This hotel is in a great location. The our experience with the front desk staff was hit or miss depending on who is there expect either indifference and annoyance, or a pleasant person. Our room was great, we were on the top, 6th floor and had a balcony area to the street. It was great! There wasn't too much noise from the street and we slept easily […] with the sliding door open every night. The only problem with the room was that our mini fridge didn't work well if at all... it ruined our goat cheese. Housekeeping was very friendly and nice. The bed pillows are kind of hard and you don't get any conditioner in the room. But it was always stocked and straightened well during our stay. 더 보기

Does not deserve to be a 4 star. Horrible staff and service. Rooms were dark and musty with zero help from staff. ONLY upside was location.

Great location and reasonable rates. Easy access by walking to many restaurants and tourists attractions.

We found this hotel very expensive for what it was. It was rated as a four star, though the only redeeming quality was its location as it was a 3 minute walk from the main shopping area (la Rambla which leads to the port and also the Placa Catalunia). The room was very small and the only ventilation was a window that looked out over an inner well. […] The bathroom's extractor fan was broken, and there was mould growing on the ceiling of both the room and bathroom. The decor was very outdated and the minibar was not on or stocked. The breakfast buffet was adequate in choice. 더 보기

Great location in the gothic quarter with easy access to all other attractions. Nice friendly staff. reccomended

Barcelona was the first stop on our 2 week European vacation. The area of the hotel came highly recommended. It is close to La Rambla (tourist trap) but not right in the center. Walking distance to anything in Barcelona. Well, that's if you do not mind walking :) Room is huge compared to hotel rooms in Europe in general. They actually have a bath tub […] :) You have to pay 2 euros per day for the safe key. Which I would highly recommend. Barcelona is notorious for pick pocketers. We actually witnessed them in action. They are like flees and all over subway/metro. So, be super cautious and careful. Have your wallets and purses in front of you and in front pockets. Do not leave anything opened or unattended!! Our room had a nice balcony right onto the street and it was a bit noisy. Despite, we still had a nice nightly rest. Starbucks is just down the street. Many restaurants around the hotel have delicious tapas. You can't go wrong. You can also walk to the beach. It's about 20 minutes walk. The banks close at 2pm...so if you need to do any exchange, bare that in mind. Picasso museum is closed on Mondays :( we missed that. All in all nice hotel and would definitely recommend it. 더 보기

The room actually had bubbling plaster on the ceiling and slight water damage with a slow drip!! No Internet connection and the breakfast was subpar. Great location for Merce festival, but there are better hotels in the gothic area of Barcelona! I'll stay elsewhere when I return.

The hotel area was sketchy. The front desk personal were rude and somewhat frightenining and really not helpful at all. The rooms were dirty and the sheets were stained. The toilet didn't flush and we were told to use the toilet in the lobby. After being upgraded to a new room, the sheets were still stained and the airconditioner did not work. Very Good location, not unclean, just a little out of date. For the first two days I was in town I stayed at somewhere else that was better but when I decided to stay the weekend I had to move. nothing particularly wrong with the place, just a little out of date. Kjæresten min og jeg bodde her utenom turistsesongen (i mars, ikke påske, ikke annen ferie), og vi har én hovedvinnvending: Her er det mye bråk. Har du rom på forsiden (ut mot gaten), bårker det mye utenfra. Har du rom på baksiden (mot bakgården), bråker det enda mer. På denne siden hører du vann og kloakk suse i røren, du får en formdabel ressonans […] fra kirkeklokkene like ved og du plages av et støyende vifteanlegge som slår seg av og på gjennom hele natten. Fordi vi ikke fikk luftavkjølingen til å virke, måtte vi ha åpent vindu (rommene var veldig varme da vi var der, selv om det var i begynnelsen av mars). Dette ble ensbetydende med lite og dårlig søvn. Minibaren er tom, hvilket er OK for de som ønsker å fylle den selv. Det finnes en salgsautomat i resepsjonen med litt drikke, men det er billigere å handle inn det man trenger ute. Hotellet er sentralt plassert, og personalet er hyggelig god gode i engelsk. Helt greit hotell. Veldig bra beliggenhet, men det hadde vært mer korrekt om det hadde 3 stjerner. Kan være en del støy på kveld og natt. Vil likevel anbefale det pga beliggenhet.

Rommet var lite og helt ok. Ikke noe mer, ikke noe mindre. Noe maur på gulvet på badet. Beliggenheten var helt topp.

Flott, litt gammelt hotell med god beliggenhet. Savnet internett-tilgang.

Sentral beligenhet til gamle byen og La Rambla. Støy fra gaten natterstid. Vonde senger (harde senger m plastikk trekk under lakenet) De hadde ingen transport til/fra flyplassen mot tillegg, som det står på hotellets info sider. Une situation idéale (centre ville, proche métro, taxis, cathédrale...), et un établissement calme (quand on a eu la chance d'avoir une chambre sur l'arrière). Mais des chambres tellement désuettes et de vieux lits en bois peu confortables qui craquent, et un personnel peu avenant et disponible... C'est vraiment pas l'établissement du siècle... Bon hôtel, dommage que le petits déjeuner (Quinze Euros par personne) soit si peu qualitatif a ce tarif seul point négatif de cet établissement . Attention si vous avez une chambre côté rue, un peu bruyant car l'Espagnol est noctambule...Attention pas de parking

Hotellet ligger i en sidegate i det gamle området av Bacelona. Kjempe koselig område med kort vei til cafe/restaurant områder, god shopping og kultur. Ikke langt å gå til la Rambla og til stranden. Metro like ved. Rommet var stort og fint og betjeningen hyggelig.

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt midt i hjerte av gamlebyen med korte avstander til mange severdigheter. 15-20 minutters gange til bystranden. 5 minutter til Ramblaen. Gjemnnomgående god standard på hotellet. Bra med plass på rommet, romslig bad og godt renhold. Vi prøvde ikke frokost-buffeen. Noe lytt mellom rommene, og også noe lyd utenfra. Très bon hôtel avec une situation excellente pour les piétons (au centre avec le métro à 30 mètres). Hôtel calme et sûr malheureusement un peu bruyant. Parfait pour les personnes désirant se balader dans les principaux lieux touristiques de Barcelone.

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van, könnyen megközelithető a belváros (La Ramblas), és egyéb túrista látványosságok, viszont a hotelben szinte semmilyen szolgáltatás nem vehető igénybe (még egy üveg vizet sem lehet kapni a bárban - mert az nem működik...). Ha viszont kifejezetten turistáskodni megy az ember, és nem támaszt különösebb igényeket a szállás […] iránt, akkor a hotel nagyszerű választás... 더 보기
