베스트 웨스턴 플러스 사우스 코스트 인 (Best Western Plus South Coast Inn) - 골레타

처음에는 사실 아는 정보도 없고 해서 단지 평점만 믿고 예약한 호텔이었습니다. 하지만 주위의 깨끗한 환경과 함께 호텔의 아늑함에 더 반했던 여행이었습니다. 다시 산타바바라를 간다면 꼭 그 호텔에 묵고 싶네요.

Everything was great however the internet service was bad. The internet would disconnect about every 5 minutes and we would have to log back on.

The room used to be a smoking room and it seemed somehow a bit musty/smoky in a way that another room I had stayed at the time before wasn't. I appreciated the breakfast there, the paper, and the espresso drinks very much. The bed was maybe a little too soft but the lighting and everything else was nice.

This was a good deal, close to Santa Barbara. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. I mean really comfortable!

We've stayed here several times in the past. It is so convenient for us. And the grandkids come over to enjoy the breakfast and swim in the pool.

Beds aren't all that comfortable. Pillow top isn't very soft - needs a topper! Room small for 2 adults and a 16 year old on sofa bed. Bathroom needs renovation! Breakfast needs veg option with eggs! Ham isn't for everyone!

Hotel undergoing renovations. Bathrooms need updating. Pillow top bed not so much pillow top. Could do with a topper to make it a bit softer or the like! Need to mix pillows up - all of them are soft. Could have a firmer one or two pillows to choose from. Service was good when I asked for extra pillows (3 of us in a room and not enough pillows). Unfortunatly the staff has much to be desired mostly due to the Management. Very rude and inexcusable. Many in our party were woken up by "wake up calls" at late night hours and 2 even received calls frLom the desk about children running around the property- while we were all asleep. I found this to be the most offensive. If that was the case they should […] have asked those their room number! Not called aimlessly through the hotel! Such a shame as we all thought the hotel grounds and location were perfect. Big changes are needed at this property. I went to Goleta for a job interview. I stayed one night at the Best Western hotel. Overall the stay at hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. Need I say more????

The minor stuff first. No HD television stations, indicted on their television list which showed available. HD stations list is not correct and dmust be an oversight per their front desk.? Hairs on the pull out bed linens. Toliet seat does not line up. Both brought to attention of staff, who appeared very unconcerned. Convenient to Santa Barbara Airport. Dining choices limited without transportation. Overall clean, friendly hotel. Guest Rooms in need of updating but clean and comfortable. One of the better choices in Goleta.

Very close to Santa Barbara and near essentials shopping. Comfortable beds, I'd go back again.

I was very satisfied with our room, the location, and most surprising the complementary hot breakfast served each morning.

Enjoyed our stay - friendly staff - beautiful landscape on grounds - very clean and comfortable bed - the breakfast bar was one of the best we have experienced- enjoyed the mocha coffee!

Great place to stay while visiting Santa Barbara and the surrounding Colleges. Second time around will always want to stay here when I come to the area!

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The location is little off, and we would have preferred to stay in beach hotel. But the location is OK for business trip. The breakfast was decent. The muffins were stale. But the rest of the items were good. The park like setting and nice swimming pool/spa.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WERE ABLE TO SEE AND SPEND SOME TIME WITH OUR GRANDDAUGHTER THAT IS AWAY AT UCSB.

A most comfortable and clean hotel.Wonderful breakfast. Beautiful patio. Very close to UCSB, which is why we were there. Would highly recommend this inn. Most definitely will stay here again.

I booked a room for my mom, who is disabled and who was staying at the hotel by herself. She had difficulty getting to the breakfast buffet. When she requested help, the staff at the hotel refused to help her by bringing her a plate to the room. Several mornings she went hungry because the staff lacked the compassion to help with such a simple favor. […] I believe the management deserves the blame management for failing to enable an environment with more compassionate staff. 더 보기

Hotel was very nice. I thought it was just as nice as a high end notel but the price was just right. The food, well it was not great but hey it was enough to hold you over for dinner. I would definitely stay there again. Dont forget to tip housecleanning.

I book the cheapest room and got what i ask for. the bed was on the ground and very hard, the tv was 6' up and very hart to see. No I would not recomend this room. The vending machine did not work. Not the best stay i could have had.

For that relatively low price it was good. The room was spacious. Rest room seemed clean. It was convenient over all. The breakfast was OK. But not very tempting. The people were very nice. They provided shuttles to airport, airbus station and USCB for free every half hour. They would leave the desk and come to give you a ride with such a nice friendly […] behavior. we were pleasantly surprised. Hotel was very clean, personnel helpful, close to shopping. Cost was reasonable. We enjoyed our stay. We will come back again.

We would definitely stay here again. Good price, includes breakfast. Nice pool and jacuzzi. We even enjoyed a little friendly ping pong competition. Everything is well-maintained.

wifi did not work

We stayed one night on our recent trip along the coast. There was a slight delay in getting our info from hotels.com to the hotel we booked. The front desk attendant (Michelle, I believe) resolved everything quickly and with a smile on her face. The room was very well kept, clean and neat, the included breakfast was tasty. I have no complaints; everything was as it should be and the room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a nice touch and certainly a plus for my husband. We would definitely stay here again.

10 minutes drive from attraction of Santa Barbara. The hotel rate is great comparing others in Santa Barbara. But garden view room is not guarantee. It disappointed us.

We would recommend this hotel to everyone. Our room and the overall hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. When we plan our next trrip again the hotel would be our choice of stay.

We usually stay at the hotel across the street, but we gave this Best Western a try. The front desk staff was great, friendly and very cheerful. This was a surprise, since the hotel was sold out and extremely busy. Our room was clean and well-stocked with towels and pillows. People were swimming so I assume the pool was heated. I gave only four stars for the staff, because the housekeeping staff tried to open the door to the room at precisely 8:am, not giving us enough time to even get to the door before she had it open as far as she could go with the inner door lock in place. I didn't want to yell because my kids were sleeping. (I guess someone removed the privacy tag during the night.) all her noise woke up the kids anyway, and doomed us to a long ride home with cranky, tired kids... Besides that, great stay. Room was clean and free breakfast was excellent. I got more value more than I paid. I will be back!

We stayed overnight while making a road trip in Souther California. We stayed in this Goleta property as we couldn't find anything for a resonable rate in Santa Barbara itself. Was very pleased with hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. The surrounding neighborhood felt good as well.
