This hotel is right across the street from the train station which is nice. But it's a 15 minute walk from the city center, so take your pick on which is more important to you. The room was kind of small but that's fine. The shower was full size and there was plenty of hot water. If all you want in your hotel is a place to plop down at night, this is […] your kind of spot. good hotel for the price

Hot and no air conditioning. We were told the air would be turned on in June. We had a very nice room but there was street noise. We had to close the windows. Too bad all this happened since we did enjoy the hotel. Location is excellent, right next to the rail station.

Excellent and professional concierge service, however the hotel was a bit old and facilities are below par for a Mercure hotel.

Hotel is handy for everything in Wien, very close to main rail station. However, I found the room to be pretty basic (not even in-room tea/coffee, although they left us some cups and saucers to taunt us), but it was clean and pleasant enough. Hotel bar is very expensive, almost €30.00 for 2 drinks - and even then you don't get a lot for your money […] ! 더 보기

Convenient location. And from it we walked to the main downtown area (long walk but easy). Nice and clean hotel. They had a computer that we could use for internet access. Very satisfied. Beware of the picpockets at the train depot.

Hotel is situated at West Banhof. Very convenient for tubes, trains and trams! it takes only 10 minutes to get into the centre. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel which is good. The area itself isnt all that great but who cares. No air-con in the room and only a fan which does not help at all if the weather is hot. Hotel lift is small […] and seems to take forever. Internet, movies etc are at rip of prices. 14.00 Euro for per movie and 18 Euro for 24 access to internet when with other hotels internet is at least free. Hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star. Would rate it a high 3 star appose to a weak 4 star. 더 보기

Located in rough neighborhood, no AC, worn and dirty carpets, hotel desk not helpful with issues

Very convenient location, right by Westbahnhof train station and near where all the shopping and restaurant action. Rooms are very small, but clean, would only recommend staying there for no more than a couple of nights.

Of the 8 hotels we stayed at during our European trip, this was the best. Location was what we needed, and it was across the street from the rail road station. It is a splendid hotel, especially for the price. And quiet. We were given a suite from a very sweet young lady at reception. The rooms are pleasant enough but the if you request a non-smoking room, avoid level 4 (rooms 1-30), as you are actually right above the level 3 smoking rooms and get all the second hand smoke rising strongly to level 4. While the hotel changed our room away from the smoke, there was no consistancy in the "standard" rooms provided. The first room was […] a king, with fan and safe and while we were told we were getting an upgraded room now with air con, the second room was only a twin, & had no safe, with a window that didn't quite shut properly to seal out the traffic noise and a bathroom door that again didn't quite shut without force. Frankly, for a 4 star hotel I was dissappointed, as many 3 star hotels I've stayed at were much better. However if you aren't spending much time in the hotel then the location is great with the train network right next door. 더 보기

The hotel is very convenient to the Westbahnhof and to the airport bus that leaves from there. It is not, itself, in a great neighborhood. It is a short walk from the Mariahilf Strasse. However, being near the Westbahnhof also places it near several sex shops and "less savory" establishments. We ate dinner at the restaurant and found the meal delicious. […] We were there at a time when air conditioning (or even a fan to bring in the cooler evening air) would have helped. As it was, the room was nearly too hot to sleep in. For what we needed (a place to stay between taking the train back to Vienna and leaving from the airport the next day), it was excellent. 더 보기

en general bueno, pero deberian aclarar cuando es multilingue porque parece que los austriacos no consideran al espaniol una lengua, realmente lamentable porque es el idioma mas hablado en el mundo despues del ingles, y ningun esfuerzo por entendernos una verguenza

Mercure verkauft hier unter seiner Marke billigste, abgewohnte und ungepflegte Zimmer! Der Teppichboden so schmutzig, dass man ihn ohne Schuhe nicht betreten will, die Fliesen im Bad detto! Mercure - nie wieder!

El hotel estaba cerca del centro, se podía ir andando aunque al menos son 15 minutos a pié pero en una calle comercial llena de tiendas por lo que el trayecto resulta ameno. El precio resultaba bastante atractivo en comparación con los del alrededor aunque se nota que es un hotel antiguo que necesita cierta remodelación.

プラハから電車でウィーンにINして、帰りは飛行機だったので、西駅周辺のホテルにしました。　もうちょっとリングに近かったら良いなぁって思いました。　トランク移動は大変ですが、メトロがわかりやすいので、リンク内のホテルをお勧めします☆ ですが、こちらのホテルの内容には充分満足できました。　トイレの流れが悪かったのですが、それ以外は全部合格点。　西駅にスーパーが何店舗も入っていて、日曜日でも営業しているお店もありましたし、ファーストフードのテイクアウトのお店もありました。　ホテルにはちゃんと、ポットもお茶もコーヒーもシャワージェルも石鹸もありました。　ツアー用の客室と、一般用の客室がわかれてるのかも？

Das Hotel ist insbesondere für Bahnreisende (zum und vom Westbahnhof ) ideal gelegen,da ohne komplizierte Straßenüber-unterqerungen zu erreichen.

Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Ausgenommen mit dem Frühstück. € 15 pro Person und dann gibt es keine frischen zumindest frisch aufgetaute Semmeln, sondern harte alte die man höchstens noch zum Kochen verwenden kann, dann spricht das für kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lage Top Frühstücksbuffett sehr gut Für eine Städtereise ist die Lage am Westbahnhof ideal

günstig gelegen. Die technischen Einrichtungen, auch hinsichtlich des Internet mit freier LAN-Verbindung, sind schon seit vielen Jahren sehr gut. Der Fernseh-Zugang könnte noch verbessert werden. Das Personal an der Reception, im Zimmerbereich und im Restaurant ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist bestens zu empfehlen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte jeder der eine Wien-Card erwirbt auch das dazugehörende Heft erhalten (wegen der Coupons). Ist uns im Prater klargeworden. War aber kein Beinbruch, da älter als 60. Man ist schnell in der Mariahilferstr., die einen wunderbar ins Zentrum leitet. Mit den vor dem Bahnhof vorhandenen Möglichkeiten […] (Straßenbahn und U-Bahn) kann man schnell alle sehenswerten Ziele erreichen. Auch das Frühstück ist o.k. 더 보기

Das Mercure liegt direkt am Westbahnhof in Wien. Das war für uns sehr günstig, weil wir von München kommend gleich unsere Zimmer beziehen konnten und ohne Gepäck in die Innenstadt von Wien fahren konnten. Die U-Bahn-Station liegt direkt vor dem Bahnhof und verbindet diesen mit dem Stephansdom. In der Nähe des Hotels liegen auch mehrere preiswerte kleine […] Restaurants und schöne Cafés. Very small rooms and unreasonable prices for such conditions. Absolutely unnoticeable differences between standart and superioir rooms.

Wir hatten für 10.00Euro Aufgeld ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer richtung Innenhof. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Personal u. Service wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Lage für Flugreisende ideal. Buszubringer direkt beim Hotel. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Der Bodenbelag in Zi.409 war aber grenzwertig! Auch Beläge am oberen Rand der Badewanne(Schimmel ?).

Hotel tres bien situé, à 2 min de la Gare Westbanhof et donc du centre ville par metro. Chambre propre et spacieuse, petit-dej complet. J'y retournerai! Seul bemol, le wifi est payant, ce qui ne s'est plus dans les hotels en général.

Alles, bis auf den Zustand des Zimmerbodens der wegen starker Verschmutzung ausgewechselt gehört, soweit in Ordnung. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr positiv überrascht.

Bra läge med närhet till U-Bahn, som tar en till alla mål enkelt, snabbt.

Ein für den Preis wirklich gutes Hotel.Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hochklassig. Als einziges Dilemma kann die enge Abfahrt in die Tiefgarage gewertet werden. Mit einem Geländewagen kaum passierbar. Eine Ampelschaltung mit wechselnder Aus-bzw. Einfahrt wäre sicherlich hilfreich.

sehr heiss im zimmer. wenn ein ventilator im zimmer steht, sollte auch darauf geachtet werden, daß dieser funktioniert. fernbedienung geht nur sehr schwer drücken.

Das Hotel Mercure Westbahnhof liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe von U- - und S-Bahn, wobei z. B. der Stephansplatz in nur ~ 15 - 20 min erreichbar ist. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und gut. Der Zustand der Zimmer tadellos! Allerdings geringer Geräuschpegel der Zimmer an der Straßenseite
