The room at the Hotel Ciutat de Tarragona was very hot. We complained after the first night but nothing happened. When we mentioned it at check out we were told that eh air conditioning was turned off and the hotel was being renovated. In other words tough. A very bad attitude for a consumer based entity.

This has to be the best in Tarragona. We have stayed here a couple of times now and better it gets. From checking in to checking out is such a relaxing journey. Most helpful Staff (especially Marta an the Desk) but also including Cafe, Dining Room and Housekeeping staff. The place is spotless everywhere. What a pleasure it is to be greeted with a smile […] and a hello whenever you go out and come in. Great loc as well. Bus Station etc. Of course the Shopping centres. Two within 5 mins walk. Perfect location for business or short break in Tarragona. V centrally located&close to shops&restaurants. Free wifi but bit slow for skype in evenings but reception offered cable to connect directly. No parking outside to drop off-Carpark is underground-drive onto footpath up to the closed shutter&press button&reception will open it, that's on street […] on right side just past hotel. €13.50 to park- €24 elsewhere per night. Check-in went smooth. Parking was a bit confusing at first. Decent, clean hotel a moderate walk from the main sights.

The Hotel Ciutat de Tarragona is a very good hotel for the price. The only complaints were small and not worth not coming back to this hotel. The Pool is small, the cushions for the loungers and seats were gone. The restaurant is limited for dinner and the cafeteria is OK for coffee but not a lot of choice. We stayed there for five nights. The hotel is great and the location is even better. The 24 hour buffet was outstanding and good when we did not want to eat a lot. There was a lot of fresh fruit, yogurt, pasta, rice, olives, wine, beer, juices, sodas, four types of bread and much more any time of the day. The breakfast was also included in the room […] price. The buffet included all of the above plus ham and several types of souffles.There are two computer terminals in the lobby that are free of charge. Some persons might think the rooms are small, but all an individual needs is there. Only complaint, one computer chair was falling apart. Excellent location, rooms cleaned daily with regular changes of towels. Friendly and efficient staff. Car park very convenient and worth using as nearby car parks actually would work out more expensive and lift will take you direetly to your floor. Situé au centre de la ville. Le personnel fait l'effort de parler Français. La piscine et le jacuzzi génial! Parcontre prévoir de réserver le parking car pas de place pour se garer puisque situé à côté de la gare routiére.

Las almohadas son muy incómodas debido a que son muy bajas. La máquina de hielo de la quinta planta no funciona.

hotel super propre, chambre spatieuse et agréable, en plein centre ville mais chambre super bien insonorisé, ont peu aller à la plage à pied, le seul problème rien pour se garer dans les alentours, on est obligé de prendre le parking souterrain de l'hotel qui serais top si il était gratuit pour les clients ou beaucoup moin cher. Ce qui n'est pas simple […] aussi c'est qu'aucune hotesse d'accueil ne parle français que de l'anglais ou espagnol alors a vos dico ! 더 보기

Una habitación pequeña, donde había dedos de polvo detrás del cabecero. Llamamos al servicio de habitaciones para que lo limpiara cuando nos dábamos una vuelta, y al volver...sólo había limpiado un lado de los dos. Tuvimos que volver a llamar. No cuesta lo que vale.

Minipool and minigym on the roof, great for sunbathing. Walking distance to whole Taragona city area. For those who are less comfortable with spanish language, service in english no problem.

El hotel esta bien pero son unos listos no diciendo que el parkig se paga a parte e intentando cobrarte cosas del minibar que no has tomado.

Me asignaron una habitación de fumador a pesar de que ellos sabían que no era fumador. Realmente incomodo, la cama olia a tabaco.

Vi trodde vi hadde bestilt et hotell med noe klasse, men inntrykket snudde seg da vi ankom resepsjonen. Vi ble ikke ønsket velkommen, og det tok tid før vi ble ekspedert. Parkeringsavgiften var på ca 100 NOK/døgn. Fikk tildelt rom i 2.etg, greit nok det, men med lite hyggelig utsyn fra rommet og en intens røyklukt. Dette hadde vi spesifisert i bookingen […] at vi ikke ønsket. Ringte da resepsjonen, uten at de kunne ordne opp i dette. De opplyste at de ikke hadde røykefrie rom. Ved midnatt prøvde vi på nytt, og da ordnet det seg, dog med lite imøtekommenhet fra de ansatte. Fikk da rom i 5. etg. Luften var innesperret og dårlig, men ihvertfall ikke preget av røyk. Bien situé, juste au dessus de la station de bus (pratique quand on arrive à 1h du matin), et au pied de la Rambla. Très propre, le tout pour un prix correct, donc pas grand chose à redire :)

Hotel gelegen in een goede omgeving om alle bezienswaardigheden van Tarragona te bekijken. Heerlijk en voldoende ontbijt , hotel misschien iets meer gespecialiseerd op zakenlui doch geen enkel argument om dit niet te boeken. korte samenvatting: geweldig hotel, een aanrader.

Perfect hotel, easy walking distance to all Tarragona has to offer. English speaking staff. We did not use the restaurant, but were advised a good tapas restaurant in the old part of town, which was excellent. 15 min walk to train station, and immediately next to a busstation with service to Barcelona. Old part of town is 10 minutes away, beach 15.

El trato fue exquisito. La habitación era cómoda y limpia. El párquing está bien situado y és de fácil acceso. Wi-fi en la habitación.

Bel hôtel très bien situé au bout de la rambla Nova à 15 mn à pied du balcon de la Méditerranée. Le petit-déjeuner est proposé pour 7 € s'il n 'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Chambre petite mais confortable. Celles qui donnent sur la place Imperial Tarraco sont plus spacieuses.

Moi qui travaille dans un grand groupe hotelier Francais, je trouve que cette hotel est très bien... Propre, chambre spacieuse, bien insonorisé, le petit déjeuner n'est pas exceptionnelle mais tout à fait convenable... Attention parking privé très cher autour de l'hotel et dans toute l 'Espagne environ 25€ la journée... hotel à 15 min de Port Aventura […] - Attention il ne faut pas payer le parking de Port Aventura stationnement gratuit dernière et à 2 minutes du parc à pied ... 더 보기

Hôtel offrant d'excellentes prestations : confort, propreté, qualité du service, piscine et jacuzzi. Un peu excentré par rapport au centre ville mais la promenade à pied pour rejoindre les vestiges romains et le balcon le long de la Rambla Nova reste très agréable. Vraiment un excellent séjour et cet hôtel est à recommander.

Hotel idéalement placée pour acces a pied du centre historique de Tarragone ainsi qu acces auto de Salou + Port Aventura

Spenderade en natt här när vi var på genomresa. Hotellet ligger vid en rondell, har bra parkeringsmöjligheter i eget garage och är fräscht och rent. Ligger centralt i Tarragona. Rekomenderas.

cette hôtel est vraiemnt bien, grande chambre, très bon petit déjeuner avec choix varié, réceptionnistes disponibles et qui parlent français. Seul (très léger) bémol, la piscine bondée à 18h et ce n'est pas si près de la plage (avec le bus il ne faut que 5 minutes, mais à pied 30 minutes)
