The hotel is ideally situated, you expect the rip off bar price but I draw the line at being short measured and the attitude from the staff when caught.

mistake. windows of the room where absolutely filthy, hot water in the shower was non functional & hot water was not available in the sinks until late afternoon. insect life was found living in the bathroom when the bin was moved. room was advertised as free wi-fi however this wasn't the case. quality of the room was not much of a step up from a cheaper […] travel lodge. this hotel is quite a way away from the party zone unfortunately it seems to run its own disco until the early hours 더 보기

I thought the hotel looked very tired, the bar meals were expensive. The room was too hot 25, we turned the thermometer down and it was turned up again while we were out. Plus points were there was parking under the hotel, first come first served but we had a space. Close to the shops, Lanes etc. Staff were polite and helpful.

The location is convenient but the hotel service is not good. The hotel changes the key code everyday, so I have to present my key to the receptionist to reset again & again. The parking charge for hotel guest is GBP 18/night, which is too expensive ! The food quality of the hotel restaurant is very poor. There is no facility in the hotel.

i would rate this hotel as 2/3star parking and food very expensive we stayed there when there was a hen night on people running up and down hall ways slaming doors etc the only good thing was the breakfast very over priced hotel

Great hotel.Walking distance to all areas of the City. Bonus of being on the Seafront for the views. Promenade delightful for a stroll at any time of the day. Great selection of ethnic restaurants in same block.

Friendly helpful staff. Car park below building.

All was ok It's a standard hotel with standardised everything - nothing special or wow-factor Only problem if you are thinking of coming for a weekend. When i arrived at 4pm of Friday a coachload of hen's were also checking in - 40 of them - i counted!! They had 3 desks yet only opened 2 - v frustrating. They also didn't seem in any rush to speed […] up the check-in. I wanted to get out in the sun!! Then on Saturday eve we arrived back at 11.30pm - not so early we thought - there was a banging disco in the bar (ibiza level sound) that we could hear up in our room. We actually walked past the bar on our way in - in which there was only ONE seated couple yet they refused to turn it down or off until 1am. If you are going for a cosy weekend away BE WARNED!!!! They obviously care more about the DJ's feelings than the customer's 더 보기

We have stayed in Holiday Inn, Brighton for the last 3 years, always in January and it has been good value for money each time because of the discounted rates available at that time of year. Large room, aircon/heating that you can control. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, fairly standard furnishings for UK hotel chain. Windows not so […] clean. Hairdryer didn't work but we were given a replacement within minutes of asking. We found the staff pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent, on the seafront and easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and town centre. We have never used the hotel bar or restaurant so cannot comment on the food. There are so many interesting options for eating and drinking in Brighton. 더 보기

should be 2 star max room ordinary bathroom nightmare car parking expensive buffet breakfast ordinary drunks playing rugby in the corridors?!

Mycket bra läge precis vid stranden och okej standard på rummen. Tyvärr var receptionisterna långsamma och inte överdrivet trevliga vilket drar ner betyget.

Sentralt og ved kysten, men litt lengre gangavstand fra sentrum, ca. 15 minutter, enn vi hadde ventet oss. Ellers ikke noe å utsette på oppholdet. Tre senger innebar en dobbeltseng og en feltseng.
