Rooms are very nice. We liked the backside view of the Preserve (hillside with lots of Oak trees). But Motel sits far enough back from freeway and higher by a good amount so rooms to front I'm sure are no problem. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of good things- from cereals (hot and cold) to sweet rolls toast, juices to yoghurt and breads and I believe waffles. […] In warmer weather it's great to take breakfast out on the pool deck which is right behind the breakfast area on the second floor. Very attractive. Wild Fox restaurant next door was very acceptable Saturday evening. Good menu, good food and fairly broad selection. Interesting mix of slightly upscale but still casual. Certainly don't have to dress up. Waiter was pleasant and efficient! Would absolutely be glad to stay at this Best Western again. 더 보기

I just stayed for one night so I could go to a conference in San Francisco. The hotel and rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. But most important (to me), the bed was really comfortable. Our family of four stayed at the Novato Oaks Inn for three nights while we visited the San Francisco area. The hotel was close to the highway and shopping was not far away. We were about 20 to 30 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge so the commute into SF was minimal. Our room backed onto a grassy hill and the first night we were greeted with a half a […] dozen deer grazing outside our window. The room was large and had desk for work and free wifi. The guest laundry was welcome and the staff could not have been nicer. Our original plan to stay two nights changed and we were more than happy to spend another night there. The only quibble is the swimming pool was not heated during our visit. This fact should, in my opinion, have been disclosed somehow. For a family that wants a pool, and the hotel advertised having one, it was a disappointment to find that one was not available. I strongly recommend checking pool availability before booking if this is something that is important to you. 더 보기

Just a good hotel for such a low price that near San Francisco. I will absolutely stay there again for the kind of weekend trip I recently took there. Clean, well-maintained, and friendly service

Needed a room in a city we were not familiar with .. this is an upscale best western .. good staff and breakfast .. quiet clean .. easy freeway access

Very clean, comfortable, and friendly. Only problem I had was that the satellite TV was very slow and sometimes unresponsive, it even froze once for about 8 minutes. Very comfortable room though, I already re-booked it for my next visit to the Bay Area.

I like the front desk people !!!I specifically chose this hotel because.it has flatscreens with.HDMI hookups so that I can play my ps3. For three nights in a row it did not work and I ended up calling about it and i was told that some1 was coming to fix the problrm that many rooms were having and it was not fixed and again the next day i was told the […] same thing so i decided not to stay any longer, I am very upset and dissapointed and so is my girl, it was supposed to be a romantic getaway and it turned into a nightmare.... the shower was obviously dirty with hair on the opposite side of the drain, the water in the shower constantly would change from hot to cold, the knobbs kept falling off the drawers I seriously feel like I should be compensated or repaid for this stay I was very diasapointed and upset my romantic getaway was ruined!!! This was a nice hotel and room. There was a lot of humidity in the air, but it wasn't that bad (and mostly showed as continually wet windows). There was a warmed pool that we didn't have a chance to use, unfortunately.

Just off the 101, this hotel is clean, friendly, spacious and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised at how well appointed and attractive the rooms were. Bonus points for the fancy toiletries, the spacious lobby with complimentary cookies and coffee, the lending library, and friendly staff.

Our experience at the Best Western Plus Novtato Oaks Inn surpassed all our expectations! The hotel staff was accommodating and genuine. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean and looked out on to open space. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They offer warm cookies in the lobby at night, and the continental breakfast was better than most hotels!!

Stayed here for the week-end and was well rested in their comfortable rooms. My room had a bit of a strange layout as when you opened the door, the vanity and sink were right there. But it wasn't a problem for me. I was at the far south end of the facility and had a nice view in one direction of a wooded area where deer greeted me in the morning on […] a walk. You can hear a bit of freeway noise but I chose to open my door for freash air. Not an elaborate continental breakfast but enough to get you going. Would definitely stay again. 더 보기

My mom and I only stayed here one night after a day in wine country. The location was convenient as we were heading into San Francisco the following day and it is located right off the 101. We had a double queen room which was clean and comfortable and had no complaints about the room. We did have some complaints regarding a youth boys soccer team […] that was also staying at the hotel. They were very loud and took over the pool area for the majority of the night. The hotel staff tried to discipline, but understandably it should have been their chaperones to do that. This hotel was a stop for one night on our way back to SF. What a wonderful surprise, the hotel is up to date in style, room was clean and spacious. Best thing for us was the nice restaurant at the end of the parking lot. Nice dinner and walked. Would stay again.

The hotel and its facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. My husband and I had a fantastic stay and couldn't really have asked for more.

Nice room, large and clean. Limited food options in neighborhood. Average breakfast offerings, but good coffee. The pool and hot tub were great. Free parking and internet was appreciated. As the hotel is built into a hillside, there were many stairs and long halls to negotiate (single elevator was not convenient).

I stayed with my family to visit friends over a weekend. The hotel was extremely clean and our requests were handled in a friendly and efficient fashion. I would recommend this to anyone who believes guest satisfaction and cleanliness are optimum priorities.

Our check-in was effortless and very pleasant at the end of a long travel day. The room was beautiful, bed comfortable beyond words and everything was as described. The complimentary breakfast was worth paying for and at all times the staff were helpful, pleasant and courteous. HIGHLY recommend. As a restaurateur myself, I found the food only slightly above average but the patio table beside the fireplace on a typically cool bay night was perfect. I was traveling on a business trip and arrived late. Excellent checkin service. Room was clean and super comfortable. Free breakfast is very good and they serve Starbucks till 10am!!

The front desk service was amazing and their information was very helpful for 2 people who had never been to that area before. It was a great experience and with the location, we will be back..

Great alternative to Napa or Sonoma hotels. Much cheaper than alternative and a nice hotel to boot. On check-in, noted that several sports teams were at the hotel - no noise issues. Staff was great. Would definately stay again.

This hotel was very nice for the money. It was close to San Francisco. It was clean and comfortable and had a really good breakfast selection in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

My wife & I have stayed here several times. It is a top-notch Best Western. We like the fact that it is practically halfway between Napa & Sonoma wine country and San Francisco. The room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast is one of the best. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Rooms are large, Bed was very comfortable with nice thick comforter (if you need it). I had a room on the 2nd floor on the back side away from the freeway, not much view but very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful, met all my needs. Restaurant next to the hotel. Hotel next to US101. A little tricky to get to going North. […] I used a gps and it guided me directly to the entrance. I look forward to staying there again. 더 보기

We have stayed here before and would continue every time we go to the Bay area. Close enough for San Fran but away from the noise.
