마드리드 callao 역에도 bset western 호텔이 있어서 그 호텔인줄 알았는데, 아니더라구요~! 이 호텔은 lglesia 호텔 5분정도 거리에 위치해 있고요, 그나마 지하철역과 가까워서 다니기에 불편한 감은 없었어요, 직원이 너무 친절해서요 관광위치랑 호텔 위치, 지하철 위치도 자세하게 알려줘서 좋았고요, 근데,,, 부페식이가 참.. 검소하더라고요~ 간단한 시리얼과 치즈, 햄, 빵이 전부인데, 그 흔한 식빵이 없어서, 전.. 바게트 빵을 먹었다는,,, 그래도 직원들의 서비스는 좋았던것 같아요~ 객실도 전 6층이였는데, 전망도 괜찮았고요, 방도 깨끗하고 좋았어요~ 근데 욕조가 없고 샤워실이여서 그건 좀 아쉬웠어요 […] ~ 더 보기

All Excellent. Sometimes desk personnel could be more engaging. Like smile, etc. Safe and key arrangement needs explaining. Don't like to leave the key at the counter (personal preference)

The hotel is small and located in what seemed to be a middle class Madrid neighborhood. Lots of non tourist restaurants are around. The room was small but clean. The staff very helpful. the bathroom was modern. VIPS down the street is a good choice if you want a reasonable american breakfast. Easy Metro ride to downtown.

I was delighted with my stay at the Hotel Trafalgar. The location was truly excellent--extremely close to the Metro, but really within walking distance of the city center, the Parque Retiro, and the Moncloa area where my business meeting was held. The price was good and the bed comfortable. The noise level was high on the street--it is a very metropolitan […] area--but closing the windows took care of that, and there was AC. I found the staff friendly and accomodating. But the best part was the neighborhood--just around the corner from a garden surrounded by little tapas bars. This is a top notch hotel for the money I paid. The rooms are tiny though ...

We were there 5 nights in July. Metro stops of main lines within 3 blocks, convenient travel to major sites, and Attocha and Chamartin rail stations. shopping in quiet neighborhood. no street noise whatsoever and we were on 1st floor street facing. The staff as usual were pleasant and helpful. Overall this is a well run hotel, not too expensive and fairly anonymous. The area is is busy and the traffic heavy, but then you have to get used to that in Madrid. At least the police and fire sirens are less than in our Yorkshire towns. There are plenty of pleasant restaurants and bars nearby with Madrilenos […] in abundance. We have been three times now ti this hotel in the past 9 months and will probably use it again. Small friendly hotel in nice area near 2 metros. Clean & tidy.Good shower.friendly & helpful stafff.Had a minor problem which was sorted out 100% in a good way.Have now stayed there twice & would stay again. Martin,sunny Southampton.

Overall, I thought this was a good value and exactly what I was looking for, a hotel close enough to the city attractions and public transit, that has decent rooms, privacy, and amenities, without being too pricey. We walked from the Ventas area and it took about 45 minutes to get there, but it would probably be 20 minutes to […] get there by metro from the main attractions. it is a close walk to the metro stop. The neighborhood is average. I saw some graffiti, but there were some restaurants, etc. We booked the triple room, two twin beds and a twin size sofa bed already set up when I got there that was clean and reasonably comfortable. I could hear some road noise from the room as it is at a busy intersection, but it was not excessive. The room itself had a flat screen TV with CNN and toiletries such as shaving and dental kit, shampoo and body wash in a pump on the shower wall, but I did not find an ironing board and a coffee maker in the room. (But you can request complementary coffee from the front desk and the I got cafe con leche served in a ceramic mug and saucer for 1 euro and a churro for 0.50 euro at the restaurant downstairs. Only issue with this hotel is the noise. The walls are thin and you can hear other guests clearly. Also, management decided to perform maintenance on the hotel starting around 8AM on a sunday morning. I was unable to get much sleep here, but it was clean, safe and convenient.

We booked this hotel over the internet and didn't know what to expect upon arrival. It was lovely and in an interesting part of Madrid close to some nice bars peopled by interesting locals. The place was spotless and proved to be an oasis of calm when we arrived in Madrid after a long train journey. Excellent!

This hotel was quite comfortable and reasonably priced for the center of Madrid. It had a very good breakfast included in the price.

El hotel está bastante bien. Tengo que ir varias vaces a Madrid y seguramente repita. No puedo opinar del servicio de restaurante, y la verdad es que sale un poco caro en comparación con otros Hoteles. Pero a mi me ha merecido la pena.

Comodo hotel en el lugar donde lo necesitaba sin ser caro. Lo recomiendo.

En hotels.com se describe la habitacion con twin bed, en cambio en el hotel no ofrecen ese tipo de cama. Solo dos de sus habitaciones individuales tienen twin bed. Mas bien 1 & 1/2 y son las que no tienen vistas.

El hotel está bien situado, tiene un buen servicio, y las habitaciones estaban impecables y nuevas. Las zonas comunes algo pequeñas, pero compensa la situación del hotel, la amabilidad del personal, y lo renovado que está todo.

Sin problemas. Un estancia corta, pero muy buena. Por dentro está el hotel totalmente renovado, y las habitaciones muy curiosas. El único problema es el aparcamiento en la zona. El parking concertado del hotel es muy caro (21 € día) y el resto es zona azul, máximo de 2 horas.

Selvom det som enkeltværelse var ganske småt, var det velindrettet med faciliteter, som ikke var ventet på et 3-stjernet hotel. Daglig rengøring af værelset var upåklagelig. lacering var central, omend kvarteret ikke det mest indbydende.

I was positively surprised by the value for money ratio of the hotel room. I didn't use any services because I checked-in late and left the hotel early, but the check-in and check out process was quick and the room was v good for the price I paid.
