We had a lovely stay at the hotel. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The leisure facilities were great with a separate pool for children and adults. The room was very comfortable and clean but had no refrigerator which was stated on the description. Apart from that the stay was great, good selection for breakfast […] with the option for other freshly prepared food if you didn't want food from the buffet. I booked the Deluxe room which was fantastic..it was plush and a pleasure to stay in..I would recommend this to friends and family. The only problem I had was trying to order in room service for a meal as there was no one answering the phone I had to go down stairs in person to place an order....apart from that it was a great booking.

Rooms are very comfortable and up-to-date. Lovely bathroom facilities. Breakfast buffet superb. The pub dinner menu is overly expensive in my opinion. May stay here again if in the area as we really enjoyed the overall experience.

My daughter and I stayed here for a night last weekend. Our room was lovely (but the shower was a bit feeble!). The breakfast was excellent. It's a very classy hotel. Looking forward to returning one day:)

Looked a very new Hotel & was pleasing to the eye from the outside. Very clean inside & had some nice features. Especially the Courtyard area surrounded by all four sides of the Hotel. Food was of a good standard. The hot breakfast could have had more choice, but still enjoyed it. Friendly staff & good feel to the place. We booked a Twin Room, but […] ended up with a Double, which they could not change as they were full. The rooms were quite hot too, which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Everything was clean though & the bathroom was nice. Beds very comfy too. I didn't use the leisure, but from what I could see, it looked like a nice facility. There were 2 twin beds pushed together that came apart by morning. They were not very comfortable. We had a room by the stairs and found it to be very noisy in the hall ways at night and early morning. Breakfast was the best I had at a hotel all week. There were nice options for continental or full English buffet style. However, 2 people had burned […] their toast using the toaster (the kind that moves your toast through) and the room smelled of burned toast. I had a table that looked out onto the garden area. 더 보기

Too small a single room. Average cleanliness. Bathroom had black grout. Can hardly stand in the shower. I am not joking - the whole bathroom is smaller than a two seater sofa!

Out trip covered most of England and Wales over two weeks, and this was the best hotel of the trip. They had free internet, great room, best hot breakfast with great fresh fruit, and the price was decent. This one gets a 5 star rating.

This is an excellent Hotel with a very good Spa and sports centre. We used the Spa facilities and the treatments were excellent. It is in beautiful surroundings and yet very close to the centre of Basingstoke. We stayed there in june for 4 nights. The quality of the breakfast is excellent. However the quality and service of the restaurant at dinner […] time is moderate. We had an otherwise very good experience, except for one incident regarding housekeeping. On the 3rd day we found out that the towels which were placed in our room by the housekeeper were dirty. Also, the housekeeper was very reluctant to leave adequate toiletries and we often had to ask for more shampoo and soap. Housekeeping was generally not satisfactory. 더 보기

Overall would say that the hotel is very good.However on arrival there was a wedding reception and due to the layout of the hote/rooms the noise from the reception which was held in the gardens (hotel rooms surround the garden area) was quite overwhelming.Screaming children using the gardens as an adventure playground is not what you would expect when […] you visit a hotel. We went out for a meal as restaurant was not functioning and even on return teenagers were shouting at the tops of their voices until 11 pm. During the week when it was a business hotel it was very quiet.Staff excellent. Rooms incredibly comfortable. Very beautiful gardens. Just problems when a hotel is used by noisy people. We attended a wedding in Ireland some two weeks before and you could not hear the noise of the reception anywhere in the hotel as wedding reception was well away from guest bedrooms. 더 보기

This hotel had it all, friendly staff, clean nice rooms and value for money. Would definately go back!

The room was very tastefully decorated, however would recommend a room with a balcony, as initially room allocated was quite small and a bit claustrophobic, staff were very helpful in arranging a change of room. Fantastic facilites available on site, along with a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. In general I had a good stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. But, the floorboards in this part of the hotel were awfully moisy, every movement registered as a clunk, and was disturbed by the room above.
