Very good value.

Get hotel to get to the hustle and bustle of Saginaw and still a short drive to Frankenmuth. Very pet friendly! I don't, however, recommend thr Dominos down the road. The person in charge said they wouldn't deliver to our hotel which was 3 miles away and we couldn't come get it.

Simple, yet clean. Fair price.

Arrived at the Knights Inn on the coldest night of the year, to find out that the ROOM WAS NOT HEATED in advance! Had to turn on the heat-- warning to those who stay here, 0 is the warmest setting, 10 the coldest-- and drive around for an hour to let the room heat up. The bathrooms were chilly until the morning. The staff doesn't speak English well, […] and getting someone to give you the Internet password might take a Gitmo interrogator. The rooms have been updated very nicely, and this should be an excellent value for the money, if it weren't for stuff like the heat and the incompetent staff. 더 보기

Booked 3 nights as we would be spending most of our time away from the hotel and LOVED the price offered! Amenities were not what we were looking for on this trip! Room was clean, beds comfortable and the shower was great! Easy access to interstate and Cracker Barrel 1/2 block away!! Will visit again if the need arises.

There were three of us that were registered in our room and we were only provided 2 towels. When we went to the front desk to ask for another we were told they had none left...really??? The room was very clean and comfortable. It had the worst shower I have ever used.

We picked this hotel based on price and location to Frankenmuth. We did not have very high expectations based on the price. We knew there would not be 'extras' like a blow dryer, coffee pot, alarm clock, etc. so not dissapointed there. Was surprised to have a small fridge in the room. The room was remodeled and clean - which is extremely important to […] us. The only negative was the pillows are flat as pancakes and the bed is way too soft. We will stay here again when we want to save our money for shopping, but will atleast bring our own pillows. If you are spoiled and expect the frills - pick a different place and pay more. Room was not clean. Didn't get the room we reserved.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. We got to our rooms, the heat was off, the rooms were freezing. Me and one of my children got locked in our room, the door would not unlock. We could not get out, after 15 minutes of the staff and my husband trying to get the door open, I FINALLY got the window opened and we climbed out to go to another room. […] The next room (freezing) had an ajoining room door, in which the lock to an ajoining door was totally broke, anyone could have came in... 더 보기

THE MOTEL WAS CLEAN & COMFORTABLE WITH NEW PAINT. THE ONLY MINUS WAS THE SMELL OF CURRY IN THE LOBBY. THE STAFF WAS VERY OBLIGING , WHEN WE ASKED IF THE ROOM HAD A FRIDGE THEY PROMPTLY GOT ONE FOR US.

The hotel overall is fairly run-down. The room was mostly clean, but was very old and not a relaxing stay. There were a few random long hairs around the room and the pillows were very thin and did not have any kind of protector on them. We would have gone to buy pillows if it hadn't been so late when we realized this. We ended up wrapping sweatshirts […] around the pillows to be able to sleep at night. The bathroom area was mostly updated but the rest of the room was a little musty and very old. We booked this Birch Run shopping trip last minute and weren't able to book a hotel in Birch Run, so we booked the Knight's Inn. The price was definitely right, but I would only stay here again if I was desperate. I hope the owners continue to fully update the motel, because the location is decent. 더 보기

We stayed at the Knights Inn for a couple of days while shopping at Birch Run. Room was very clean, beds comfortable, roomy and set right off the highway with lots of eating establishments to choose from around the area. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to lay your head after a long day of shopping. Price was amazing […] and cleanliness was great. 더 보기

Was pleasantly surprised by the room. Was clean, updated, safe, and quiet for the most part. The toilet kept making noise, but otherwise it was good.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was freezing and did not warm up. There were not enough towels. The ring of light in the lamp had fallen around the base. Our other room had a moldy mattress and dirty towels. The chain on the door was missing.

This is a much older motel and is somewhat rundown. HOWEVER, the rates were very reasonable, the room was clean, the microwave and refrigerator were a nice extra, the bed was ok and all in all, it was a place to sleep after a full day of shopping at Birch Run (located about 8 miles south). We entered into a very cold room and immediately turned up the heat. Checking out the bathroom, we found a dirty floor and long hairs on the toilet - yuugh! Although things were not warming very quickly, it seemed to be slowly warming, so we went to bed. Through the night, however, it remained very cold and it was too much trouble to call the office […] - what were they going to do in the middle of the night? So, between the frigid temperatures and the noisy trucks exiting the highway, we did not get a great night's sleep. Stay somewhere else. 더 보기

The hotel was not bad. It was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the bed was not comfortable at all.

The bed wasn't a rock like most hotels, the room was clean and up to date, more than we expected! Great place to stay not far from Birch Run and Frankenmuth.

Did not look anything like pictures on internet. First room smelled bad and refridgerator did not work. Second room was better. Office had a paper taped to door saying Office. Quite tacky. Lady at desk did not speak English. Would not stay again!

The picture was deceiving, and It wasn't what I expected. The staff was nice, but my friends room had a strange oder, and she had to move to another. The continental breakfast was unappealing. Went out to eat. It was a very old place, but it looked like they were making improvements to some of the rooms.

The entrance and amenities are below par. The room itself is neat, up to date, and very comfortable. I would go back again when business takes me there.

Besides the towels being a little thin, this place served our purposes.
