We would probably stay here again. We came to gamble for a weekend. Our only complaint is the spa pool: it was not clean at all and it smelled bad, not a chemical smell. It had a ring around the tub, rust along the left side near the steps. Most importantly, the timer on the wall is hanging off the wall by wires!!!!! The hotel is definitely in need of some updating but was not unclean. It was a good value. Had a very good location right across from the lake. We would certainly consider it again.

Wow!! i was super impressed with this hotel! over the past several months we have stayed at many hotels in the Lake Charles area, this was by far the best! We travel with our small dog, this property was so easy to access, and made it very convenient to have him with us. The location was fantastic, easy access to everything we were interested in, and […] easy access to the interstate. There was a special function in town the weekend of our stay, and the parking lot filled up, the night clerk was very accomodating in allowing us to park at the front door. On the day of our scheduled departure, I became too ill to travel. The hotel staff extended our stay in the same room with no problem. This is my new hotel in Lake Charles!! Easy to get to from the freeway, beautiful lake view with a children's playground right across the street. Quite and close to the Casinos. Great breakfast buffet, with lots of choices. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and sitting area. Enjoyed my stay very much and will stay here again in the future.

For the price I paid I had no serious complaints. Bed wasn't that comfortable, but who really sleeps comfortably in hotel bed. Loved that it had a mini kitchenette (stocked with community coffee, yum). Service was great.

I’ve stayed at this location several times in 2012. Comfortable, quiet rooms. Very clean hotel, even with minor construction. The staff goes out of their way to assist during every visit. Super nice! Great training accommodations too. Saved the day last trip by getting me a video cable when mine quit on me at the beginning of a training class. This hotel is in a bad neighborhood, stinks, and bed, its not comfortable. Not recommended. Not sure if my sheets were all that clean either.

Our Visit was for only one night for a fishing trip! (March 3, 2012) All together our group had four rooms (2 kings & 2 queens) Everybody enjoyed their stay! Our rooms had views of the lake. this hotel was wonderful. very friendly staff, free drinks in the evening, free breakfast buffet in the morning, room was very nice, refrigerator and microwave in room. located right across from the lake which made it very calming and the price could not be beat. I will stay here again!

We always stay here when in Lake Charles. They have free cocktails every night...with free food. How could you not like this place??

Conveint, Close to the casinos and entertainment, & right at the lake side

Check out the breakfast and afternoon snack bars, much better than expected

First of all the descrption says "tempur pedic" bedding. Was defintely not tempur pedic matress but a super hard mattress. The hotel itself needs a huge update. The pool was very cloudy and the spa jets didn't work. Only upside was the 2 free cocktails from 5-7 and the free breakfast.

The room was awful for the price, for just about any price. It was old and dirty. Looked like they did nothing to keep it up.

the pictures must have been before the storms.....from friday to sunday no house cleaning, rooms smelled moldy amd mildewy even after my general pre move in clean up...sink did not work....carpet nasty.....bead spreads holey...sofa bed not moved during cleaning.....had i not called the desk to report the issues in a timely manner and house keeping not […] coming at all, well no excuse for that.....do not pick this hotel based on the pictures..... i will say that the fact that its close to the beah there and across from the veterans memorial was the best part of the stay. 더 보기

Free drinks (2) and snacks from 5-7pm. Breakfast buffet is good. Sha Sha's restaraunt is less than a 1/2 mile away - go Wed-Sat for the seafood boil which is outstanding!

great location, near the lake and historic downtown. easy to access and great rates. having a kitchen was so convenient.

We loved this location, near the Boardwalk and public beach. Wonderful walk near the historic downtown area and great food at Steamboat lBill's on the Lake.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE STAY.DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH WORKERS.

This was a great room at a very reasonable price. The refrigerator and table were wonderful. The sitting area gave it a homey feeling. A step above the ordinary room. I would recomment this hotel to others with confidence. The complimentary breakfast was nice. All the staff were very nice and friendly!

Hot tub was broke. The water was cold and they got it fixed but only 2 jets worked. Ice machine was broke on first floor and elevator was messed up. swimming pool was dirty. A/C in room didnt cool well and the mini fridge pulled out of slot everytime you opened the door on it. We were not satisfied at all with our stay and will never be going back. […] We could have stayed at another hotel that was better for the same price. They need a lot of repairs and updates for the price they charge. I would rate this as a 2 star hotel if that. 더 보기
