Upon checking in the clerk serving me was not very courteous and did not serve me right away. She was putting mail into envelopes. The description of the hotel was very misleading. The brochure stated that the room with Queen size beds which was an upgrade had a coffee maker and a refrigerator. The room we received had none of the articles that were […] listed in the brochure. Decent place to stay for the price.

We decided on Microtel because of the price and the comments about the bed being comfortable. That is very important. The rooms were very clean. They didn't have alot in them, like chairs and tables or a desk but we were there to sleep only. We were right in the middle of a busy area with lots of shopping. Just what we wanted. The breakfast wasn't the […] greatest as the waffle maker was broken. Bagels, toast, cereal, coffee and juice. It was enough to get you going though. The parking lot was full of Canadian cars as its very close to the airport and they have a free shuttle. We'd definitely stay again. 더 보기

We find Microtel to be a decent, relatively inexpensive hotel when we're traveling. This one is a bit older and so the fixtures are somewhat worn, but it's clean and convenient, just off the Thruway and with plenty of places to eat nearby. staff was not frendly u afto go down stairs to use microwave it was inconvenient no fridge room was tiny but comfortable

As seniors we found it awkward to be in the room with no comfortable chairs to relax in, only a window beanch which was to cold to sit on due to the window,we ended up sitting on the bed which was not efficent for us. The young desk clerk semmed to us to be angry all the time not at all friendly

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Location was great for shopping. Breakfast was basic but fine. Suppose to have wifi in the room but it didn't work and the night front desk person had no clue. The morning front desk person (I think the owner) was quite abrupt and needs to work on her people skills. Overall good value for the cost.

I stayed in two different rooms and woke up with itchy red dots all over my body. This hotel has a serious bug problem. The rooms were somewhat clean except the bathrooms with dirty tubs. I reserved my room for myself my husband and my three year old daughter. I requested a crib which was not in my room when I arrived. I had to carry a heavy wooden crib up two flights of stairs and the crib was old and very unsafe.

The proximity of this hotel to numerous restaurants and shops, along with the Buffalo airport, was outstanding. The room was very clean and comfortable and for the price, it was a perfect place for a quick stop over during my travels.

i stayed one night at this location. That was enough. The bed was very soft that when i sat on it, i sank down and hit the board on the other side. there was a long hair on the bath rug that was sitting on the bathtub. these were the bad things i found on this visit. It was a last minute reservation. While the hotel location is convenient, the cleanliness of the facility was sub-par. Dirty, smelly rooms and everything was run down. While the free continental breakfast was enticing at first, the guy making the Belgium waffles sneezed all over it!

It's in a good location and it's cheap . It's very small room .

used this hotel for a shopping trip to the area...room was clean & everything was satisfactory. Nothing outstanding but certainly no complaints either. We'd stay here again. Rooms are small but comfortable for the amount of time you're in them. The price was certainly right.

requested handicap restroom, not provided. requested to check-in before 3 pm. they said "NO".

The hotel room smelled of smoke even though it was in the non-smoking section. Although it doesn't say so on-line there is a shuttle package for the airport that you can purchase, but only directly through the hotel and it is not advertised. We found the shuttle VERY convenient and the driver was very kind and accomodating. The hotel itself was not […] the greatest. STAY AWAY !!!

The room was very nice, and the staff extremely welcoming, but the corridors did smell of smoke

The water pressure in the shower caused a horribly loud squeel the whole time we showered and even shook the walls. I can only imagine what other guest thought because of the shower noise my room was generating.

First of all, rooms are extremely small. No clock in room. No ice machines on all floors...only ice was near ront desk. No elevator. I found someone's long hair atached to one of the towels hanging in th bathroom, and a nice bug greeted me crawling across floor in bathroom. A cheap hotel, and now I know why.

Very small rooms. Staff OK. We had trouble with reservation. I did not think they were going to give me the room I had paid for and reserved in another persons name that was unable to make the trip

The ultimate is the staff. They have no people skills and nor do they comprehend how to give customer service. The rooms are grossly dirty. Even if you are known smoking you will come out smelling like smoke. They come knocking on your door to clean your room at 9am and they know your checking out at 11am. My only complaint, since I was in one of the back rooms.. the wifi signal didn't reach!! Had to go to the lobby to connect!! Other then that.. it was great.. super nice staff!! Would definitily stay there again!!! :)

We stay at Microtel's all of the time and this one was the worst. Will never stay here again!

I've stayed in a Microtel Inn at couple of different locations, this was by far the worst. I got a smoking room which i do on some occasions, and this one had an awful, awful stale smell. Even I as a smoker was turned off. There were cobwebs on the lights, etc...just didn't even feel clean. Also, the room had no coffee maker which in this day and age, […] who doesn't provide a coffe pot? I only stayed there because my son is working in the area, but on my next trip i would not stay there again. the hotel smells bad . outside of the hotel looks deceivingly beautiful but when you go inside you will be disappointed. receptionist wasvery nice and accommodating. we also do not feel safe. Just as in the name says microtel is very small but was in good conditon. The room smelt like smoke but and air freshener can fix that. The price was right though for anyone who does not need a luxury room.

Very nice people, rooms where very clean even though we stayed in non smoking you could still smell some smoke, bed was very comfy. Once again could not beat the price and very friendly staff would stay again

The hotel is very very dirty on the inside. It smells damp & mouldy as soon as you walk in the room. The bedsheets & pillow cases were damp as well and the carpet in the room is so dirty that I had to wear my outdoor shoes inside the room during the entire stay for 2 days. I did not find it hygenic at all & would not recommend staying here. just stayed at this hotel july 2011 for 2 nites room was fine for what we needed being a place to sleep. We have stayed at this change of hotels and have always found them to be clean and well kept.

No internet access. Reception and staffs had very bad manner. Booked smoke-free room, but giving me smoker room. Extremely Dirty. Heard Multiple Complaints in 1 night! Highly Not Recommended!

Friendly help locating an ironing board could not make up for the poor design and decrepit condition of the hotel. There is no sound insulation - this 'hotel' is located near an airport so you didn't need an alarm clock, you just had to know what time the jets were taking off since they woke us up in the morning. Not a good one!!!!!!! Worst hotel I have ever seen. It has bed bugs and never look for the price... WORST!!!
