It's so beautiful resort. Clean room and kind staff....so I really recommend you.

went to see my daughter who is studying in lethbridge decided to go to waterton but was very dissappointed everything was closed and looked like an old american ghost town, same really because the views were stunning

The price for the deluxe room is not reasonable. the swimming pool is very good and clean. breakfast was very good. I'm satisfied with the hotel generally and I will book this hotel for my next visit to Waterton. " Never go to Waterton in winter. "

Make up your mind what you're going to call yourself please - you're very difficult to find!! I think on the whole that we're sorry we did find it. The worst and the most expensive accomodation on our whole 7 week vacation. So disappointed! We expected a little luxury ie - value for money especially as this expensive 'resort' didn't even include breakfast. […] First room - carpet filthy and sheets looked as though they hadn't been changed from the last person. Second room (after complaint) - carpet better but sheets much the same. I'm beginning to think at this stage that the housekeeping don't know how to launder and make a bed. Go and visit a 'Hampton Inn'! Third room (an upgrade to a suite) We accept at this stage. My husbands sick of moving the bags! The lobby to our lodge is disgusting - dirty broken tiles and a dirty front door. Maintenance please! Nothing here works so well. The blinds are broken. The cupboard door comes off when you open it and it's hardly the luxury we expected - but we survive. It is right in the centre of town and Waterton National Park is lovely. By booking over expedia, I payed much more than booking directoy, I could not get a hotel bill, the toillet was backed up and the shower only had cold water available. the toilet and water I udnerstand. Being overcharged I do not.

I would have given the hotel service top marks except for the girl who was working at the desk the night we checked in. She was rather too effecient and did not seem sincerely welcoming to us or another couple of men who were checking in at the same time.

We were very happy with our stay at the Waterton Lakes Resort. We were only there for one night so we didn't use any of the facilities of the resort other than the room itself. But the room was very comfortable and clean and it's location could not be beat! It was great to be able to walk to wherever we needed to go. The only problem with the room is […] that one of the plastic chairs on the balcony was broken, causing me to spill my coffee all over myself when I sat on it! My only other complaint is that the map provided on the website was not accurate and we had some trouble finding the hotel. That was incredibly frustrating - especially in a place as small as Waterton! Now that we know how to get to the hotel, we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends! 더 보기

Difficult to find - listed as Waterton Resort and actual name is Waterton Lodge. Numbers on back of building instead of streetside. Overall enjoyed our stay in Waterton.

Very nice hotel and room, but not the best location. Internet service poor. Had to sit in lobby to get access to the internet and still was dropped a few times. Great staff.

Stay in this hotel with the family at the end of June had a basic room with two queens the place was very clean and the location was convenient. We would stay here again.

Check-in could have been a bit more "personal" rather than "next, please ! " . The change rooms for the pool area was out of towels and it hadn't been cleaned for some time. The sound of the showers/baths in the neighbouring rooms was loud. The sheets for the hide-a-bed were not in the room so we had to go to get them.

Check in was delayed but overall you get good value for your money. We got breakfast half price because we waited very long. That was very fair and the breakfast was delicious when it came. They so have some service issues but the place is nice and clean.

So nice, the area was beautiful! Great drive around the surrounding mountains. Canada side of Glacier Nat'l park. The resort was nice and the room was very nice!! It is a Resort town so very expensive food. Rate for room was worth the money we spent.
