A little slice of tranquility amid the hustle and bustle of Potsdamer Platz. Ideally situated, friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was superb, but the dining area is too small to accomodate a lot of guests so you may be waiting for a table at peak times.

Clean hotel, nice people and great street side view - perfect for business travellers.

Centrally located within WALKING distance to several key locations - Philharmonic, Brandenburg Gate, Blue Man group, Checkpoint Charlie, Bundestag, and any wonderful restaurants and tourist locations. Beyond that, the service at the hotel was remarkable - truly remarkable. It's not often you can say that a hotel room was better than the photos you saw on a brochure or website. At the Mandala, the affordable hotel we found on hotels.com turned out to be one where the rooms are all suites. Other pluses: Friendly, professional service. Late-night lounge. What I loved about this hotel was that it's a big chain with lots of rooms but yet it felt like you were important. We ended up here after being bumped from Mandala Hotel and loved the hotel - decor was very modern and rooms were on the large size. Bathrooms were huge with a wet room shower, bath, separate toilet, cupboard and sink area. There was […] a huge selection at breakfast and we were able to sit outside in the sun. The room (jr. suite) was spacious. The location was great too, a short walk to many museums and important sites, including the Tiergarten and the Philharmonic Hall. It has a sort of business feel, but they were very tourist friendly too. The only negative was a burned out light bulb in the closet, which despite requests, the repair didn't happen over […] three days of our stay. The room was lovely -clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend the place!

Rooms were great - spacious, balconies, small kitchenette, amazing spa like bathrooms. Staff were great at responding to our few requests for early check in, a few pans for the kitchenette, etc. Very helpful staff, sleek and elegant decor throughout. But being a more modern area, if you like old-fashioned charm, it might not be for you. Still, you can get anywhere from here. And sitting on balcony with your morning coffee overlooking city has its own charm. Great for business travelers and all amenities a business person needs. very nice, Great room for the money. this is a spa hotel, and most off the guests do not seems to be traveling tourists. there is no seating areas except a small location. no conciarage to consalt about events and locatins that most traveling tourists are looking for. Genomgående toppklass på allt!

Vi har intet andet end ros til overs for The Mandala Hotel, værelset var fantastisk og levede fuldstændig op til det lovede. På trods af at hotellet ligger ud til Potsdamer Platz, hører man slet ikke vejen nede foran. Hotellets personale er venligt og meget professionelle. Jeg benyttede fitnessrummet en gang, og her er udstyr til den almindelige fitness […] bruger. Alt i alt et super ophold i Berlin, og Mandala skal have meget af æren for det. 더 보기

ich habe lange in berlin gelbt und immer wenn ich zurück nach berlin komme und ein hotel brauche wohne ich am potsdamer platz. normalerweise im grand hyatt - jetzt aber mal im mandala. ich war vollkommen begeistert. der service, die unaufdringliche aber aufgmerksamen angestellten, das zimmer, das frühstück; einfach alles klasse. das einzige was man […] etwas kritisch sehen kann im vergleich zu anderen hotels dieser klasse: das fehlende schwimmbad-grad im vergleich zum grand hyatt- das schwimmbad dort (man sieht es übrigens vom dach des mandalas....) ist einfach der hammer!! aber trotzdem: volle punktzahl von mir. so sollten hotels heute sein. 더 보기

学会出席のため予約しました ビジネススイートという部屋があり、こじんまりとしたデスクがあり、学会準備などに利用できます。 余暇に観光にまわりましたが、ホテルの場所がポツダム広場の直ぐそば（徒歩2分）なので、電車、地下鉄、バス全てのアクセスが便利ですが、、繁華街ではないので周囲はうるさくありません。スタッフはよく教育された若い人が殆どで、中距離列車のネット予約をやってくれるなど親切でした。

äusserst angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, ein gepflegtes Hotel direkt am belebten Potsdamerplatz, dennoch ruhig und zu Fuss, per Fahrrad oder mit der U-Bahn sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Berlins bestens erreichbar. Ein spezieller Genuss bereitet das wunderschöne, exquisite Frühstücksbuffet!

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Nicht empfehlen würde ich jedoch das Frühstück im Hotel. Viel zu teuer (Fixpreis von 28 Euro pro Person; das findet man aber erst heraus, wenn man ins Restaurant geht...). Gehen Sie lieber über die Strasse ins Sony Center. Dort findet man mehrere Restaurants, welche ein gutes und grosszügiges Frühstück zu […] zwischen 8 und 15 Euro offerieren. Ebenfalls hat uns gestört, dass ein 5-Sterne Hotel nur eine Badewanne in ihren Suiten hat. Zum Duschen ist das extrem unpraktisch - vor allem für ältere Semester - und gefährlich, da der Boden der Badewanne sehr rutschig ist. Eine separate Badewanne UND eine separate Dusche gehört heutzutage in jedes Badezimmer eines 5-Sterne Hotels. Ansonsten ist man kein 5-Sterne Hotel. Was an einigen Tagen ebenfalls bemängelnswert war, war die Reinigung des Badezimmers. Die Gläser vom Vortag wurden nicht ausgewechselt und der Boden nicht sauber geputzt (wer kontrolliert die Qualität der Arbeit des Putzpersonals im Mandala Hotel?...). Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem modernen Hotel, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zudem können wir das Restaurant FACIL im Hotelgebäude bestens empfehlen. Nicht gerade sehr günstig, aber dafür sehr gut. Wenn nun noch separate Duschen in den Badezimmern eingebaut werden, würden meine Frau und ich sicherlich wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren. In unserer "Management Suite" gab es die auf jeden Fall nicht. Vielleicht in den "Executive Suiten"?? :-) 더 보기

Mycket bra!

Levede op til forventningerne, dog var det ærgerligt, at der var vejarbejde lige uden for vores værelse, i den periode vi var der. Venlig personale som leverede en imødekommende service. God størrelse af værelse, både til afslapning, hygge og arbejde.

Underbart fint hotell med bra service. Frukosten var det bästa jag sett. Läget var bra men inte så mycket roligt i närheten, dock enkelt med taxi.

Super Hotel mit sehr schöner, loungeartiger Einrichtung. Zimmer z.T. mit Balkon zur ruhigen, staßenabgewandten Seite. Tolles Bad, Kitchenette & super Matratze. Dazu ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Rundum zu empfehlen.

The Mandala am Potsdamer Platz gehört zu den TOP Hotels in Berlin, und es hat auch noch eines der TOP Restaurants bei sich beheimatet. Das Restaurant Facil ist alleine schon eine Reise wert. Der Schalfkomfort ist ausgezeichnet, empfehlenswert wäre ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, wer gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft., da um das Hotel recht laute Strassen führen. […] In 7 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Brandenburger Tor, also der richtige Ausgangspunkt um die Mitte von Berlin zu besuchen. 더 보기
