The employees were very nice and professional. Booked this hotel because convenient for getting to South Beach. Staff very pleasant and quick and professional at check in. Breakfast was really good and plentiful. Excellent beds - very comfortable.

Reception staff very helpful, food in the cafe downstairs was great and being able to watch the sunset and have a few cocktails was huge bonus. Staff there really helpful too. Other hotel staff very very noisy around the hotel and very rude. Did not feel overly safe some of the time.

the rooms on the 1st floor, parking lot side, are located in a dingy hallway, try to get a room higher up facing the bay or the pool. free breakfast was ok. coffee was good! the bar at the hotel was expensive . $9.00 for a margarita with very litte tequila in it. bar and restaurant had a heavy garbage smell, so we ate somewhere else. hotel ok (not on […] 1st floor) if not planning to spend much time there. 더 보기

To be perfectly honest, we weren't expecting much for the price we paid compared to all the other hotels in SoBe (5-10mins away). HOWEVER, what we got was a really large room (there were 5 of us and didn't feel cramped in the slightest), high standard of fixtures and fittings, spotless, very friendly staff and free parking. Then then it came to breakfast […] the following morning - FANTASTIC - great selection of cereals, fruits, pastries, yoghurts, juices, an the "make your own" waffles were brilliant and so easy to make!!
