Hotel room was clean, bed was small and uncomfortable, pillow was the worst ever hence not being able to sleep.Bathroom was very small with rough old tiny towels. No entertainment in hotel, surrounding town very quiet.

This was a great business hotel located on the outskirts of Frankfurt. It was an easy 20 min. train ride into downtown Frankfurt on the U4 or U7. The staff was very kind and the restaurant was great. I would highly recommend.

It took me some time to find the hotel because the spelling of the street name on the confirmation wasn't in my car's gps. I tried calling them, but no one answered. After arrival, I wasn't given the Internet information, and I called the front desk four times. No one answered. When I went downstairs to ask, they said they hadn't answered because they […] were busy. I had read about the great breakfast buffet on this website, and so I thought I'd eat there before leaving. Excellent courteous service by all members of staff. Comfotable rooms, easy access to the train station. I have already recommended this hotel to several perople and would book it again when visiting Frankfurt.

I stayed just one night on the way through. The room was simple and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good.

The hotel is very comfortable & the staff is friendly. Is far away from downtown but there is a subway station 50 mts. from the hotel. Going by car is rather difficult.

My girlfriend and I recently just spent 11 nights at the hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Their English proficiency made it very easy for us and they were more than helpful with any requests. The hotel itself is a ways from the city center but we found this little issue, the U7 and U4 subway lines run just meters from the hotel and can take you directly to the city center, Bornheim and the hauptbanhoff. The hotel restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, the food was excellent and prepared marvelously with an attentive waitstaff. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to any people visiting Frankfurt for business or pleasure and are hoping to avoid the rush and noise of the city center. 더 보기

The Hotel was at a good price for what i got. The Staff was VERY friendly and the room was as described. Could use a little update in the bed linen and curtains but overall i give it an 8 out of 10. ALSO very important to me, it had free parking out front of the hotel and there was a shopping center not even 300 meters away. Very convenient

Friendly staff, good rooms, great restaurant, great but little bit expensive breakfast, great connection to the city center, good bar, great winter garden, garage parking. Very good choice!

Great hotel, located right next to U4 that can take you directly non-stop to Messe Frankfurt. Friendly staff, good food and cozy athmosphere. Underground (free) parking great in winter. Can highly recommend and would go there again.

Not in the city center, etc, but if this is the location you seek, the Amadeus is definitely worth a look. Best thing about it was the staff- all spoke English, very courteous, and incredibly accommodating! My travel plans required many changes to my itinerary, and the hotel did whatever I needed (early check-out, room hold for ambiguous travel "plans", […] bag storage whilst in-between, etc) without blinking. Dieses eher kleine aber feine Hotel liegt direkt am Hessen Center, also in unmittelbarer Nähe sämtlicher Shopping Möglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Multimedia Fans haben eventuell ein wenig Nachsehen, da das WLAN nicht von jedem Zimmer erreichbar ist, insbesondere für empfangsschwächere Geräte wie Smartphones. Kombiniert […] mit dem vermeintlich kleinsten LCD Fernseher (16") auf dem Markt, kann es also in Punkto Entertainment etwas spartanisch zugehen. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer sehr gut eingerichtet und Bad/WC relativ neu und sauber. Der Service am Empfang ist hervorragend und sämtliche Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Was die grundsätzliche Lage und Umgebung betrifft, ist Bergen-Enkheim sicherlich nicht der Ort, wo man eine Ferienwoche mit Familie verbringen will. Ein gutes, schön zentral gelegenes Hotel in Bergen-Enkheim/Frankfurt. Es lässt sich sehr gut anfahren, hat eine kostenfreie Tiefgarage, sehr freundliches Personal, kostenfreies WLAN und ruhige sowie saubere Zimmer. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Einziger Kritikpunkt! In einem deutschen 4-Sterne-Hotel möchte ich doch nicht mehr […] in die "Röhre" (Fernseher) schauen, da erwarte ich ganz klar einen Flat-TV! Hotel heeft goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prima zaken hotel niet voor vakantie verblijf. Bedden aan de zachte kant! Personeel zeer vriendelijk en ontspannen sfeer.

Im Großen und Ganzen war ich zufrieden. Einzig - wahrscheinlich wegen de Gewitter - war der Fernsehempfang sehr oft gestört. Das inkludierte W-Lan beinhaltet ein Traffic-Limit, dass leider bereits nach ein paar Stunden erschöpft war und auf viele Seiten konnte ich wegen Hoteleigener Sperrung nicht zugreifen. Super meget kvalitet og service for pengene, vi spise middag på Hotellet og det fortrød vi bestemt ikke, god mad, god servering og meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Bonus champagne på morgen buffet. Tak for en god oplevelse.

Hotellet ligger 2 min gångtid från U4-stationen, Hessen-Center vilken är näst sista stoppet innan slutstationen Enkheim. Det tar ca 20 min med U-ban, men det är helt Ok med tanke på hotellets pris. U4 går också direkt till Messe, stationen efter Hauptbahnhof. Sevärdheter är det annars dåligt med i Frankfurt om man inte gillar att besöka mer eller mindre […] sunkiga sexklubbar runt Kaiserstrasse. Annars är floden Mains strandpromenader trevliga och välbesökta. Det är lugnt och tyst på kvällen och komforten är bra. Dusch och toarummet är rent och helkaklat. På minibaren var allt nedsatt med 50% när vi var där. AC stängs av när man öppnar fönstret. Frukosten ingår inte, utan kostar 16,50 €, vilket är aningen dyrt, men flera cafén finns i Hessen-Center, 3 minuter bort. Hotellet er fint ingen klager der, MEN køkkenet kan ikke anbefales. Første aften fik jeg ragout, kødet var senet og absolut ikke mørt. Anden aften fik jeg kalkun med salat. Kryddersmørret var til køddet gennemfrossen og ikke tøet op, da jeg var færdig med at spise!
