소피텔 사이공 플라자 (Sofitel Saigon Plaza) - 호치민 시티

During Tet holidays, i've been sheraton and other resort in nhatrang. And then i stayed in Sofitel 2nights in saigon. Most impressive thing was comfortable pillow and cozy lobby. But the swimming pool was little small and the room was also quite small. Anyway Sofitel gave me great sleeping condition. Recommendable for business tripper !!!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AT THIS HOTEL. EVERY THING WAS PERFECT. NICE CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED ROOMS. STAFF WERE SO WARM AND HELPFUL. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH FOR THEM WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE US. ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS VEGETARIAN FOOD BUT WE MANAGED IT WISH THEY WOULD CATER FOR VEGETARIANS. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERY ONE.

The hotel was clean & nice. It's further from city centre but there is free shuttle service from the hotel. Overall we had great stay in Sofitel Saigon.

We loved our stay at the Sofitel. It was walking distance to everything and very close to the river. The hotel had excellent accommodations and the staff was helpful.

The hotel is a genuinely nice place to stay in. Guests are made comfortable by courteous staff and efficient front office management. Food services are excellent as is room service. The roof top pool is divine and deserves recognition as special for its design and views of the city at large.

We had issues when booking in at reception which was dealt with after a long complaint . overall stay was average

The Sofitel isn't the fanciest hotel in HCM, but the service is the best. It is 5 star and the rooms are nice but it is the attention to detail that keeps us coming back. As soon as we arrived by taxi, the bellman said "welcome back". That means a lot. The other "intangible" is the French-style. The music in the elevator was very hip French pop. The […] food is very good and most days they brought us a little treat. Even the jam for breakfast was fantastic (made from local Vietnamese fruits). I also like the location since it is just a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of HCM. It's a short walk to the sights, but far enough away from all the motos. We've stayed at the Caravelle and the Asiana. I like the Sofitel the best. 더 보기

Location wise the hotel is good - but other hotels closer to the main attractions and sights. Rooms a bit dated and should need a refurbishment. overall ok experiance but have stayed in better hotels. Intercontinentals brand new hotel just down the road - will be our next stop.

Value for money. Good quality of service and food. Make a wonderful stay for me and my husband. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we kept going back to have time spend in the hotel. We love the food prepared as compare to much more expensive buffet that we have in other 5 stars hotel. We love the enviornment. I am so glad that we pick this hotel. 繁華街から少し距離はあるけど、散策しながら歩くとあっという間のロケーション。そのため、市内中心部のホテルと比較してコストも安く設定されており、パフォーマンスは最高。 朝食が付いていれば言うことなし。 ロクシタンのアメニティーは十分お土産になる。 枕が少し柔らかすぎたのが難点。

Uitstekend 5 sterren Hotel, met prima dienst verlening. Meer een zakenhotel dan familie bestemming. Ietwat koud aandoend. Personeel goed , maar mist ook iets van de vietnamese gastvrijheid. Gastronomie uitstekend. Ligging goed, 5 minuten wandelen naar het 'toeristisch centrum'

チェックインが部屋にて、できることがよかった。部屋の雰囲気やホテル全体の雰囲気も、落ち着いていて過ごしやすかった。アメニティがロクシタンなのがうれしい。また、夜のデザートサービスがうれしかった。毎晩違うものであった。マカロンやチョコ、ケーキ、どれもおいしかった。

Mon experience est positive bien qu'au prime abord j'ai été un peu déçu par l'accueil froid à la reception. L'hotesse était intessée à me vendre un "upgrade" avec supplement. Il faut dire que j'avais bénéficié d'une promotion: une nuit gratuite pour trois nuit achetées! autrement rien à dire: service impeccable. Autre dissonance: le prix élévé du […] buffet du breakfast (25 $) qui par ailleurs est excellent mais trop copieux pour ceux qui ne veulent pas trop manger.
