Our weekend stay was a good one. Grounds beautifully kept. Spa's location was inconvenient, but facilities were top drawer. Restaurant all booked for dinner, so we never ate there. Hotel staff friendly and helpful / breakfast varied selection buffet / Decor modern / Bedrooms unfortunately let this hotel down very badly / standard room small with bed side on to wall so could not access the bed from both sides / first time I've had to climb over husband to get out of bed in a hotel. We changed rooms after the first night because […] as well as being side on to wall the headboard end had only a low shelf unit, no headboard so when sat up to read nothing to lean back on. Friends were lucky enough to get an upgrade as hotel was fully booked. Their room was hardly superior just what I would expect in a standard room at the prices charged. 더 보기

Excellent Spa facilities. Real friendly staff.Easy to find and good location.

An outstanding hotel. Wonderful quality furniture and bedding. Saunas and steam room lovely and immaculately clean. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast.

A very chic and tastefully decorated hotel, spacious comfortable room, friendly polite staff. Excellent breakfast. The only drawback is that Richenau is a little isolated, thre were not many places you could walk out to in the evening. Of course this very feature may be attractive to other guests.

Despite the quaint island setting, the hotel accommodations were modern and well kept, the staff was friendly, there was a minor charge for internet access, the restaurant was good and served a marvelous breakfast.

Bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt wurden meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Zuvor hatte ich -auch die negativen- Bewertungen anderer Gäste gelesen, die ich überwiegend teilte. Ich kenne das Hotel seit 4 Jahren. Das Streben nach mehr Gastlichkeit und tatsächlicher Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelingt weiterhin. Ob mit Familie oder als Geschäftsreisender treffe ich nach […] wie vor auf einen professionell geführten, sehr gepflegten Hotel- und Restaurantbetrieb, dessen Ausstattung, Nutzungsmöglichkeiten und Lage Alleinstellungsmerkmale in der Bodenseeregion darzustellen vermögen. L’hôtel serait parfait s'il n'y avait pas un mariage avec de la musique (forte) juste sous votre chambre. Le but principal dans un hôtel étant de dormir, je me permet de dire que le contrat n'était pas rempli.

When we arrived the staff in the reception desk were not very accomodating and we didn't felt very welcome as guests at this hotel.

Wir haben uns SEHR wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schönes Hotel und ein Super Wellnessbereich, dieser wurde sogar wegen Geburtstagswunsch länger geöffnet. Danke dafür! Leckeres frisches Obst im ganzen Hotel verteilt, gutes Frühstück. Leider hatten wir ein qualitativ schlechtes Zimmer, das Doppelbett klein und durchgelegen und der Fussboden sehr schräg, aber es war eben nur ein Standardzimmer, […] es geht auch besser. Der hohe Preis war aber bei unserem Zimmer nicht gerechtfertigt. Großer Schrank und nettes Bad. Alles in allem aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. 더 보기

sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter/innen, fachlich versiert; das Restaurant ein "must"; sehr kreative Küche mit regionalen Produkten; ein Wermutstropfen : 2 Tage Probleme mit der Warmwasserversorgung auf dem Zimmer wg. eines techn. Defekts ; mussten leider kalt duschen;

Allt var fint och bra. Bra service, trevlig personal, fantastisk frukost, bra hotellets läge, fina omgivningar. det som var minus är brist på airkondition. Det var varmt ute och utan airkondition var svårt att sova.
