This hotel was not a good place to stay, it needs remodeling bad and they need to do something about the pest control there, although I was moved to another room I was still disappointed in the Hotel.

I like to stay here before my dr appt. This visit was wonderful. i loved tabatha. the front desk person. she took real good care of us. she was great. the pool was alittle cold for my liking. and the hot tub was real loud when you turned it on. but it all was nice.. the breakfast was great. loved the way it tasted. over all it was a good stay. Very unclean room

I was attending a conference downtown and stayed here for the price. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. I definitely would stay here again.

I actually enjoyed my stay this past weekend. I wasn't expecting it to be so nice after I read some not so good reviews earlier that day. I had no problems with my room at all & it was very spacious. They only thing I didn't like was the fact I couldn't stay another night lol.

My stay at the hotel was not to my liking, The management treated me as if I was not important or worth their attention.

Staff was very friendly and quick to check us in. The good feeling ended with the giant roach on the ceiling of our room. The room needed new carpet and was fairly worn. There were also items from previous guests in the room. To be fair, the bathroom was at least clean. I only stayed one day and I would not stay here again.

On our way to florida from texas, we stopped by the Quality Inn in Mobile, AL. I am very impressed. We stopped by Extended Stay in Kenner Louisiana on the way back. No comparison. The hotel was easy to find and the room was a great size. There was a mini kitchenette with a fridge and a sink. The double bed room included a pull out couch bed that occupied 6 individuals and a child. For the price and space I felt this was a great deal.

I stayed here a couple of years ago, and I was hoping to get the same hotel, which I did thankfully! The breakfast is great - fresh, hot waffles...yum! The service was friendly and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again!

need full size pillowas beds need to be pillow toped and new comforters the beds were hard

I expected much better. The room was barely clean. It leaked when it rained. I could hear the people breathing upstairs and to my sides. When trying to open the refrigerator I nearly pulled it to the floor. I would try any other hotel before I stayed at this place again.

The cable to the tv must have had a short because the picture was snowy. Plus just one trash can in whole room, I expected to have one for kitchen area and one for the rest of the room. Pillows were not very good.

WE WERE ISSUED ROOM 321 AND REALIZED THE AIR CONDITIONING DID NOT WORK. WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY DOUBLE ROOMS AND WAS MOVED TO ROOM 110. AFTER GETTING IN THIS ROOM WE REALIZED IT ONLY HAD ONE BED AND A SOFA BED FOR 6 PEOPLE. WE THAN WENT TO THE FRONT DESK AND INFORMED THEM THAT THIS WAS NOT GOING TO WORK. THEY THEN PUT US IN THE PRESIDENTIAL […] SUITE. BUT AFTER MOVING TO THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE WE REALIZED THAT THE AIR DID NOT WORK IN THE MAIN ROOM. WE THEN WENT BACK TO THE FRONT DESK AND AFTER A LONG DISCUSSION THEY HAD TO SPLIT US UP INTO THE PRESIDENTIAL SUITE THAT WAS PRETTY WARM AND GAVE US ROOM 110 BACK. WE WERE NOT ABLE TO STAY TOGETHER AND HAD TO SLEEP IN A ROOM THAT RAN VERY WARM WITHOUT HAVING AIR CONDITIONING TO COOL IT OFF. 더 보기

Tough to beat for the money!

We were pleased overall with the hotel itself--cleanliness, cost, location, etc. The only downside was the number of teenagers and children running and yelling in the hallways until after 11 pm. Para 6 personas es excelente, comodo, amplio, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Muy buen servicio.
