아스토리아 팰리스 호텔 (Astoria Palace Hotel) - 팔레르모

버스파업하면 택시비 장난아닙니다. 저희가 간 시점에 버스 파업했는데 거리상 호텔에서 어딜가든 택시를 타야합니다. 절대 걸을 수 없어요. 나머지는 다 괜찮았어요.

Enjoyable stay, staff helpful and acceptable restaurants. Location not in city centre but reasonable bus service.

As we were staying only one first night in Palermo and travel further in Sicily, this hotel choice was not my first but a place to sleep arriving from the airport. However we were surprised by how satisfied we were, specially with the very clean room and wonderful breakfast. Later in our trip, we stayed in far more expensive hotels which only disappointed […] in terms of location, comfort and food. This hotel is not in the middle of town, which suited us as we had a rental car and parking is awful in Palermo but Astoria offers parking (a rare amenity). Only a short drive to downtown anyway, we had read about the fish/fruit market nearby and its smells but we didn't experience any of that. Maybe a bit loud market vendors in the morning but it's part of the big city scene and travelers should always be prepared with ear plugs if they're light sleepers. Our buffet breakfast was so good, the rest of the hotels we used in Sicily left a lot to desire in comparison. They had pastries of varieties, pies and cakes, breads, juices, excellent coffee at the quantity you want (some hotels have you order one cup and you can't just help yourself which i find it delays the eating time). Also there are cold meats, cheese, fruits, all regular breakfast buffet foods in a very large table and plenty of seating. We noticed a lot of airline staff, pilots and flight attendants staying there, so we hope they keep up their standards (and affordable price) as we plan to return, after trying a few hotels and deciding this is the one we liked best. Maybe the hotel is older and not very modern in terms of decor, or has fancy pictures on its website but it's a solid hotel, comfortable, clean and better than most 4 stars we stayed. 더 보기

The hotel is clean, offers complimentary breakfast, and has a luggage room. Unfortunately, the hotel is not within walking distance from the city center, the Internet isn't free (although the rates are reasonable), the streets surrounding the hotel are dirty, and there aren't that many places in the neighborhood to grab food. Had really good time and good value for money... its bit far from tourist places but value they offerfing you can't complain... Good break fast tooo....

We drove around the city of Palermo for 3 hours looking for the hotel. There are lots of one-way streets, so it should be better marked. The hotel is a beautiful building but in a not so nice neighborhood. The bar is a nice place to eat; better than the dining room. Rooms were adequate, clean, but small. This hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the port, so very handy if you are arriving from the Napoli /Palermo ferry. I had no problem with the staff, in fact the gentleman who checked us in was extremely accomodating. Hotelli oli oikein miellyttävä, huoneet siistejä ja palvelu pelasi. Aamiaisella oli suolaista, leipää ja makkaroita sekä oikein tomaattia, siitä suuri plussa, koska moni hotelli Sisiliassa/Italiassa tarjoaa aamupalalla pelkästään makeita kakkuja ja pullia. Sijainnilta mielestäni oikein sopiva, kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta kun osaa katsoa nopeimman […] reitin. Palermossa on myös mielestäni turvallista liikkua. Sottaista siellä on mutta sitä se vaan valitettavasti on, ei se silti meitä haitannut. Aamuviiden aikaan saattoi joskus herätä markkinoiden meluun mutta siihen tottuu jos on sikeäuninen. Pas trop mal situe, proche centre ville, parking gratuit, indispensable a Palerme. Petit déjeuner copieux inclus. Chambre spacieuse, calme, très correcte, personnel de réception parlant français et courtois. Je recommande cet hôtel. Si je retourne a Palerme, je retournerai dans cet hôtel. Camere diversa da quella della foto.La reception non da grandi informazioni su come muoversi in citta . Costoso l'accesso ad internet dalle stanze. Ottima la colazione.

Il s'agit là d'un gros hôtel totalement impersonnel et moyennement entretenu (moquette du couloir sale, baignoire bouchée). Il a pour lui d'avoir un buffet petit déjeuner très correct et un parking gratuit. Hôtel à déconseiller aux personnes non motorisées.

Prisen taget i betragtning er dette et rigtig godt hotel, Rigtig god morgenmad og fin udsigt fra 14. etage hvor jeg var heldig at bo.

Design of room from 90's. Near hotel big fruit market with very bad smell. Many garbage on the streets. Wi-Fi is not a free. 5 euro for 2 days.

vacanza in solo pernottamento 2 persone servizi ottimi, leggermente rumorosa la parte posteriore dovuta al via vai dei mezzi del mercato ortofrutticolo ma decisamente sopportabile. colazione buona ma secondo noi mancanza di frutta fresca di stagione. nel complesso molto bene.

Sisiliassa englannin kielen taito on harvassa, mutta hotellin vastaanottohenkilökunta puhuu sitä kiitettävästi. Muutoinkin vastaanoton henkilökunnalle haluan antaa erityiskiitokset hyvästä palvelusta: kaikkiin kysymyksiimme saimme vastaukset ja palvelu ylitti odotukseni monilta osin ottaen huomioon, että itse työskentelen hotellissa Suomessa. Hotelli […] oli erittäin siisti ja hyväkuntoinen ja useat lentoyhtiöt näyttivät suosivan kyseistä hotellia miehistönsä majoittamiseen, sillä päivittäin hotellissa lentohenkilökuntaa. Hotellin allasalue katolla ansaitsee myös kiitosta, sillä näköalat ovat upeat merelle, vuorille sekä kaupungin yli. Pienenä miinuksena kuitenkin on mainittava, että porealtaiden säätönupeissa oli hieman vikaa. Sijainniltaan hotelli ei ole paras mahdollinen, se ei ole aivan keskustassa, eikä myöskään rannan läheisyydessä. Toisaalta, jos Palermoon saapuisi risteilyaluksella, olisi sijainti ihanteellinen, sillä satama-alue on lähellä. Hintaan kuulunut aamiainen oli melko kattava, valikoimasta löytyi pekonia, leipää, jogurttia, leikkeleitä, juustoja, munakasta, nakkeja, muroja ja paljon muuta, mutta miinuksena mainittakoon mehuvalikoima, mistä ei meinannut suomalaiseen makuun löytyä sopivaa makua: appelsiini- tai omenamehua tarjolla ei ollut. Hotellihuone oli yleisilmeeltään siisti ja kokolattiamaton sijaan lattiaa päällysti puu/laminaatti. MI sono trovato molto bene, lo consiglio sia per la qualità del servizio che per le camere, solo l'ubicazione non è ottimale, ma nemmeno poi così brutta.

El hotel está a mucha distancia del centro de Palermo y está mal comunicado con autobús (como mucho uno cada hora cuando pasa). Por otra parte, el metro está en obras y no funciona. El servicio de Internet es de pago, te lo cobran pero no funciona bién. Se cuelga y de una hora aprovechas como mucho media hora y esto con buenos conocimientos de informática. […] Hemos estado en dos hoteles más, en Sicilia, con el mismo ordenador y ha funcionado perfectamente. Detta hotell ska man inte bo på. Det enda trevliga bemötandet vi fick var av en kvinna som hette Ester, vid incheckning. Efter det var det mest sura miner från personal, tex när man ville lämna in sitt nyckelkort. Vi blev även förföljda av en person i området påväg hem en lördagskväll. Ci siamo trovatii molto bene in questo hotel, a prima vista la struttura potrebbe non dare l impressione del quattro stelle ma la mancanza si colma con uno staff gentilissimo, un parcheggio sempre disponibile ed una prima colazione molto buona, varia e continuamente riassortita. Hotellet ligger litt utenfor sentrum, men det gikk fint å ta drosje til og fra. Iht. prisklassen får du mye igjen for pengene. Rommet var rent og alle fasiliteter fungerte som lovet. Det var også veldig fint å kunne benytte seg av hotellets parkering. Frokosten var særdeles god, - den bør du få med deg. Behjelpelig betjening.

Sinceramente me lo aspettavo piu' nuovo all'interno . Un po rumoroso per via dei lavori adiacenti all'hotel . Camere un po datate , non nuovissime ma pulite e spaziose . Personale gentilissimo , centro bennessere ottimo , colazione abbondante , parchegio sufficientemente capiente .In macchina si raggiunge il centro in pochissimi minuti e al contempo […] si e' vicini all'imbocco del parco della Favorita ( strada che conduce a Mondello ) , Strategico !!! Tutto ottimo ma auguratevi di non stare male perchè se chiamano il medico dell'hotel dovete fare un mutuo per pagarlo. Non scrivo la cifra che ho pagato per un'iniezione (plasil) perchè non ci credereste, è allucinante; naturalmente senza ricevuta fiscale. Avons passé un très bon séjour à l'Astoria Palace Hotel. Très bon accueil, chambre très confortable, salle de bains spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. Non loin du centre de Palerme (10 min à pied).

L'hotel si trova un po in periferia ed è mal collegato coi mezzi pubblici con il centro. Le stanze sono spaziose; abbiamo chiesto una non fumatori ma ci hanno dato una fumatori. Buona colazione. Tutto sommato un 4 stelle è un po eccessivo

Hotellet er udmærket til prisen. Standarden er fin, men ikke umiddelbart firestjernet. Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor, men alligevel centralt. Via Monte Pellegrino er ikke en indbydende gade, der er beskidt og lugter nogen steder af urin. Gå på siden mod vandet!!

Très bon hôtel international bon confort, service très bien, accueil serviable. Environnement moyen proximité du marché de gros de Palerme. Hotel à 1/2 heure de marche de centre historique, mais près du port facile pour les embarquements / débarquement des bateaux.

El Hotel Astoria Palace ofrece una buena relación calidad precio. El hotel está bien, a pesar de ser un poco antiguo, como todo en Palermo. Desayuno muy completo, parking gratuito, posibilidad de conectarse a Internet. Muy bien situado para dirigirse a la playa de Mondello.

This hotel, while being in the lower range of hotels in the area, is of low value for the money. Sure it does give you a clean room with what you would expect but we found the staff to be arrogant and the hotel complex itself is a bit worn down. It is located about 30 min walk from downtown centre which indeed has a lot of appeal.

Der Charme der 70er Jahre: grosse Zimmer, riesieger Essrauml, grosse Lobby, aber schoen ruhig. Das Hotels ist zu diesem Preis richtig guenstig.
