Advertised a pool. Was an outdoor pool. Temperatures were in the 70'-80's on spring break, yet we were told we couldn't use or sit around it- pool was not open for the year YET. Weather had been warm for several weeks. Needs to be on the website, expected a usable pool.

My hotel stay was terrible,the bed was so hard I didn't sleep for three,nights. They said that the rooms had coffee pots,microwave,refrigerator and a fitness center,they didn't have any of that stuff.The room was extremely small,no comforter on the bed.The room was clean when we arrived,but on Sat when I left my room and came back,it was left unclean,the […] bed wasn't made,the floor wasn't vacuumed,it was a mess.The only thing good was the GM was very nice.I would never stay at that hotel again. 더 보기

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. That must say somethingfor itself! The only cons this trip in April was the pool was closed for the season still. Other than that love, love, love!!

The room was very nice, but the smallest motel room in which I have ever stayed. No hair dryer or iron which was a bit of a surprise since every major motel or hotel in which I have stayed in the past 15 years had these two courtesy items. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

This place is grimy. There were cigarette burns on the sheets, a loud clicky noise all night long, the parking lot lights flooded the room all night, and the interstate noise drove me crazy. You get what you pay for at this place.

affordable and clean. great location

MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT - reads that the room has a refrigerator and microwave; however I found out the HARD WAY, that it only applies if you get a 2-bed room. When I asked for a 2-bed, of course they only had smoking rooms left. THIS WAS VERY SCARY AND UNFORTUNATE FOR ME BECAUSE I REALLY NEEDED TO HAVE A REFRIGERATOR. This was my second time staying here and as before I was trully please with the stay. I would trully recommend it. The rooms are small but if you are just looking for a good night sleep and a clean, safe, and confortuble place to stay this is it. Dwight

I checked in for a business meeting at 5pm and the room assigned had not been cleaned. I went back downstairs and was assigned a new room. The bed was made and could tell it had been changed, however none of the surfaces had been wiped in the room, there were drink circles on the desks and bedside tables. There was not a hair dryer in the room, you […] had to sign one out from the front desk. No coffee makers in the room, however it was available in the hotel lobby. I will not choose this hotel again. I spent 5 nights here, and found the room and service to be adequate. The room was clean, and maid service was dependable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget looking to stay in this area. I would have no problem staying there again.

Small but clean - had an issue with the reservation but the clerk went out of her way to fix/find it.

Once i arrrived at the hotel their staff were very helpful and nice. In the evening there was a family next door who were loud and ghetto... I called the front desk to inform them of the loud noise... The staff instantly called and told them to quiet down... it took the a minute to calm down but finally they did quiet down for the night.... The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were very helpful, especially as I had to call to get directions as the ones I had from the computer just didn't work. When I got there the frustrating thing was that I could see the hotel, but could not see any way to reach it. Finally on my second try I found that driving through the restaurant […] lot which was adjacent brought me to the hotel parking lot. Very close to Hanes Mall if you are interested in shopping and there are multiple eateries in the area. In addition to cost savings, you have the opportunity to have breakfast, it's included!!!

Room was clean and hotel seemed well maintained. Staff was courteous & efficient. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent and helpful and friendly staff. Able to get more pillows and towels without problems. Easy to book room extra night. Showerhead broken; spewing water against the back shower wall. Rooms seem to be recently updated. Carpet is new and everything is very clean. My only complaint is the bed is very hard so if you are used to a softer bed or pillow top you may be in for a sore back.

I never have had any issues while stay at this Hotel. The office staff is very professional and try to help solve any problems. It is a clean hotel but there is room for improvements. Make sure that housekeeping cleans out refrigerator to avoid customers discovering molded items in it.

handy, convenient and perfect for Medical park hospital outpatient procedures

I was only at this hotel for one night. There is ample parking for large vehicles which was a plus. The room was comfortable. Not a 5 star hotel but very clean and nice for the price.

The experience was horrid. We needed a place to stay. The first non smoking room smelled like smoke and was dirty. Then we where placed in another room that was clean but small and had a funny smell. Water did not get hot or even luke warm. It was a cold cold shower.

The manager at the Mircotel, I believe her name is Emily, is the best person ever. She is always friendly and always has a smile on her face. We will continue to stay at this hotel when we are in Winston-Salem because of the staffs friendliness.

This was a very friendly, clean, and convenient place to stay. I will stay there again. The staff went out of their way to help, spoke to you each day, and seemed to really care about the guests. That goes a long way with me! And the room was just what I needed - a good place to sleep!

I've stayed here several times going a distance to a Doctor appt. I will continue to do so.

Very convenient, very comfortable, very clean, very reasonable rate. Pleasant and helpful staff. It was a great place to rest after long hours of work.

If all you are looking for is a good, clean room and don't need all of the frills that you have to pay extra for, then this is the place to go. Nothing fancy, but also nothing run-down or dirty. An added bonus is the breakfast. It is the typical continental, but with the addition of hot waffles if you want them.

If you're looking for a good place to crash for a day or two and not spend a bunch of money for things you probably won't use in the first place, then this is the place. Only reason I say for a day or two is because the rooms are quaint but they more than sufficient to serve the purpose. Only downfall is with the low price comes all kinds of clientele […] so it was just a tad noisy one night but hey, I'd still stay there again.
