This was à really nice stay! The hotel was clean, nice staff and good food. It would be nice if they had a shuttle bus to the airport, taxi will cost you about 50 euros.

Great place to stay for business travelers and/or vacationers wanting a nice place to lay their head. Not a resort destination, but super place with all technology needs, great breakfast buffet and really nice rooms. Exceptional facility for business travelers. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with my short stay, and I would be happy to return. The only problem was having to unplug the glass-doored minibar in the middle of the night, as it was on the blink and sending out flashes of bright light.

Fantastic Hotel, only issue is that the pool isn't really deep enough to swim in!

Great location to visit the Grade Place and center of Brussels

This hotel was fantastic! Service and friendliness of staff was brilliant, even let us move rooms so we had a view of the Christmas Market and the big wheel rather than a view of the Carpark! The room was spacious, extremely clean, had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and a modern bathroom. Good location, 5 mins walk to the grand place. […] The only complaint I have was that the pool was freezing cold!!! I thought it would be nice to go and sit in the jucuzzi but it was actually unpleasantly cold :( otherwise I would recommend! 더 보기

Very nice hotel and rooms. Minus for no free wireless internet

off the central area of the city, dislike groups of smokers standing at hotel entrance that you have to go through to enter the reception. room very clean and well presented. black out curtains very effective. restaurant layout difficult at breakfast times, too little space to afford suitable traffic routes. Overall stay enjoyable

A fine hotel, but the rates for the breakfast are really over the top....please include the breakfast (at lower price...) in your room rates. HB

One of the best hotels i ever got to in my life really. Very friendly Receptionists. Despite check-in is at 2 pm, but i checked in at 12.00 when i told her i am sorry i am so tired and need to rest. The room is very comfortable. Hotel is newly renovated. The TV location is extremely comfortable while laying on the bed. Air condition is great. And finally, […] my last day i was eating sandwich and drops of oil dropped on the chair. i tried to clean but noway. When i checked out i told the receptionist i am sorry and ready to pay any compensation its my fault, With a smile he said noway sir just forget it. In the End i highly recommend it. I generally do not give high marks to anything, but this hotel is an exception. It has been recently renovated and looks it. WiFi for the kids, restaurant and bar for the adults, at reasonable prices, computer access, clean and LARGE ROOM, very unusual for a European hotel. Breakfast is more than ample, cheeses, cold meats, bacon, sausages, juices, […] yogurts, cereals, etc. You cannot walk away from the breakfast buffet hungrey. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Hotel location is excellent, 3 blocks south is St.Catherine's District, pricey but interesting architecture. On the way to St. Catherine's are numerous Asian restaurants and a fantastic Thai supermarket. 3 blocks to the north of the hotel is the Grand Palace Square where the varieties of restaurants puts you in restaurant heaven. Restaurant prices here are half the price in St. Catherine's District. The Square is a tourist draw and has many shops, reasonably priced goods, on the week-end there was an arts and crafts fair and there was a Saturday night concert. 더 보기

The rooms are spacey and the bed was very good. It was silent, you could open the window, and air-conditioning was working fine. The bathroom was practical and clean – just all you need to feel comfortable. The fitness room had a lot of different sport utilities. The checkin was done professionally and efficiently. There is no free WiFi, but three free […] PCs that you could use in the lobby for printing and browsing. Swimming pool is a big tube, but nothing to swim in. WiFi is not free. A breakfast for 20.-€ is only for people which don’t think too long about money. There are numerous places around that serve you well for less than 5. If you book via hotels.com you do not receive a bill from the hotel. 더 보기

Excellent room, very clean. Reception and the dinning area were being refurbished. Out of 6 stays here I was charged an additional city tax twice, paying cash but had to ask for receipt. The other 4 times there was nothing else to pay. I asked several times and the person behind the desk could not give a decent answer. Conveniently located and not too far from the center of the tourist attractions. What we found most convenient for our group was the bus stop in front of the hotel for the City Tour Bus. Also there is a metro station right behind the hotel - five minutes walking distance. The hotel is nice for when you are visiting Brussels for business reasons. I was there on a personal stay and at 9am was woken up by maintenance and drilling on a different floor. At check-in we were not informed about the maintenance and possible noise. The hotel service to handle this was less then you would expect. After some talks with the manager, […] we were compensated for lunch, but the sleep that night was shorter then needed and expected. Conclusion, if you travel for business you'll be fine to stay here, I'd pick something else for myself next time when going for a personal trip.... 더 보기

large room for european standards; family friendly hotel in good location to major sights and dining pool temp was on the cooler side and hot tub could not be considered hot. Kids enjoyed it however. Hassel checking, not given a quad room we reserved orginally which used up valuable time. Good overall. Would recommend it to other families.

Convenient location--5-minute walk to Grand Place. No free wi-fi in the room. Separate bathroom and toilet. Comfortable beds.

We stayed at this hotel in late July 2010. My wife and I like the hotel very much as did our 2 boys 7 and 9. Super clean, great staff (even loaned us power adapters and power converters), breakfast was great, our room was quiet and comfortable. Could not as for more in a hotel. The only negative was parking. You either have to get lucky to park on the […] street or pay 15 Euro's a day to park in the garage across the street. So glad we chose a hotel with air conditioning in the room as it was quite warm during our stay. Internet is not free in the rooms or in the hotel lobby except for on the 3 courtesy computers they have in the lobby. There was an Xbox 360 in the lobby for the kids to play on. Room key is required to operate elevators. Hair dryer mounted on wall in bathroom has a US converted outlet on it to charge your razor or electric toothbrush without needing a converter. Toilet is in a separate room from the shower and sink. TV in room is a tiny tube type TV, not a flat screen. Lots of drawers for storage. Mini fridge has room to add your own items. Indoor pool looked really nice but we did not have time to try it. Hotel has NO vending machines and NO ice machines. You must get your own drinks and ice if you want them. You could get drinks out of the mini bar for a premium price. But still you have no ice. Water pressure for tub and shower was very good. 더 보기

Novotel, Brussels Centre Tour Noire: Convenient bus stop in front of hotel only three stops to Central Station. Good breakfast. Restaurants and markets nearbv. Good for touring central Brussels.

We arrived in Brussels late at night by Eurostar. The trip from Midi train station to Novotel Brussels Centre was 10 euros (approximately 12 euros in daytime) and took just under 15 minutes. The check in was quick and fuss free. Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Our room was very spacious, bright, well maintained and comfortable. Our only negative […] comment would be about the towels (would have preferred larger and whiter). The hotel is rated as a 3 star one, but we have stayed in 4 star hotels that were well below the standard of Novotel Brussels Centre. The included buffet breakfast offered a good range and quality; staff were attentive and service fast. There is also a reasonably priced restaurant, Food Square, within the hotel, but for those wanting to dine out elsewhere, there is a good selection of restaurants a hundred metres from the hotel, just around the corner. The hotel is ideally located, within an easy stroll from the Grand Place (about 5-7 minutes) and the Burse (less than 5 minutes). In fact we walked on foot to just about every site worth seeing in Brussels. We'd definitely be staying again at the Novotel Brussels Centre Tour Noir and recommend the hotel as great value for money. 더 보기

The hotel is right next to St. Catherine church. There are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. We especially liked the set lunch menus of Le Crustaces - the fish was so good. The restaurant at the hotel itself has a very good menu, including lobster, that is reasonably priced. We found the swimming pool at the hotel too cold, and the hot tub was […] lukewarm. In other Novotels, there is at least one computer in the lobby that guests can use for free. This Novotel did not have that amenity which would have been useful. L'hotel de dispose pas de son propres parking, vous etes donc obligé d'aller dans celui se trouve en face et donc payant , même pas d'accord de tarif preférenciel pour les clients de l'hotel et cerise sur le gâteu , le "spa" ..si on ose appeller comme cela une speudo piscine profonde de 50 cm et un jacuzzi FROID!! , le hamman et le sauna pas alumer […] à 11 h du matin ... Emplacement plein centre, parfait pour visite touristique de Bruxelles, Chambre très bien, propre, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux, spa sympa , quelques degrés supplémentaires de l'eau sera un plus, mais lieu de détente bien agréable après une journée de visite!

Hôtel bien situé, chambre moderne , calme . Le spa a besoin d un gros coup de neuf !

Hôtel très bien situé en centre ville. Accueil agréable, chambre propre mais pas assez chauffée. Le lit est bon. Si je retourne à Bruxelles, j'y retrounerai. A recommander.
