컴포트 스위트 에어포트 (Comfort Suites Airport) - 내슈빌

After an AWFUL experience at another Hotel down the street, Brandy, the front desk clerk was WONDERFUL! She made our night! I might add that I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and it was fairly late at night, I was TIRED!! Our trip was short! We were only there about 12 hours because we were picking up family at the airport! I cannot say enough nice things […] about the Baymont! Next time I have to go to the Nashville Airport, you can bet your sweet behind, I'll be staying at the Baymont!! The Staff are Terrific the condition of the hotel is a dump. The common area carpets are disgusting. The elevator floor is totally broken up. The bathroom toilet was so small it was like sitting on the floor. The condition of the room was terrible. The ceiling had a large crack in it. The hole for the fire sprinkler was not covered. I made my decision […] based on the few reviews that were available at the time I booked. I will not make that mistake again. 더 보기

This was a great hotel! Stayed for a week and the room was very clean an spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. I plan on staying here next time I'm in the Nashville area!

This was an all suites hotel, and very affordable. The rooms were very large and even had a sliding pocket door for privacy in the bedroom area. The bathroom sink was out in the open away from the toilet and shower. At the time of my stay they were doing work on the outside of the hotel, but they had posted a note advising potential guest. The only […] thing I thought strange about the hotel was the fact they didn't having automatic doors and there was no dip in the sidewalk at the side entrance (not very ADA friendly). The staff person said they were working on the sliding doors, but I didn't ask about the sidewalk accessibility issue. The free hot breakfast was a plus (although I only ate a muffin). The indoor pool was covered by an atrium so you got plenty of natural light coming in. Overall the Hotel and the staff were nice. I would recommend it to others. 더 보기

Problems: The first room they gave us was the wrong room. We had to bring all of our bags and our two children back to the lobby and get the right one. The door on the other room had a gap at the top (half inch or more). I could put my finger through the door. The door hit the dresser when you opened it. Breakfast was horrible!
