Hotel was ok, undergoing change in management - not sure what chain is taking over but they need to put up signs on the roads leading to the hotel that it is not just a water park but a hotel also! Evening staff lady was borderline rude when I complained about the lack of signs to the hotel. Do not recommend it unless you want to take your children […] to an out of the way place to be entertained in an artifical atmosphere. Only saving grace was the Starbucks and the staff there. 더 보기

The hotel is very easy to get to being situated right off of exit 28 on route 2. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent! I would recomnend this hotel to anyone staying in the Fitchburg area.

The indoor water part at Co-Co Key is awesome. Great for all ages. Has big water slides, lazy river, several kids water slides and a family hot tub. Comfort of the room is ok, not great.

I called the night before and spoke w/ hotel staff to inquire that my reservation was all set for me & 2 kids; no one mentioned that there was a huge indoor water park for families. Therefore, we showed up unexpectingly without bathing suits and the trip was pretty much ruined from the start. My kids were upset and very disappointed, especially since […] everytime we left our hotel room, there were tons of kids roaming the hotel in their bathing suits going to/from Coco Key. Also, it was extremely loud at all hours late at night and very early in the morning: kids running down the hall screaming, slamming doors, people talking loudly and carrying conversations out in the hallways...not to mention, there was someone in a room near ours that was smoking. On top of that, the toilet in our room was old and you had to hold down the handle to make it flush. Overall, this is not a "Marriott" quality experience I would have expected and was extremely disappointed. I regret to say that I definitely would not recommend this hotel, given the experience that I had. I still believe in the Marriott business and will stay at others, but this one in particular was not a positive experience - and it definitely had the potential. 더 보기

I had some business in the Fitchburg area, whenever I do I like to stay here. It is located right next to route 2, very conveniently located between Gardner and Leominster, so dining options abound. The hotel is very well kept and if you have kids, they will love the Coco Keys water park adjoining the hotel. Great place to stay!

Very clean and accommodating.

Someone should teach the staff not to argue with guests....over 50 cents on a bag of popcorn! Also - don't you make enough on the rooms? Do you really have to charge $2.50 for a soda in a vending machine?

The hotel was fine in general in terms of upkeep and cleanliness. If you stay when the water park is open, be aware that you might be stuck next to rooms with kids that are up late and loud. We stayed the night before at another chain hotel and were given a free breakfast that was actually quite good. The hotel here charges eleven dollars for their […] buffet that paled in comparison. Clean, lots of areas to walk dogs to potty, friendly welcoming staff only complaint didnt have fridge in the room but otherwise GREAT especially if showing dogs right next door at the site.

DURING MY STAY I FOUND IT TO BE EXTREMELY NOISY AT BOTH EARLY HOURS AND LATE HOURS. PEOPLE YELLING, RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAYS. BANGING. HOUSEKEEOING IN AM VERY NOISY AT 8AM, VACCUMING AT 9PM. WATERPARK WAS VERY OVERCROWDED. ISN'T THERE A FIRE CODE OR MAXIMUM PAPACITY NUMBER? We went to this hotel for our child's annual karate tournament and awards banquet. I know it is a busy weekend for the staff and I tried to cut them some slack. The tournament was held during the day in one of the ballrooms. The ballroom was freezing while the room next door was an oven. When we went to check in after the tournament was over at 3 pm […] (an hour after the advertised check in time) , I was questioned by the clerk if "youre with that karate group" and when I said yes she promptly told me I had to come back after 4 pm. No other explanation to me or why people not associated with our event ( ie: a wedding being held down the hall) were allowed to check in. Overall the room was very clean (they did miss a piece of popcorn and a pretsel under the bed) and the beds were very comfortable-both my husband and I felt it was one of the most comfortable beds we had slept in. On suggestion, the lobby floor was always wet and very slippery-lots of folks coming in and out but perhaps for safety's sake the hotel could get it mopped up a lot more. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the omlet man was very nice, accomodating and even helped us find a car wash near by. 더 보기

everyone i encountered was pleasant and helpful. i was staying for a dog show and when i could not go into the hotel cafe because of my dog a member of the staff came to my rescue and went in and got me the cappuccino i so desperately wanted before my dogs 1st early morning class. my heroine!

It is very close to the Wachusett ski area. We had a good stay after skiing on Sunday. The room has lots of space, and well maintained and cleaned.

The hotel looked brand new to me. rooms are large and very clean. The pool area are wonderful. Will recommend to anyone!

This hotel was beautiful, convenient, and had many amenities to make a minivacation. Our only disappointment was in the connected waterpark, CoCoKey. The waterpark was small, cold, and did not meet our expectations. In fact, it the water and air was so cold, our son was freezing and we had to leave early.

We live locally and chose to stay at this hotel because is was pet friendly and we needed a place to stay while construction was going on at our house. At first, things looked very good, then my dog found an open large snickers bar on the floor of our room. Seems like a big thing to miss and made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. […] We gave the hotel a second chance and again stayed a few days later but found a pair of dirty socks in the room, a clump of hair on the sink and though we told them the toilet was running, it was never fixed. 더 보기

The hotel was very clean and modern. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful. We enjoyed it very much.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the hotel. Our room was very clean and you could tell the hotel had gone through some renovations. We would positively stay there again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is very helpful. Rooms are very comfortable.

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was attached to a water park when I made the reservation. I would like to have been able to utilize that attraction.

Was thrilled to see this hotel had a little bistro that served Starbucks! Not so thrilled when I tried to get some lunch and was told the bistro was closed until 5pm! The location is so isolated, it would be great if they could keep the bistro open. If this happens to you, go to the "The Mill" restaurant - just a few minutes drive. I had a great lunch […] there. We had a great stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel and our room was clean and inviting. The restaurant help was excellent and the food was good. We certainly would return.

I've stayed here several times as my company HQ is nearby & this seems to be the nicest hotel in the area! Rooms are always clean, plenty of hangout area in the lobby, with lots of plugs and little alcoves where you can group for business conference or just watch some TV! In general this was a very nice hotel. The only problem we had was that the A/C went out in our room. We had to be moved to another room at what just so happened to be a very inconvenient time...as I was trying to get dressed for a wedding I was in!! Rooms are nice they have comfortable beds, desk area and flat screen HD televisions that do not get HD channels. The shampoo and soaps were not replaced daily, we were out and had to call down for more. Also, on their web page it says free bottled water in the room. There was none in our room.
