This hotel is in a lovely location but 4 main points will make me never stay there again 1) Hemat the hotel Manager has a poor customer service attitude and expression. He was rude, not helpful and acted like he should be the king of sultan and his job was too little for him. 2) the lobby was heavily perfumed like your old grandma's scent and we had […] to hold our breathe everytime we are waking through it 3) the hotel charged for wiifii access at ridiculous price. Even after it not working several times they were not helpful and just said that no one else had a problem. The wiifii dropped out several times and so wasn't worth the money we paid. 4) the pool area upstairs was lovely but no bar service and shut down early so you cannot appreciate the roof terrace like other hotels in the area. Go to intercontinental where u pay a tiny bit more for quality experience. 더 보기

It was real excellent pleasant stay with my family at Hotel Marine Plaza. It was more than value for money.The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous.The room allotted was very neat and clean and had all the amenities required and of course facing sea. One of the best hotels I stayed so far in India and abroad. My personal rating 5/5. There was […] variance between the category of room booked and actually offered, although the room offered was quite comfortable. This should be sorted out with Hotel Marine Plaza. The categories of rooms offered at your site and actually displayed by hotel are just not matching. But, as mentioned earlier, the hotel management convinced me and made me comfortable. Forget the taj palace -this is the best hotel in sth mumbai, and one of the best we have stayed at in India (and we only stay at the best!). A beautifully and authentically restored art deco ambiance, 24 hr dining options, fabulous views over the arabian sea, excellent staff, a glass bottomed rooftop pool that hovers high above the stunning atrium..what […] more could you want! (My husband wanted beef in india..he got that here too! We want to go back!!!! I stayed at Hotel Marine Plaza for 4 nights in September 2011. Upon arrival (approx 2am in the morning) i was a bit alarmed and worried as the exterior of the hotel did not look great/appealing. However, the rooms and the general upkeep of the inside of the hotel are excellent and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I think the hotel should possibly […] consider repainting the exterior of the hotel as it it does not look like that which is posted on the internet..perhaps the hotel did look like that a few years ago. The pool area has excellent views over the city, however, I feel the pool area could do with a slight update to make it more inviting for guests. Overall this is a great hotel in a very good location and great staff. I would definately recommend a stay here and I would stay here again. 더 보기

Excellent service, excellent food, magic location; the perfect hotel for business or pleasure if you want to be close to the centre of Mumbai.

Not a bad hotel location. Past its prime. Did like the sitting room in the hotel. If you have the extra budget head further upscale.

We had great experience at Hotel Marine Plaza. The only real complaint was that they did not give any extra toilet paper rolls so with three of us in the room we ran out farely often and would have to hunt down housekeeping for more rolls. This was our only real complaint. The complimentary breafast was wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised with […] the complimentary bottle water in our rooms each day also. The staff were wonderful. We had a small emergency in the wee hours of the morning and they sent someone out to get what was needed and promptly delivered it to our room. The room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully there is a discount for previous guests. 더 보기

Good value for money hotel in Mumbai, not far from some of the big sights. The staff was really service minded and did their best to do give us a good stay. The room was large enough and clean. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel resturant were both delicate and tasty to afordable prices. The only negative thing I would remark: We did not try the rooftop […] pool, we left that for the birds. Great view though! Seen with european eyes Mumbai is a dirty city with extreme variations from luxary to slum. After the sightseeing it was nice to relax at the hotel. I don't think I will ever go back to Mumbai, but if I do, I would consider to stay at Hotel Marine Plaza again. 더 보기
