I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who want to be close to the museums in Vienna. To get to MUMOK and other museums from the hotel, you literally cross the street, go up some steps, down some steps, and you're there. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the Museumsquartier and Volkstheater stops on U2 subway line. The room […] was nicely set up and well-kept. The staff was very friendly, and spoke English well (I only know a bit of German) - this made me more comfortable with my stay. There are restaurants and cafes nearby, and the neighborhood feels very safe. There are also a lot of art studios and shops where people sell their artistic wares. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it seemed nice. I did make use of their free coffee and coffee drinks, though. 더 보기

I've been spent a weekend in this hotel. The position is absolutely great, in the heart of the museum neighborhood and 50 meters away from the underground line that takes you to Stephenplatz and, most conveniently, to the landstrasse/mitte station, where the train connections to the airport are. The room was large, with a nice large bathroom and a very […] confortable bed. however, that side of the hotel given on a road where a a tram passes and the windows are not good enough to prevent noise to wake one up at 7 am. they shoudl definitely cosnider double windows. More, I did ask for a flatiron having to iron a tuxedo shirt and the one they gave me left stains all over... with 5 hours to a ball at the imperial palace the hotel crew couldn't offer any more than a "oh, we are desolate, we can clean the iron". A professional place would had offered at the very least an express cleaning service. Finally, internet is provided for free, but somewhat slow in the room and the computer in the reception had so many limitations (no flah, no activex...) that checking in for my return flight took 25 minutes... oh, and no printer, I had to email the pdf to the reception that took another 2 hours to print it. 더 보기

The best front desk staff! Great location. Free coffee/tea 24/7. Free computers and wifi password. No hidden charges. However, we didn't do the breakfast which seemed pricey for what it looked like. Room in the back was very quiet and clean. This hotel was such a welcome relief after a particuarly rude hotel in Brussels! I would return.

We had a reservation, we had a confirmation, but when we arriwed we did not get room, with reference to system errors... We do not recommend to anyone !!!!!!! This hotel is not correct !

In an area with better, more upscale hotels this is a no-frills option. One can sleep, but that's more or less it - single room offers little space around a very small bed.

Very nice accommodations, clean-cut modern vibe, friendly and hospitable staff. Close to everything in the inner city of Vienna. Subway station around the corner. Seems to be popular with travelers from many different countries. I would stay there again!

Recommended. I have stayed in 27 hotels in the past 4 months traveling the in Europe and this is one of the most comfortable.

Small boutique hotel in museum quarter of Vienna. Coming in off the street, you have to mount five steps with your luggage - no ramp. The room is tiny, no light, shower tiny. Clean but really basic. Great location – walk to sights, museums, shopping, restaurants Viennart is in a great location in Spittelberg with its cobbled streets and restaurants, right by the very cool Museums Quartier, close to the Volkstheater U-bahn stop on the next block and to Trams 1, 2, and D on the Ringstrasse. It was easy to get to the hotel using the S7 train and […] the U3. Walking, we could be at the Hofburg complex in a few minutes and to most museums and sights in not much longer. We were in a renovated, modern-looking room that was large enough, and the beds were comfortable. There was a good size bathroom. There were soap dispensers on the tub wall (the tub one said it was good as wash and shampoo) and by the sink, but not much else. There was a little bag with “necessities” like a brush, emery board, etc., but no shampoo, moisturizer, etc. There was no iron in the room. There was a hair dryer. The room had no air conditioner, and the windows opened onto a street that was noisy from people and trams. It was pleasant enough in mid-September, and the noise didn’t really bother us. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The free Wi-Fi required a user name and password, and we got separate ones for each of our devices. The connection was spotty at times but mostly worked. There are great restaurants in the area like Witwe Bolte, Plutzer Bräu, 7 Stern Bräu. We did not use the hotel for breakfast, choosing to go to cafes instead. There was 24/7 water, seltzer, juice, and various styles of coffee, which was great. I would certainly stay here again, though probably not in July and August. 더 보기

The overall stay at the hotel was 100% and its location was 100%. The room was also fine just a bit hot. They can maybe invest in fans or aircon. I will stay there again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent, the location was great, the rooms were very clean and nice. We travelled in late August and the lack of Air Conditioning in the rooms mean that we did not sleep well for the two nights that we stayed there. I stayed here in the spring, perfect weather and the room was about 8 degrees hotter than outside. I would never stay in this hotel in the summer; that would be terrible. Nice hotel in a good location for a great price. However, I would not stay here during the summer because there is no air conditioning and they do not offer fans. Overall good experience. Good value for money as I got a cheap rate on Hotels.com. We arrived late evening and were informed we got a lucky upgrade to an apartment as they had run out of rooms. We stayed in a double room on the top floor of the hotel. The furniture in the room seemed like an afterthought, especially when it came to the 2nd room. The table and TV stand were old and cheap, and the carpet was stained. But when we arrived they were installing new carpet and the hallway and the hotel had a fresh coat of paint, our room may have […] been the last on the renovators agenda. Definitely lock your valuables in the safe. They use the typically European method of storing your room key behind the counter, and when the front desk clerk stepped away people would just help themselves to their keys. Otherwise I was comfortable in the hotel and it is in a great location for visiting Austria museums and shopping areas. The front desk staff was nice, but not much help when it came to finding nearby restaurants. I would stay there again if the rates stay low, all I need is a comfortable bed, good water pressure, and near by sightseeing. 더 보기

I will definitelly go never again in this hotel in summer. The stay was rather a souna survival then normal accomodation - the heat in the room was killing.

I often go to Vienna. This hotel has chosen search engine. I can say that feedback is not true, fact. I arrived with my family on weekends and therefore booked 2 rooms. The visit took place in the morning hours of day. Location convenient, that's for sure. Hall, in accordance with the four stars, but with difficulty. Meeting at the registration desk […] at the hotel: a girl with a constant nervous person, and always that it eats, but if you have any further questions to raise the tone of the conversation begins to speak rudely ..... We were in shock. Rooms on the fourth floor, this room x 10-12 meters, in which the hot, stuffy and not air-conditioners, but only if the request will bring the old fan. Rooms old, not well, and you feel that you have been misled ..... the hotel has no air conditioning in rooms, but only in the lobby on the first floor. Good hotel. Helpful staff and boutique décor. Rooms didn't quite match the über modern foyer. No air conditioning which could be a problem though we had moderate weather.

Bem, por gostar de hoteis digamos, mais moderninhos e tecnológicos, confesso que esperava um pouco mais do hotel nestes aspectos. A chegada na recepção corresponde ao desejado por mim, porém desde o elevador até o quarto, vai se tornando bem simples. Não que isso tire o mérito de sua boa localização (ao lado do MuseumQuartier, com estação ali mesmo) […] e o seu preço bem razoável comparado com outros daquela área na caríssima Viena. O quarto 301 era pequeno, aspecto de antigo, a cama de casal eram na verdade duas de solteiro juntas, o banheiro era BOM, com ducha de altura regulável, apesar do box ser pequeno. Possuia ainda 3 tomadas disponíveis, armário de bom tamanho, com cofre, frigobar, mesa de escritório com cadeira, telefone e iluminação de cabeceira, junto a dois criados-mudos. O staff da recepção é competente, com exceção da sempre ríspida Stephanie (as vezes falava com você sem nem te olhar, enquanto estava no computador). O fato de ter internet WI-FI grátis no quarto e bebidas (água, café e 'softdrinks') liberadas 24h são fatores destacáveis, porém achei o mapa fornecido por eles BEM confuso, pois mostra TUDO, até o que não precisamos. Outra coisa que senti falta foi de um ar-condicionado... apesar de que não passei calor pois dormi com a janela aberta. Mas quando fui perguntar, a recepcionista informou que não havia, o que me faz pensar duas vezes em ir numa época mais quente, porém acho isso estranho e acredito que ela pode ter se equivocado... vai que no meu quarto que não tinha, ou eles havia desligado e estariam usando só o aquecedor porque ainda estavamos no final do inverno... não sei... O café da manhã era cobrado a parte, se não me engano por 15 euros, daí optamos por comer ali por perto. Por fim, o Austrotel Viennart é um hotel muito bom pela localização e pelo preço razoável naquela área. Mas não é indicado pra quem busca sofisticação e muitos mimos de hoteis mais caro. Modernes Hotel, das trotzdem Charme hat und schon einstimmt auf die vielen Museen, die sich in fußläufiger Entfernung befinden. Auf nächster Nähe befinden sich das Kunsthistorische und das Naturhistorische, um die Ecke die Volksoper - was will man mehr! Einen Punkt Abzug beim Service gibt's, weil nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass die Getränke im […] Aufenthaltsraum umsonst 24 Std. bereit stehen. das Hotel, speziell die Zimmer sind halt sehr eng, man hat nicht die Möglichkeit eines Tisches mit zwei Stühlen, keine Parkmöglichkeit, nicht einmal ein kurzes Abstellen war richtig möglich. Genauso wie im Viennart war auch im Metternich das Frühstück schön, aber für 13 Euro pro Person dürfte der Schinken schon mal echt sein und der Orangensaft ebenfalls […] nicht nur so eine Konzentratspampe. Austrotel i Wien er et fint hotel. Vores værelse var ikke det største, men det betyder ikke så meget for os. Alt var rent og pænt. Hotellet ligger i gå afstand fra gågaden i Innenstadt, ca. 10 minutter, og 5 minutter fra en stor shoppinggade i Neubau. Eneste minus var hastigheden på internettet. Selve hotellet har de ting et hotel nu skal have. De har derudover gratis kaffe hele døgnet som man bare kan hente samt wifi adgang. Det der betyder mest er beliggenheden tæt på det centrale Wien samt på U bahn og sporvogns kryds, så du let kan komme omkring. IT IS LOCATED NEAR THE U2 LINE AND IT HAS A NICE RECEPTION AREA BUT THE SINGLE ROOM THAT I WAS GIVEN HAD THE SMALLEST AND NARROWEST BED THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A HOTEL.... FORTUNATELY, I WAS SO TIRED AT HTE END OF THE DAY THAT EVEN ON THE FLOOR I COULD FALL ASLEEP....

staff was very rude, aggressive and helpless, there was disgusting smell in the room but you can't open the windows. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location, I would not recommend it, it is too expensive given the very poor service they provide

Von einem solchen Hotel haben wir uns was völlig anderes erwartet: Das Zimmer war klein, stickig, dunkel, und es hat unerträglich nach Schweiss gerochen. Die Fenster waren zur Richtung Hauptstrasse mit lautem Strassenlärm. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr unbefriedigend.

Hotel centralissimo e moderno vicino alle più importanti attrazioni di Vienna, ad un passo dalla fermata della metro.

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé à deux pas du centre historique, très propre, vaut ces 4 étoiles, pas cher, rien à signaler, c'était parfait

Rent, snyggt och centralt hotell i Wiener Werkstadt anda. Nära till alla stora muséer i Wien och till shoppinggatan Maria Hilferstrasse. Rummen ganska små men med alla bekvämligheter, som platttv med de flesta satellitkanaler. Nya fräscha badrum. Vänlig personal. Ja, kort sagt , bra och prisvärt hotellalternativ i centrala Wien.

The night staff at the reception was great! Very Helpfull, fast and kind, specially Samyr. Differently from the day staff of the reception that don´t make efforts to be fast or to provide a good quality service. The lobby is very nice but the rooms aren´t on a 4* level. OK, they are clean and tidy, but don´t match the level of a 4 star hotel room.

Vi er en mor med en autistisk sønn som bruker reiser aktivt i jobben med å lære alt som skal læres i livet. Vi dro til Wien for å oppleve parker, slott, dyrehage, akvarium og museer. Hotellet lå suverent plassert - sånn at vi kunne gå til flere av stedene vi ville besøke. 良かった点 ・部屋は広めで清潔 ・バスルームに浴槽あり ・スタッフ対応も良好 ・立地 悪かった点 ・朝食。内容はそれなりだが、15ユーロの価値は無い。 ・ワイヤレスLAN接続の利用時間が8時間に制限されている。この時間を超えても、フロントででアカウントをもらえば何度でも再接続できるが、毎回もらいに行くのが面倒。長期滞在の場合は注意。
