/close to airport and downtown

Clean and comfortable hotel. Elmer's restaurant next door is a good place to eat. You get what you pay for at the "free" hotel breakfast. Like having the Wall Street Journal and the local paper over USA today. Would stay here again.

No water due to water pipe broke. But other than that it was cool.

It has all you expected from a 3 star hotel and the breakfast was more than I expected. If the receptionist could be more courteous upon my arrival, it would be a wonderful stay.

We had a king size bed in our room and wrote that we would prefer a soft bed on the bottom floor. Our bed was a little on the firmer side compared to every Comfort Inn and suites we stayed at in the past. It was okay, just didn't sleep as well as I would have liked. The room was very clean, but where we should have had a sofa to sit together, there […] was a single chair, so we had to lay in bed to watch TV. Our microwave tray was the wrong kind, but the front desk helped me figure out the right one and switched them out for us. We also enjoyed going to the hot tub and pool, but the surface of the pool & hot tub needs some attention. The bottom of both were a yucky green color but very clean just need pressure washed or descaling done. 더 보기

Easy to get to from the airport. Elmer's Restaurant next door with good food.

Upon arrival desk staff acted like they really didn't want to be on shift. They weren't rude, but, they also weren't very welcoming. The elevator was not working, but, not a big issue. It was fixed before we got up the next day. The phone in the room did not work. I called the desk using my cell phone to report the problem, but, it still wasn't working […] when we checked out the next day. It wasn't a problem for us since we had cell phones, but, still. Breakfast was good and the coffee so-so. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If you are just going to stay a night or two this motel is ok. 더 보기

Close to where we wanted to go and see, also it was near the airport and it was a safe location .. It was near The Grotto very serene place and near Multhnoma falls very nice place . it is about 25 miles to downtown portland which is not bad . The hot tub had no hot water in it. They claimed it was just broken that day. Paid ten dollars more for this hotel so we could have an indoor hot tub. Felt cheated.

Front desk help very nice, restaurants close by, room nice BUT......DARN TRAIN WHISTLE KEPT US up ALL NIGHT!

This hotel was not the quality I have come to expect from a Comfort Inn and Suites. The hotel was dingy and seemingly dirty at first glance. The swimming pool water was cloudy, dirty and seem to have algae growing in it. My room was not what I expected, some of the pillow cases on my bed were yellow and looked to be dirty. We needed one night at a hotel and this was a good location. This hotel is not fancy and there were no frills but it was what we needed. We would stay at this hotel again

I needed a quick place to crash, for the price I thought the NEW comfort Inn would be worth while. All the pillows where in white covers, out of the 5 pillows on the bed three of them where yellow meaning either they where not clean or they where too over used and now sweaty from other guests. The room was not what I expected either way the bathroom […] was very cramped but the pillows just completely grossed me out! I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again. 더 보기

After check (the desk staff is nice!) we walked into a very musty smelling room. It was as though the carpet was cleaned and the room wasn't allowed to air out. Since the temperature was warm that day, the room pretty much became too warm and the moisture from the carpet made the room smell horrible. We called the staff and told them, but since the […] hotel was full, we could not be moved. We were told that the room will be taken care of the next day and if it couldn't be fixed we would be moved. Upon returning after a day of shopping we discovered that the room was only cleaned, shut up again and no note from the desk. This room was NOT fixed. We had to call the desk and request to be moved. We even had the front desk Clerk come in a smell it and she didn't have to walk in but 3 steps and instantly she knew this was bad. We were moved to a nice room, smelled great and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. We felt that something this bad should have been double checked by a Manager or the Desk staff to ensure it was satisfactory, but clearly it wasn't. 더 보기

Very nice hotel with lots of amentities. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great room. Very nice and helpful staff. Very quiet room. The only bad thing was there was not a good place to walk to for a drink.

This place was just what we were looking for and even better than we thought we would get for the price. The staff is super friendly and does not rush you out in the morning!!

I booked this room because we where flying out of PDX very early the next morning. The room was big with a desk area and a sofa. Being close to the airport I was thinking that the airplanes noise was going to be a problem. Not at all, I did not hear a single plane all night. The decor was not trendy and the carpet was old, but the bed was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was sufficient. The parking seemed safe. I stay here just to sleep. If I want to spend more time at a hotel I spend more for things like cool decor and a view over something other than a RV park. This place is good basic accomodation.

The most significant thing about this hotel is the totally awesome complimentary breakfast - biscuits and gravy!!!! The front desk clerk, Annise, is the epitome of great customer service - remembered us from a previous visit, always has a smile and personal greeting upon entering hotel, very courteous and professional.

Helpful Staff, Antique elevator but it works. Location can be confused with another Comfort Inn within a mile of this one. Good value at the Hotels.com rate.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and found it to be just good. For the price, I expected a little cleaner, a little less shabby. The mattress was pretty hard but the pillows were nice and the breakfast was good.

Kind of pain to find, not easy to access of the highway but a nice hotel.

Nice Hotel...difficult to find from the airport. Even the GPS directions were wrong. But the hotel was nice with a good bed and pretty good breakfast. I have had more selection other places but this was still good. I will stay here often when visiting Portland. The personnel were excellent and very accomodating.
