We left our phone charger in the room, called back later that day and got no help. Called again the next day still no help; the next day I called back and I was told the phone charger was not in the room.

Overall our stay at the Fairfield was a good experience. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, well decorated and looked newly updated. The bed was very comfortable. Sheets were soft and there were extra pillows. Bathroom was nice and roomy. There was no noise or other disruptions during our stay. The breakfast was OK. There […] was a variety of items available to choose from. There was a hotel employee available to assist with anything you needed during breakfast which was nice. The only complaints I had were that there was not a microwave or refrigerator in the room and the bath towels were rough and uncomfortable to dry off with. 더 보기

Hotel was under major renovation. Should have been fully closed. Room was fine, but rest of hotel was a disaster zone.

Next Time make sure your web site knows that the hotel about to be selected is under construction. What a mess.

Lots of restaurants in the area to choose from. Easy access to the interstate.

One of the cleanest Fairfield/Marriott Hotels we've stayed in. Everything looked brand new and the indoor swimming pool looked sparkling clean.

This hotel was top notch. Indoor swimming pool, exercise facility and awesome breakfast to start your day. Highly recommended and as a matter a fact I did recommend it to some friends who needed a place to saty that weekend as well.

The hotel is convenient to the mall, Target, Walmart, and local restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly. A little difficult to get out of parking lot if you were making a left turn onto Stage Rd, as there was no traffic light. Housekeepers did not pick up dirty towels daily and we had to keep asking for clean towels. A/C was very noisy, and the […] fan would not run continuously to keep air flowing through the room unless you set the A/C on a low setting. You were then frozen by the A/C. I have stayed at fairfeilds before and this is the low end of them all. I assumed their would be a small refrigerator in the room an there was not. I found mold growing around the sprinkler heads in the room. They don't enforce the non-smoking policy.

This hotel was obviously having maintenance problems and overbooked for the number of rooms that were useable.

Overall our experience was excellent. The room was extremely clean, the indoor pool was great for the family, the location was in a nice area, and the staff was superd. I would recommend the hotel to others. Our only issues was a complaint from next door about our children (2 & 4 yrs. old) being too loud at 8:30pm. The Fairfield in Memphis was very clean and made staying there a pleasant experience. The pool and hot tub were sparkling clean. We were right down the street from a huge mall which made the trip even more fun. I stayed 4 nights and did not have any problems. Would stay there again.

Stayed one night on way home from Texas. The baggage cart was falling apart - that should have been a warning. The floors were filthy and streaked with dirt and our bathroom was generally dirty looking. The "manager's reception" was supposed to be between 4:30 and 6:30, but nothing was put out until almost 6:45pm and it was just water and some bad chocolate […] chip cookies. When we got down to breakfast the server was still putting things out almost 45 minutes after it was supposed to have been ready. The food was average at best and there were advertisements everywhere for a breakfast quiche, but when we asked where it was, were told they were still waiting to get them. Why put the advertisements out if you don't have the product? All and all we were very disappointed and the price was way to high for the quality. The room was okay but a little shabby. The vent in the bathroom was hanging down on one side and there was damage to the lamp shade. The hotel also charged me for my room although I'd already paid for it. I won't be staying here again.
