Close to Quicken Loans Center. Easy access to interstate. Valet service made parking a dream.

Went there for opening day and they do not have a parking lot. They said I could vallet my car for the same price and they rent out some spaces. My car was broken into and my things were stolen. The hotel did nothing for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel - to be frank, I've never been displeased with any hotel stay I've had before, even in lower budget hotels, but this hotel did bother me. The biggest issue I had was the sleep number bed. I was excited to see the hotel had this amenity and was anxious to try it. Unfortunately our bed did not work. I did call the front […] desk and they sent a maintenance man to fix it, but he was unsuccessful. He did offer to try to get us into a different room but it was already very late and we did not want to relocate. The bed without the sleep number system working felt like sleeping on bricks. It was not an easy nights rest. We made the mistake of not putting the do not disturb sign out, my mistake, but.... the housekeeping service starts early here. They started knocking on our door just after 8 AM, which felt a bit early for housekeeping to start making rounds when checkout isn't until 11 AM anyway. When we did walk out of our room around 9:30, they were everywhere on our floor, like an army - efficient I guess? My last dig on this hotel is the free breakfast. It was okay, but I was sad to see they were paying someone to wait on this room when it was a buffet. Kind of annoying being able to get as much bacon as I wanted but having to wait for coffee refills, then think about leaving a tip for that. I just felt it was a little too much for a low key buffet breakfast with cold, overcooked items anyway. Maybe have her be a hostess, and let patrons hit the juice as much as they want? Again, I'm usually a very happy hotel patron and easily pleased, this place did rub me the wrong way a few times, especially after dropping a significant amount for a nights stay. 더 보기

I enjoyed my one night stay. All staff members were courteous , helpful and friendly. Located perfectly near Arena , Ball park, restraurants, and night life

Positive - My hubby and I stayed at the Radisson for two day over St. Patty's Weekend. The hotel was centrally located for all the festivities. The room was spacious. The hotel breakfast included in our package was plenty of things to choose from and the girls serving were so attentive. Negative-Parking was an issue. I personally think it should be […] included in the cost of the room. The view was overlooking apartments. We had to keep the drapes shut, because they window of the apartments were a stone’s throw. They could see every move we made. The last thing is our friends who stayed in another room, for the same price, got a frig. They didn’t even care about it or use it. We went to a Cleveland Cavaliers game and stayed here for the night. It is right across from the Q, so convenient. There is no parking at the hotel, they have a valet service that is $20. I have stayed many a nights at the Radisson in West Palm Beach and figured that I would be safe staying at one in Cleveland. And we were really excited to stay here because they have the sleep number beds. We wanted to try them out as we were considering buying one. The one in our room clearly was broken, it would change settings sporatically, it wouldn't […] change when you tried to make it so in all sleeping was difficult. The remote for the TV didn't work so we had to take it down stairs to be replaced.....twice. We forgot a toothbrush and the complimentary one was a joke but I guess at least they had one. The room had no fridge in it so it made it quite difficult to do shopping at the west end market. The bathroom was very small...in that a guy could be getting a shower and easily void in the toilet without moving much. Also no vent in the bathroom...you can guess where I am going with that. The hotel is located directly across the street from the arena which allowed for optimum convenience if that was your destination. Easy walking distance to other locations downtown or a quick cab. The staff was very nice, especially the valets. If you can handle a cramped bathroom with no vents and a crappy bed to support the location, then the Radisson is your place. Was very convienent to and from quicken loans arena. You can park and not have to move your car all weekend. However the sleep number beds control was not operating so the nights sleep wasn't as good as expected. Overall they were very friendly and the hotel was clean. Definately would recommend a stay as long as the bed issues were looked into.

While the hotel is super close walking distance to the Q, it left a lot to be desired. It was older and needed updates. The whole place had a mild scent of old urine and was a little musty. Our sleep number bed did not work at all. When we reported the problem upon check out, we didn't even get an apology from the MANAGER! sound travels easily--room was noisy. decent gym

We were looking for a hotel close to Progressive field with parking also nearby. We got both of those with the Radisson. It was one block from the field and you could either valet with the hotel or there is overnight parking next door.

The hotel and service was outstanding. I only have two issues. First, nowhere to hang clothes in the room, strange. Second, it is within walking distance of every sports arena and tons of attractions, but parking is a pain. The location was great, but it had its downsides as well. The noise and traffic were horrible. The hotel was also run down. Great location, but not the best quality for your money.

Let's start with a back-handed compliment: This IS Cleveland we're talking about, not New York, not San Fran, not Paris or Tokyo. My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights over New Year's Eve weekend and loved it. The staff were super-friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. At one point my wife decided she wanted a bottle […] of wine for our room late at night (wink, wink) and the valet dude literally chauffered us a few blocks away to a convenience store and back. You cannot beat the location if you're going to an event at Jacobs Field or Quicken Loans Arena -- they are literally one block away. And from the Q you can access the underground walkway to the Tower City complex, which houses shops, restaurants, and a movie theater, and which also connects to the (hopefully soon-to-open) Horseshoe Casino. Plenty of bars and restaurants also line the nearby streets; the bars tend toward the regional-chain sports bar variety (Harry Buffalo, WInking Lizard, Panini's) and get loud and crowded on game days. The local House of Blues outlet stands about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the handful of awesome shot-and-a-beer dives within 2-3 blocks and rang in New Year's at Nick's (on Prospect) -- an awesome pre- or post-game spot. I know that the first thing that most reviewers mention about the Rad are the sleep number beds, but if you ask me that is an injustice to the great service and the fantastic location. Great location, staff was accomodating to all needs. Amazing value for the price. Only one minor complaint. Slowest elevator I've ever been in in my life!! Haha Would most definitely stay here again!

Disappointed with the beds. I've been wanting to get a sleep number bed but haven't gotten to try one yet so I was excited when I found out the hotel had them. Noise control in the late hours (4-5 am) on 3rd floor was non existent. The hotel was sufficient in all other areas.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. After the first night, we went sightseeing and returned early evening to find that the room was not made up at all. We called down to the front desk to ask why and they said they weren't sure but that we were not the only room that this had happened. I asked them to send someone to clean the room but they said they […] couldn't because the staff had already gone home but they would bring us some fresh towels. I was not very happy. Great location, easy walk to E. 4th. Rooms were comfortable with Posturpedic Beds. Valet parking was convenient. The breakfast buffet was really good!! The only complaints I have are the staff could be more helpful checking in/out and the ice machine was broken on 2 floors, I was able to get ice on my 3rd attempt. The surprise for me about the Radisson, which I chose for the cost (because it was much lower than other hotels listed at hotels.com), was that my room was very nice and comfortable ( recently renovated?), and would have been a bargain at twice the price. Having said that, I thought the main floor lobby and entrance were nothing to write home about, […] but t he sleeping rooms are very attractive. Also, the breakfast buffet was nothing special, but it did the job of feeding me before I had to leave for a business meeting at another hotel. (The coffee was good I recall.) As there is no restaurant in the hotel aside from the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff was very helpful in recomrnending restaurants within a very short walk away. In fact, the restaurant I chose was in the same block as the hotel so I did not have to cross a street to get dinner. Location of hotel is excellent for all downtown tourist spots. Staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the bed glorious. We would definitely stay here again.

On first glance the lobby seems nice but enter the elevator and you start to realize the hotel is old and in need of a face lift. Our first room smelled so badly of smoke that we changed rooms. The second smelled better but was run-down in general and when getting into bed we noticed a yellowish/brownish stain on the edge of the sheets. Gross! The breakfast […] was decent for a free buffet but I would never stay at this hotel again. In the middle of the night (3 a.m. - 5 a.m.) a dozen other younger guests were running up and down our hallway, obviously drunk, slamming doors and shouting to each other. It took repeated calls to the front desk to get someone up to deal with them. I realized why we found such a cheap rate!! 더 보기

While the physical features of the hotel were just fine, I was especially impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at all levels.
