we were greated warmly when we checked in. the room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We loved our stay.

We were there for a college football bowl game. The hotel and room were both very nice, clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was terrific. This hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise with a good selection of both hot and cold items. Big downfall for us way the floorplan of the room, bathroom basically at the foot of the beds. Impossible for someone to shower and get ready and not disturb others trying to sleep. Definitely made us aware of what we did not want […] for our upcoming 7 night stay in a hotel. One night with this set up was all we could handle with two adults and two teenagers. 더 보기

This hotel is very nice, as long as you are less than 5'7". The beds are really short.

I was very pleased with this establishment. It is a fairly new structure, large common area off the Lobby, it had a very good breakfast available every morning. My room was very clean, quiet and comfortable......something that I have come to expect at other Springhill Suites locations where I have stayed in the past. We were a bit disappointed with this hotel/this stay. We did not receive the room type that we had requested, we were given a room right off the lobby, which tended to be fairly nosiy - partly because the hotel was filled with high school kids and partly because we were right next to a maintenance area with screaming pipes. They really should not put […] folks who are NOT with the big noisy group in an area where we had to constantly listen to them. The desk personnel were friendly, but did nothing (nor did they even offer) to correct these issues for us. This is a very conveniently located hotel, but I do not plan to stay there again. We give this hotel a five star, it was Clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not only were the rooms clean, all the maintence worked. It had a pleasant atsomphere. Fireplace where you could enjoy quiet time, the breakfast set up was great. This hotel was very well maintaned being kept clean and in order. Shuttle worked great for going to the […] Boise game and shopping areas. We highly recommend this hotel. We thank the staff for a great stay. 더 보기

Nice place to stay, the room was very clean and comfortable and they provided a shuttle service to and from the Boise State Football game which was a very pleasant surprise we had just planned on walking but this was an excellent service that we had not expected.

We were impressed by having the Boise river running just behind the hotel, and a wonderful walking path alongside it which went on for miles.
