2012년04월24일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기This hotel is near the Alhambra palace, you can take the bus or walking around to go to Alhambra. There are many bar and cafe near the hotel so it was very convenient. Old room condition, but very satisfied with the desk service and they are very kind. 알람브라 궁전에서 가깝습니다. 버스타고 가도 되고 시간이 되면 산책하면서 걸어가도 될듯합니다 ㅎㅎ 주변에 바르와 까페 많아서 아침이나 저녁 먹기 편했습니다. 방은 좀 마니 오래되어서 -_- 약간 하수구 냄새(?) 같은게 낫지만 그럭저럭 참을만했구요.. 저희가 그라나다에서 소매치기를 당해서 ㅠㅠ 당황했는데 데스크에 말하니 경찰서랑 시청 위치도 알려주고 친절하게 대응해주어서 만족스러웠습니다.

2011년10월11일에 대한 Hotels.com 고객의 이용 후기호텔의 청결도 및 시설은 매우 훌륭함. 단, 시내와 많이 떨어져 있어 다소 불편하긴 하나, 호텔 바로 앞에 시내 버스 정류장과 그라나다 공항버스 정류장이 있어 편리함. 특히 호텔옆에 시외버스 터미널이 위치하고 있어 타 지역 이동 역시 편리함.

This hotel was better than expected. My room was spic and span clean and very spacious, with a full bath also. The reception staff were very friendly and the free internet was added bonus. The hotel is located on the main street, so close to all the sites - I only took the bus up the hill to the Alhambra and to the bus station which is out of town. […] Would stay here again. If you are lining up for Alhambra tickets early in the morning, the queue that forms at the entrance to the ticket office is for cash only. This hotel was in a wonderful location in Granada. Just a few minutes walk from the Plaza Nueva, the cathedral, and any number of bus stops that take you all around the city. The room was nice, clean and rather large by European standards. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that it is on a very busy road and it was a bit loud at night. A lovely hotel, great location, parking wasn't cheap, and the lights in the room could have been better, but everything, in general, was excellent. Actually very cool elevator for the car as you get to their garage...worth the high price for parking just for that experience!

El hotel me ha gustado mucho. Es tranquilo y justo en el centro de la ciudad. ¡¡La única queja que tengo es que pusé la señal de "no molestar" en la puerta pero aún así llamaron cinco veces a la puerta y dos veces por teléfono para preguntarme si quería que limpiáran la habitación!!!
